1.The incidence and risk factors analysis of medical adhesive related skin injury in neonates during the NICU stay

Objective To investigate the current status analysis the risk factors of medical adhesive related skin injury(MARSI) in neonates in NICU, in order to provide guidance in prevention and nursing of the skin injury. Methods Convenience sampling five NICU in Shenyang, prospective investigate the incidence of MARSI of neonates during the NICU stay, and analysis the incidence , injury type distribution and risk factors. Results The incidence of MARSI in neonates in NICU was 12.8%(53/413);the major injury type of MARSI was epidermal stripping(47.2%,25/53)and skin tear(35.8%,19/53) in mechanical injury;Logistic analysis showed that the independent risk factors of MARSI were the use of stomach tube, dehydrate skin and blue light therapy (χ2=5.953, 9.806 and 7.568, P<0.05). Conclusions MARSI is frequency interrupted in neonates during the NICU stay, correct selection of medical adhesive products, application of suitable paste and remove skills are helpful to reduce the incidence of MARSI in neonates during the NICU stay.
2.Effect of silencing Ku80 combined with γ-rays on growth of esophageal cancer xenografts

Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of silencing Ku80 gene combined with irradiation on growth of esophageal cancer xenografs. Methods shRNA-Ku80 vector was constructed.The expression of Ku80 protein was inhibited by shRNA-Ku80 vector by using Western blotting. 20 BALB/c nude mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, including control group, radiation group, shRNA-Ku80 group and combined group. The growth of esophageal cancer xenografs was observed. The expression of Ku80 was examined in esophageal cancer xenografs by IHC. Results Effective target sequence was selected. The growth of esophageal cancer xenografs was inhibited by shRNA-H2 and radiation, especially in combined group. The inhibition rate of growth in three groups above was 32.0% , 39. 9% and 68. 9% ,respectively. The expression of Ku80 was reduced to 58% by shRNA-H2 in esophageal cancer xenografs ( t = 3.77, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Combination of silencing Ku80 and radiation could enhance radiotherapeut effect of esophageal cancer xenografs.
3.Construction of the module on regional collaborative information platform for nursing adverse events reporting and analysis

Objective To share for the nursing adverse events resources in the region, which would provide scientific data for nursing security management. Methods The form of nursing adverse events reporting was first designed by researchers. Then with the help of computer engineers the module on regional collaborative information platform was constructed. Preliminary running was used to modify and improve. Through continuous improvement the module function of adverse events reporting, query and statistics was finally made out. Results The module on regional collaborative information platform for nursing adverse events reporting and analysis was constructed, and it worked well. Conclusions The module realizes the sharing of nursing adverse events resources in the region. It can improve the level of nursing safety management in each hospital, which helps to reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
4.Indications and pregnancy outcomes of intrapartum cesarean section after the new partogram applied

Objective To study the changes of intrapartum cesarean rate, cesarean indications and pregnancy outcomes after the new partogram applied. Methods Totally 3 290 pregnant women trying to vaginal delivery which were managed according to the new partogram in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from August to October in 2014 (new partogram group) were involved;2 987 pregnancy women trying to vaginal delivery from May to July in 2014 which were managed according to the old partogram (old partogram group) were involved as control. The intrapartum cesarean rate, cesarean indications and the pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were analyzed. Results The rate of intrapartum cesarean delivery was 8.50%(254/2 987) in old partogram group, and was significantly higher than that in new partogram group (6.2%, 204/3 290;P<0.01). Cesarean indications in old partogram group included 18 labor protraction (7.1%, 18/254), 82 labor arrest (32.3%, 82/254), 44 relative cephalopelvic disproportion (17.3%, 44/254), 80 fetal distress (31.5%, 80/254), 23 intrauterine infection (9.1%, 23/254) and 7 cesarean delivery on maternal request (CDMR;2.8%, 7/254) . Cesarean indications in new partogram group included 33 labor arrest (16.2%, 33/204), 71 relative cephalopelvic disproportion (34.8%, 71/204), 73 fetal distress (35.8%, 73/204) and 22 intrauterine infection (10.8%, 22/204), 5 CDMR (2.5%, 5/204). There were no significant differences in incidence of asphyxia neonatorum and puerperal morbidity (P>0.05), but the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in new partogram group was higher than the old partogram group [6.9% (14/204) versus 1.6% (4/254), P<0.05]. Conclusion After the new partogram applied, the rate of intrapartum cesarean delivery is significantly decreased, but the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is increased.
5.Research on the formulas of nursing manpower demands in general pediatric wards based on measurement of working hours

