1.A high activity restriction enzyme recognizing GCGC
Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;512(5):30-32
A study was performed to identify a high activity restriction enzyme recognizing 5’-GCGC-3’. Isoschizomer Hhal is a endonucleaza, which has been found in a bacteria isolated from a soil sample picked up in Nghean province. This enzyme has a similar activity with Hha l but it is a other protein of other host bacteria, therefore, it is temporary called a isoschizomer of Hhal. About the enzyme’s specific, Hhal cleaves 5 standard DNA molecules at 384 sites, in which 215 sites at DNA , 103 sites at DNA T7, 18 sites at x174, 31 sites at pBR 322 and 17 sites at pUC 19. Isoschizomer Hhal with high activity, stable met the need of users and laboratory of Vietnam.

3.Study on the effects of naturenz towards antioxidative enzymes in the AO/dioxin exposed patients
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;0(11):24-26
The study was performed on 26 AO/dioxin exposed patients in the war. Product Naturenz was used to prevent and reduce the damage of polluted substances, and to increase detoxifying process, antioxidant, improve health. Results: Antioxidant enzymes were improved after patients used naturenz with the dose of 2g/day in 2 months (GPX enzyme activity improvement accounted for 57.7%, SOD enzyme activity tented to increase to normal value which accounted for 38.5%, peroxidase activity improvement accounted for 61,8%). Especially, in total antioxidant activity, Hemoglobin content and SH-group content improved significantly (increase by 76.9%). Therefore, naturenz have antioxidant effect and improve health for the patients

4.The influence of acute intoxication of acephate on some antioxydant enzymes in rabbit’s blood red cells
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;463(10):77-79
Acephate with dose of oral 100mg/kilo weigh for 1 time made acute intoxication in rabbits and changes in activity clearly with some parameters: plasma ChE enzyme activity reduce about 41% after 3 to 6 hours intoxication, ability recover after 24 hours but after 48hours still hasn’t get medium level. MetHb rate increase highest at 6 hours and after reduce gradually to nomal level at 48 hours. There have change in acid-base balance, rabbits on infect alkali breathing at 3 hours, transform acid poisoning at 6 hours and infect combine alkali at 24hours and 48hours. Erythrocyte SOD enzyme activity reduce. Urea, glucoza, uric acid level increase significant after 3-6hours intoxication and back to normal nearly after 48hours

5.Progress in co-immobilization of multiple enzymes.
Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2015;31(4):469-480
Enzyme immobilization is the core technology of biocatalysis. Over the past few decades, enzyme immobilization research mainly focused on single enzyme immobilization. In recent years, multi-enzyme immobilization attracts more and more attention as it could increase the local concentration of reaction and improve the reaction yield. In this review, a summary of the recent progress, together with our research, is presented. Special emphasis is placed on four methods in multi-enzymes co-immobilization, namely, the nonspecific covalent co-immobilization, the nonspecific non-covalent co-immobilization, the non-covalent encapsulation co-immobilized and the site specificity co-immobilized. Finally, some industrial uses of immobilized multi-enzymes were addressed and the application prospect of multi-enzyme immobilization was highlighted.

6.Application of enzymes in pulp and paper industry.
Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(1):83-89
The application of enzymes has a high potential in the pulp and paper industry to improve the economics of the paper production process and to achieve, at the same time, a reduced environmental burden. Specific enzymes contribute to reduce the amount of chemicals, water and energy in various processes. This review is aimed at presenting the latest progresses of applying enzymes in bio-pulping, bio-bleaching, bio-deinking, enzymatic control of pitch and enzymatic modification of fibers.

Malaysian Journal of Microbiology 2023;19(1):11-21
Aims:
This study was designed to examine the enzyme activity of selected virulent isolates of Ganoderma boninense against oil palm. In a separate in vitro assessment, the effect of macronutrients on the mycelial growth of four selected Ganoderma spp. was also tested.
Methodology and results:
The study involved a comparison of ligninolytic enzymes; lignin peroxidase (LiP), manganese peroxidase (MnP) and laccase (Lac) profiling of eight isolates of G. boninense, categorized into three levels of aggressiveness, with two control isolates (G. boninense PER71 and G. tornatum NPG1) using solid-state fermentation (SSF). The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) revealed that the isolates had a significant production of ligninolytic enzymes on day 80. The most aggressive isolate, ET61 had the highest Lac production. As for the macronutrient test, mycelial growth for all the Ganoderma spp. was highly affected by potassium (K).
Conclusion, significance and impact of study
The findings of this study elucidated the characteristics of G. boninense in relation to enzyme production for the degradation of oil palm lignin and the identification of essential nutrients involved in the survival and growth of Ganoderma spp. The study provides vital information on the pathogenic characteristics of G. boninense isolates involved in biomass degradation along with the role of nutrient on the growth of Ganoderma spp. that may influence basal stem rot (BSR) management in the field.

Journal of Practical Medicine 2004;474(3):52-54
Some enzymes of key in the metablism of red blood cell in human, rabbit and rat were studied. In these subjects, glucose, 6-phosphate dehydrogenase, aldolase, pyruvat kinase, methemoglobin activities were particulary but associated with one to other. In human red blood cell, G6PD, ALD, PK and MHR were 4.84 0.94; 65.58 31.60; 226.14 47.29 and 3.27 0.52 respectively. In rabbit, they were 7.61 00.4; 79.77 43.5; 164.62 61.9; 5.25 1.09, respectively and in rat: 23.17 2.18; 89.73 18.0; 49.9 30.23 and 3.9 0.58, respectively.

9.Nucleotide analysis of restricted fragment DNA extremities for characterizing the restriction enzyme cutting activity
Journal of Medical Research 2003;23(3):105-108
Nucleotide analysis of restricted fragment DNA extremities at definite cut sizes identified: there were 3 extremities: flat; cross with DNA 5’; cross with DNA 5’. This study presented a method which able to characterize unknown restriction enzymes by analyzing the cutting extremities of restricted fragments. The method is based on Sanger sequencing of DNA around the cut site and non-radioactive chemical. Klenow reaction had two active characters: analyzing DNA 5’3’ and exonucleasa 3’5’, allowing to determine the type of cutting of restrictive enzymes. This results allowed to identify the cut sizes of two new enzymes: for Sml1, the cut sites occurs within the recognition nucleotide sequence; BciVI recognizing a non-palindrome sequence and cuts outside this sequence.

Study on the effects of Morinda citrifolia fruit extracts of Viet Nam on hepatic antioxidant enzymes and P450 enzyme of rat. Results: Morinda citrifolia fruit extracts of Viet Nam had effective antioxidant activities. In CCl4 treated rats received this extract, MDA’s level decreased 10%, SOD activity increased 31% compared with control poisoned rats. Besides, P450 activity os CCl4 treated rats increased by 49.5% when treated by Morinda citrifolia fruit extracts compared with CCl4 treated rats didn’t received extracts, but also decreased by 30.3% compared with control rats. In rats received Morinda citrifolia fruit extracts, P450 activity increased 24.8%
