The experience of "Zhenjing Anshen" acupuncture method originally created by professor WANG Fuchun for treatment of insomnia was introduced in this paper. From aspects of insomnia pathogenesis, theoretical foundation, characteristics of acupoint selection, needing methods, needing time, etc., the experience of Professor WANG Fuchun for treatment of insomnia was explained. The "Zhenjing Anshen" acupuncture method proposed, for the first time, "new three layers" method of acupoint selection, including Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Shenmen (HT 7), Sanyinjiao (SP 6). This method presents the principles of acupoint selection along meridian, acupoint selection based on essence-qi-spirit, harmony of yin and yang. The acupuncture manipulation is emphasized, and treating time (the period of the day from 3 pm to 5 pm) is focused on; acupoint selection is simple but essential, and acupoint combination is scientific, which receives notable therapeutic effect in clinic.

Objective To detect dengue virus infection by serological method and to determine the sequences of E gene of dengue virus isolated from Guangzhou in 2006.so as to clarify the possible origin of dengue fever. Methods IgM and IgG antibodies to dengue virus were detected by immunochromatographic test(ICT);NSI antigen and IgM antibody were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The virus was cultured and isolated from the serum samples within 2 days using C6/36 cell lines and was identified by immuno-fluorescence assay(IFA)and RT-PCR.The E gene of isolated virus DV1-GZ42/06 was sequenced;homological analysis and phylogenetic tree analysis were performed by comparing with the reference strains and epidemic virus strains. Results The positive rates of IgM and IgG of dengue virus in patients were 89.5%(433/484)and 38.0%(184/484)by ICT,respectively. The positive rates of NS1 antigen were 92.7%(38/41)in day 1 to day 2,83.3%(70/84)in day 3 to day 5,and 10.9%(5/46)in day 6 to day 10;and the IgM detection rates were 2.4%(1/41),51.2%(43/84)and 97.8%(45/46)at the same period by ELISA.Twenty-five strains of dengue virus were isolated from 41 serum samples(6 1.O%)and were identified as type 1 dengue virus by IFA and RT-PCR.The sequencing and phylogenetic analysis of the E gene showed that the homology between the isolated Guangzhou/42/06 strain and standard strain Hawaii/45 was 94.6%.and it had a high homology with the Thailand/NI09V104,Vietnam/06.and Vietnam/07 isolates(99.0%,98.6%and 98.6%,respectively)and belonged to the same cladogram, but had low homology with the isolated strain from Guangdong before 2006.Conclusions The detection of NS1 antigen is important in the early diagnosis of dengue fever. The outbreak of dengue fever in Guangzhou in 2006 was possibly caused by the cases from neighboring countries.

Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticosteroids on pulmonary oxygenation function in severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)patients. Methods Two hundred and twenty-five SARS patients in 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Oxygenation index(OI)was considered as the marker of glucocorticosteroids therapeutic effects. The criteria of effectiveness was that OI increased 20%or more than pre-treatment.The therapeutic effects of glueocorticosteroids were analyzed by analysis of variance and chi-square test. Results Glucocorticosteroids were used in 59.6%(134/225)of SARS cases. The average OI before and after glucocorticosteroids intravenous treatment was 237.08 mm Hg and 335.08 mm Hg,respectively. The average OI increased 110.26 mm Hg(46.4%)after treatment. In 96 SARS patients whose blood gas analysis results were available,85 cases(88.5%)had administrative indication. The average OI increased 103.14 mm Hg(44.4%),which was lower than 190.91 mm Hg(66.8 0A)in patients without administrative indication. There was no significant difference between these two groups of patients. The OI difference before and after glueocorticosteroids treatment was decreased with the increasing OI before treatment, the increase was minimum in patients with OI≥300 mm Hg.Conclusions The SARS patients could obtain pulmonary symptoms and function improvements with appropriate glucoconicosteroids treatment, especially for those who are in accord with acute lung injure or acute respiratory distress syndrome, and OI less than 300 mm Hg before treatment.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of periodontal flap surgery with the aid of microscope in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods:30 patients with CP included in the study were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in the experiment group received periodontal flap surgery with the aid of microscope, while those in the control group received the routine flap surgery. The VAS pain scores were compared 1 ,3 and 7 days after surgery. The periodontal parameters were compared 3 and 6 months after surgery between 2 groups. Results:The VAS pain score in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 and 3 days (P =0.01 7 and 0.004)after surgery;the periodontal probing depth in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 and 6 months (P =0.01 0 and 0.047)after surgery. Conclusion:The periodontal probing depth,gin-gival recession and clinical attachment level can be improved and the pain can be reduced in the treatment of CP patients with the aid of microscope in the periodontal flap surgery.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2018;26(11):712-716
Objective :
To investigate the short-term clinical effect of semiconductor laser exposure combined with total glucosides of paeony (TGP) capsules for the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus (OLP).
Methods:
Sixty-four patients with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with TGP capsules, while patients in the experimental group were treated with TGP capsules and semiconductor laser irradiation. The clinical effects were evaluated 3 months after treatment. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 17.0 software package.
Results :
Three months after treatment, the effective rate in the experimental group was 90.6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (59.4%, χ 2=5.62, P < 0.05). The physical condition and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores in the experimental group were 2.17 ± 1.49 and 1.25 ± 1.29, respectively. The physical condition and VAS scores in the control group were 3.55 ± 1.41 and 2.09 ± 1.24, respectively. The physical condition and VAS scores in both groups were significantly higher after treatment than before (P < 0.05). Three months after treatment, the physical condition score (t=3.805) and VAS score (t=2.655) in the experimental group were significant higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion
Semiconductor laser irradiation combined with TGP capsules can improve the short-term clinical efficacy in the treatment of erosive OLP.