Objective To build the dynamic management system of nursing staff allocation in general pediatric wards based on working hours measurement.Methods 30 general pediatric wards of 25 general or children hospitals of upper first class were selected to measure working hours.Depending on the average nursing hours required for pediatric patients in different care levels by each positions,we achieved the nursing staffing formulas.Results 7 nursing posts under double-shift turn and three-shift turn were collected.The average hour that nursing posts provide for one different nursing grade patient was made out.Taking a ward which had 20 patients as nursing grade one and 20 patients as nursing grade two for example,it would need 8-9 responsible nurses,2-3 long night shift nurses,1-2 general affairs nurses,2 night assistance nurse,1 day assistance nurse by double-shift turn,meanwhile,it would need 8 responsible nurses,4 early night shift nurses,3 late night shift nurses,1-2 general affairs nurses by three-shift turn.Conclusions Using the formulas based on measurement of working hours to calculate the number of nursing staff could provide a way to help the managers.
6.Effect of Modified Erzhi Pills on Free Radicals and Immunity in D-galactose-induced Aging Rats

Objective To observe the effect of Modified Erzhi Pills (MEP) on free radicals and immunity in D-galactose-induced aging rats.Methods Sixty SD rats were randomized into 5 groups: normal group, model group, high-, middle-and low-dosage MEP groups (treated with gastric gavage of MEP 11.5, 7.0 and 3.5gkg-1d-1 respectively). Except the normal group, the rats in other groups received intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose (300mgkg-1d-1) to induce sub-acute aging rat models. 7.Role of GDF11 in skeletal muscle cell insulin resistance induced by palmitate

Aim To investigate the role of GDF11 in palmitate induced skeletal muscle insulin resistance.Methods The C2C12 cells were sorted into control group, GDF11 intervention group, palmitate group and GDF11 combined with palmitate group.Cell viability was measured by CCK-8, and the glucose uptake was determined by 2NBDG.The mRNA level of myotube marker genes(desmin,myogenin), insulin mediate glucose uptake related genes(GLUT-4,IRS-1) and PGC-1α were tested by RT-PCR.The protein expression of PGC-1α was detected by western blot.Results GDF11 had little effect on cell viability of skeletal muscle cells.Compared with control group, the glucose uptake and the expression of GLUT-4,IRS-1,PGC-1α were significantly decreased by palmitate intervention.Compared with palmitate group, the glucose uptake and the expression of GLUT-4,IRS-1,PGC-1α were not significantly changed by GDF11.Conclusion Palmitate can induce skeletal muscle cell insulin resistance, but GDF11 may not significantly improve the skeletal muscle cell insulin resistance.
8.To study and structure a preliminary indicators system for evaluating the projects of Hospital in finished phase

Objective To structure a preliminary indicators system for evaluating the projects of Hospital in finished phase.Methods With Delphi method,collect the experts' opinion of the importance of every item.With AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) method,calculate the weight coefficient of every item.Results The positivity of the experts was fine; The authority coefficient of two rounds were 0.859 and 0.833,the consultation results are reliable; The coordination coefficient of two rounds were 0.254 and 0.553,according to the significance test,p values were less than 0.05,indicating that the results were desirable.According to the score of every item,we got the weight index of every items based on the AHP method.Finally we structure the indicators system including 3 primary indicators and 10 secondary indicators.Conclusion The preliminary results of this study provide a reference for the performance evaluation of projects in finished phase of China-Japan Friendship Hospital.
9.Investigation of recurrent candlda vaginitis and bacterial vaginsis with ureaplusma urealyticum infection

Objective To explore ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection of recurrent candida vaginitis (RVVC) and bacterial vaginosis(BV) ,and their clinical characteristics. Methods The vaginal discharge of 81 patients with RVVC and BV were taken for detection of UU. Results The positive rate of UU was 59.3% (48/81). There were significant differences between the patients with UU infection and those without UU infection (P>0.05 ). Conclusion RV VC is correlated with alteration of vaginal milieu internae, dysbacteria and infection of varied pathogen. The comprehensive treatment should be considered according to different pathogen.
10.Simultaneous Determination of Seven Alkaloids in Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsule by HPLC Coupled with DAD

Objective To establish a reverse-phase liquid chromatography method for the determination of seven alkaloids (magnoflorine,columbamine,jatrorrhizine,epiberberine,coptisine,palmatine,and berberine) in Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsule.Methods Chromatography was performed on a Dionex Acclaim C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5.0 μm) at 30 ℃.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (0.015 mol/L,40:60,including 1.7 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate and phosphoric acid used to regulate pH value to 3.0),with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The calibration curves of magnoflorine,columbamine,jatrorrhizine,epiberberine,coptisine,palmatine,and berberine were linear in the range of 1.07-10.65,0.78-7.55,0.75-7.50,1.60-15.95,2.69-26.85,2.31-23.10,and 6.04-60.40 mg/mL.The average recoveries of magnoflorine,columbamine,jatrorrhizine,epiberberine,coptisine,palmatine,and berberine were 101.0%,101.2%,100.1%,100.0%,100.1%,101.1%,and 99.7%,respectively.Conclusion The method could be used for the quantitative determination of the preparation.
