2.The microRNAs regulating transplantation skeletal myoblasts may improve heart function after myocar-dial infarction
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(1):91-94
The microRNAs is a kind of endogenous and non-coding small RNA ,which possesses biological function negatively regulating gene expression.Recent researches also found that artificial controlling some microRNAs ex-pressions can improve heart function via regulating skeletal myoblasts through multiple mechanisms,so may become a new breakthrough point in myocardial infarction treatment area.
3.The research of the relationship between sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroe-sophageal reflux disease
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2017;25(1):75-77
Gastroesophageal reflux disease and sliding hiatal hernia are chronic disease, and sometimes there are not typical clinical symptoms.Patients don't have enough cognition or put enough em-phasis on it.Determining the sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease respectively by means of high resolution manometry and 24 hour pH monitoring,in turn, analyzing the rela-tionship between sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
4.Exploration of training mechanisms for young faculty's research capabilities
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2012;(6):399-401
Young faculty are an essential part of a university's strength and is important for its sustainable development. And their scientific research capability is associated with the long-term development of the university. At present, there are 4 major problems with the development of young faculty's research capabilities, which include their relatively single academic knowledge structure, insufficient experience in writing proposals, insufficient opportunities for academic exchange, and inequity in resource allocation.Establishing a training mechanism may help solve some of the problems and promot their development. The research management department of a university must abandon erroneous traditional management concepts, provide research training seminars, develop a new mechanism to stimulate academic exchange, design a system for short-term laboratory rotations, and promote the participation of your faculty in major research projects. These may bring about marked improvement in the improvement of young faculty's research capabilities.
5.Application and Mathematic Analysis of Fourier Transform in MRI Technique
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Fourier Transform plays a very important part on spatialization and reconstruction of MRI. Advanced mathematic analysis makes us understand the concept of Fourier Progression and Fourier Transform, and some concrete applications of Fourier Transform on the MRI are listed.
6.Anti-inflammatory mechanism of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
The anti-inflammatory mechanism of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is mainly due to inhibition of COX-2 activity. NSAIDs can also inhibit COX-2 expression and produce anti-inflammatory effect independent of COX. These COX-independent mechanisms include inhibiting transcription factors such as NF-?B and AP-1, interfering with signal transduction pathways through actions on Erk、p38MAPK、IKK and RSK2, activating PPAR? and HSF-1, inhibiting iNOS and transport of prostanoids from their generating cells.
7.Serial Concentrations of N-Terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Normal Children and Children with Congestive Heart Failure
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective This study sought to determine the normal ranges of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in normal children and children with symptoms of heart failure (HF) caused by dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM),and further study their clinical implications. Methods Concentrations of Serum NT-proBNP were determined in 80 normal children and 45 children with clinical symptoms of HF.Venous blood was taken in each subject, and plasma NT-pro BNP was determined by ELISA method.Of the 80 normal children,40 were boys and 40 were girls.Their age ranged from 1 to 16 years old with a mean of 10.6?4.2 years. The 45 children with HF ,caused by dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Their age ranged from 1 to 16 years, and had a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of less than 50%.The serum NT-proBNP levels were correlated to LVEF measured by echocardiography and clinical symptom score of heart failure defined by using Ross Score. Results The mean (?s) serum concentration of NT-proBNP was 223.1?76.6fmol/ml in normal children from 1 to 16 years old.NT-proBNP levels did not show a significant age-related or sex-related differences. In children with HF,the plasma NT-proBNP levels were significantly elevated (mean:1353.3 fmol/ml range: 341.6 fmol/ml~2794.1 fmol/ml) as compared to normal children.(P
8.Downregulation of actin related protein 2/3 complex subunit 5 inhibits proliferation, migration and invasion of lung squamous carcinoma cell line SK-MES-1
China Oncology 2014;(7):529-534
Background and purpose:Actin related protein 2/3 complex subunit 5 (ARPC5) is involved in the packaging of actin, and then affects the mobility of cells. It plays an important role in the formation of invadopodia of cancer cells. This study aimed to investigate the effect of ARPC5 gene-silence on cell proliferation, migration and invasion of lung squamous carcinoma cell line SK-MES-1. Methods:Under the induction of LipofectamineTM RNAiMAX, the recombinant of si-ARPC5 was transfected into SK-MES-1. The experiment set up 3 groups:blank (mock) group, negative control (NC) group and si-ARPC5 transfected group. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion assays were investigated by cell counting kit(CCK-8) method, scratch assay and Transwell Chambers respectively. Results:The result of qRT-PCR and Western blot displayed downregulation of ARPC5 in mRNA and protein level of SK-MES-1 cell. Proliferation rate of SK-MES-1 cells in 72 h after si-ARPC5 transfection was lower than those in mock and NC groups (t=7.993, t=8.681, P<0.05). Compared to the mock and NC groups, the scratch repairing rate of the si-ARPC5 group was lower [(43.32±0.23)%vs (73.11±0.43)%and (76.58±0.88)%] (t=7.348, t=10.614, P<0.05);And the number of penetrating the membrane was signiifcantly reduced [(27±6) vs (101±11) and (92±9)] (t=10.229, t=8.391,P<0.05). Conclusion:Downregulation of ARPC5 gene can inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of SK-MES-1 cell.
9.The polarization of adipose tissue macrophages and its regulatory factors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(6):643-647
Macrophages are important immunocytes in human body , playing an important role in antigen and inflammation process. In recent years , it has shown that macrophage is a kind of cell mass with high plasticity , heterogeneity , diverse and variable immune functions .They can be polarized into different phenotypes in different microenvironments or stimulations , playing different roles in the process of inflammation .There are a variety of factors which can modulate macrophage polarization process , such as the de-velopment and progression of metabolic diseases .The polarization of adipose tissue macrophages and the factors in the regulation of macrophage polarization are summarized in this paper .
10.The progress in TRPM8 research
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
TRP(transient receptor potential) ion channel is a kind of membrane proteins which are widespreadly present in various cells, which is used to identify various mixed flavor and warm, heat, cold, and other temperature.Originally cloned as a proatate-specific protein.TRPM8 is now best known as a cold-and menthol-activated channel implicated in thermosensation. We provide a brief review of current knowledge concerning the biophysical properties, gating mechanisms, pharmacology and(patho)physiology of this TRP channel.
