Objective: To investigate the effect of nurse-directed prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) on deep vein thrombosis knowledge and self-management. Methods: From April 2016 to April 2017, patients who underwent surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and General Surgery of Nanyang Central Hospital were divided into study group and control group. 80 patients in each group were included in the study. Patients in the study group were trained in DVT prevention, and the control group received routine nursing measures. The general condition of the patients was recorded, and the differences between the general conditions of the two groups and the DVT prevention questionnaire scores and the completion rate of self-care practice after DVT were compared. Results: The scores of the DVT prevention questionnaires in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (U=-4.83--2.04, P < 0.05). The scores of the DVT prevention questionnaires of the study group aged 19-51 were significantly higher than those of the 52-82-year-old patients (U=63.7, P<0.05). The DVT prevention questionnaires of the highly educated patients were lower than those with low education. The DVT prevention questionnaire score was significantly increased (χ²=12.54, P<0.05). In the comparison of 13 self-care practices between the study group and the control group, the patient had bedside activities, raised the legs beyond the heart level, timed over, deep breathing exercises, foot exercises, leg exercises, standing, wearing antithrombotic socks, measuring the legs Surround, measure the pulse of the foot, check the leg, check the amount of self-liquid intake, and understand the completion rate of self-coagulation treatment (χ²=6.76-91.17, P < 0.05). Conclusion Through training, patients′ awareness of DVT is improved, and the ability of self-training to prevent postoperative DVT is improved.

Objective To explore the mechanism of immediate effect regulated by acupuncture on acupoints in patients with migraine without aura(MwoA)during the interictal period.Methods A total of 28 MwoA patients were enrolled and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)were performed at baseline and after acupuncture for 30 minutes.Paired t test was used to compare the differences of regional homogeneity(ReHo)and voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity(VMHC)between two groups.Additionally,the correlation between the changes of rs-fMRI indexes and clinical scores was analyzed.Results In MwoA patients after acupuncture for 30 minutes,the mean regional homogeneity(mReHo)was decreased in the right lingual gyrus and right cere-bellum and was increased in the right middle frontal gyrus,while the z transformation voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity(zVMHC)was significantly decreased in the bilateral cuneus compared with baseline.There was no significant correlation between imaging data and clinical scales.Conclusion Patients with MwoA after acupuncture for 30 minutes show abnormal ReHo and VMHC in multiple brain regions,which suggest that the mechanism of immediate effect may act through regulating pain-related brain regions.

Objective: To explore the action mechanism of miR-139-5p inhibiting proliferation and invasion of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) cells by targetedly regulatingNotch1.Methods: A total of 24 pairs of EOC tissues and its corresponding para-cancerous tissues from patients, who underwent surgical resection in the DepartmentofGynecology,Nanyang Central Hospital of Henan Province, were collected for this study; in addition, human ovarian cancer cell lines (SKOV3, ES2, HEY-T30) and human ovarian epithelial cell line IOSE80 were also collected. Real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) was applied to detectmRNAexpressionofmiR-139-5pandNotch1 in EOC tissues and cell lines. The miR-139-5p over-expression vector and recombinant plasmid pLV-Notch1 were transfected into SKOV3 cells. Blank control group (Ctrl group) and negative control group (NC group) were set up. Dual luciferase reporter gene assay was applied to verify the targeting relationship between miR-139-5p and Notch1 3'-UTR. CCK-8, Transwell and Scratch healing experiments were applied to detect cell proliferationinvasionandmigration, respectively. Western blotting was applied to detect expressions of proliferation and migration related proteins in cells. Results: Compared with para-cancerous tissues and IOSE80 cells, the expression of miR-139-5p was significantly decreased in EOC tissues and cell lines, while the expression of Notch1 mRNA was significantly increased (all P<0.01). The results of Dual luciferase reporter showed that Notch1 was the downstream target gene of miR-139-5p. Compared with NC group, cell proliferation, invasion and migration ability, expression levels of Notch1, NICD, Cyclin D1, Cyclin A1, Snail1, β-catenin and N-cadherin were all significantly decreased on 3 d in miR-139-5p mimic group (all P<0.01), while expression of E-cadherin was significantly increased (P<0.01); meanwhile, over-expression of Notch1 could reverse the inhibitory effect of miR-1395p on proliferation, invasion and migration of SKOV3 cells. Conclusion: miR-139-5p can targetedly regulate Notch1 to inhibit proliferation, invasion and migration of EOC cells, which may be related to its down-regulation of NICD, Cyclin D1, Cyclin A1, Snail1, βcatenin and N-cadherin, and up-regulation of E-cadherin.
