Objective The objective of this study was to explore the difference factors for PHC patients by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization of different age groups of senior people in China and support reference for individualized intervention by clinical medical workers. Methods 153 cases of PHC patients by TACE were selected by convenience sampling method from October 2013 to June 2014.The data were collected using general data questionnaire,Health Promotion Strategy Scale,QOL-LC,Memorial Symptom Assessment Scales and Social Support Scale to evaluate the physical, psychological and social aspects of the PHC patients. We divided the patients into young,middle-aged and elderly groups.Single factor and multiple factors regression analysis were used to compare the status and influencing factors. Results Psychological function, value of blood AFP,marital status entered the model and were self-care efficacy and correlated factors of young-aged patients, which could explain 50.6% of the total varience.Physical symptoms, exploitation degree of support and intervention treatment times entered the model and were self-care efficacy and correlated factors of middle-aged patients, which could explain 47.8% of the total varience.Symptom distress, degree of cuhural and psychological function entered the model and were self-care efficacy and correlated factors of elderly-aged patients, which could explain 42.4% of the total varience. Conclusions The self-care efficacy were low in all ages of PHC patients by TACE,it is associated with a variety of factors.Doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the self-care efficacy for PHC patients by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization with different age groups. Also we should evaluate and make well-targeted policies and personalized inter-ventions to promote self-management self-efficacy.
5. The application of portable bag storage device in the nursing of patients with biliary drainage
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(23):1790-1792
Objective:
To explore the application effect of improved drainage bag carrying method in the nursing of biliary drainage tube.
Methods:
Sixty-five patients with biliary drainage tube were divided into two groups by convenient sampling. There were 33 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group. When going out of bed, the observation group used the improved drainage bag carrying method to carry the drainage bag, and the control group used the traditional hand-held method or the S-hook external drainage bag. The catheter drainage failure rate, decoupling rate, retrograde infection rate, and satisfaction of tube activity in the two groups were compared between the two groups.
Results:
There were no significant differences in catheter drainage failure rate, decoupling rate and retrograde infection rate between the two groups (

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Profile of Fatigue Scale (PROF)among the patients with Sjogren′s syndrome. Methods The English version of PROF was translated into Chinese according to Brislin Translation Model. 107 patients with Sjogren′s syndrome were investigated to test its reliability and validity. Results The Cronbachαcoefficient , Guttman split-half coefficient, test-retest reliability and content validity of Chinese version of PROF were 0.976, 0.953, 0.872 and 0.875. Two factors were extracted by factor analysis and the cumulated variance was 80.75%. The structure of PROF was in line with the original scale. The criterion-related validity was 0.621 measured by comparing with visual analog scale of fatigue, and was -0.707 measured by comparing with vitality domain in the MOS item Short From Health Survey (SF-36). Conclusions The Chinese version of PROF has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used to measure the fatigue in Chinese patients with Sjogren′s syndrome.

Objective To investigate the association of interferon (IFN) γ gene polymorphisms and risk and prognosis of HPV cervical infection. Methods PCR-ASP was used for detectiug IFN-γ rs2430561 polymorphism in 179 HPV positive patients and 328 HPV negative normal controls. Results The frequency of A allele of 63.7% (228/358) was significantly higher than the frequency of T allele of 36.3% (130/358) in HPV positive group (P =0.045).The frequencies were 41.3% (74/179) in AA genotype and 14.0% (25/179) in TT genotype, women carrying AA genotype increased the risk of HPV infection compare with those with TT genotype (OR =1.784,95% CI:1.031-3.088,P =0.039).During follow-up,the rate of HPV positive again in AA genotype was 83.8% (62/74),while TT genotype was 20.0% (5/25).In the analysis of Kaplan-Meier,the cumulative HPV negative rates of AA,TA and TT genotype exhibited significantly different (P =0.008).The cumulative HPV negative rate of AA genotype was the lowest (1.1%-5.9%).Conclusions IFN-γ rs2430561 polymorphisms confer the susceptibility to HPV infection.Women with AA genotype exhibited higher risk of infection and inclined to be continuous status and recurrence after HPV infection.
9.Three-dimensional finite element analysis on biomechanical changes after arthroscopic surgery for patients with patellofemoral joint disorders
Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2017;32(2):143-147
Objective To analyze stress distribution changes in patellofemoral joints before and after arthroscopic surgery by lateral retinacular release and medial retinaculum placation using three-dimensional (3D) finite element method. Methods The 3D finite element model of pre-and post-operative patellofemoral joints for patients with patellofemoral joint disorders were constructed, and the maximum stress and stress distributions on patelIofemoral joints at different flexion angles (30.,60.,90.,120.) under the load of 120 N were calculated and analyzed. Results The maximum stress of patellofemoral joints at different flexion angles after arthroscopic surgery was significantly smaller than that before arthroscopic surgery. The stress concentrated on the lateral patellofemoral joints before the surgery, but was redistributed after the surgery. Conclusions The stress on patellofemoral joints at different flexion angles is reduced after arthroscopic surgery by lateral retinacular release and medial retinaculum placation, which provides an objective theoretic reference for arthroscopic surgery to effectively restore stress balance between lateral and medial patellofemoral joints. It is suggested that patients with early patellofemoral joint disorders and abnormal force line should be treated with surgery intervention as early as possible.

Chinese Journal of Cardiology 2013;41(2):121-125
OBJECTIVETo explore the relationship between serum YKL-40 levels and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension (EH).
METHODSixty EH patients [34 male, aged between 43 - 76 years, mean (59 ± 7) years] and 30 healthy subjects [17 male, mean age (57 ± 5) years] were enrolled in this study. Serum YKL-40 levels were measured by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA). Endothelial function [endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), flow-mediated dilatation (FMD)] was also measured. EH patients were further divided to no metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome group.
RESULTSSerum uric acid, ET-1, hs-CRP were significantly higher while serum NO, FMD and NMD were significantly lower in EH group than in control group (all P < 0.05). YKL-40 was significantly higher in EH group than in the control group [51.7 (35.6 - 341.9) µg/L vs. 33.2 (23.3 - 167.3) µg/L, P < 0.05] and significantly higher in EH patients with metabolic syndrome than in EH patients without metabolic syndrome (152.3 µg/L vs. 94.2 µg/L, P < 0.05). In this cohort, serum YKL-40 level was positively correlated with SBP, DBP, BMI, TG and hsCRP(r = 0.360, 0.303, 0.281, 0.216, 0.530, all P < 0.05)but not correlated with FMD, ET-1 and NO (all P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSSerum YKL-40 levels are increased compared to normal controls and positively correlated with blood pressure level but not with endothelial function parameters in hypertensive patients. Serum YKL-40 level might thus be used as a biomarker reflecting inflammation status other than endothelium function in hypertensive patients.
