1.Sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma: clinicopathologic study and analysis.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(20):1562-1564
OBJECTIVE:
To study the clinicopathologic features, immunophenotype, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma (SNTCS).
METHOD:
The clinical findings, morphologic features and immunohistochemical markers in one case of SNTCS were studied, and the relevant literatures were reviewed.
RESULT:
The Tumor tissue is composed of three layers, with mature and immature squamous epithelium nests, neural epithelial cells and olfactory neuroblastoma-like cells derived of ectoderm; Sarcomatoid components and bone tissue derived of mesoderm; The glandular and tubular structures part of which is adenocarcinoma and respiratory epithelium derived of endoderm; The fetal clear cell squamous epithelium is typical. In addition, diffuse large cytoplasm-with high light and cytoplasm with dark light has no obviously boundery. Immunohistochemical staining showed immune markers of different germ layers corresponding, squamous epithelium, glandular epithelium and respiratory epithelium were positive for CK and EMA, neural epithelial cells and olfactory neuroblastoma-like cells were positive for S-100, NSE and Syn, sarcomatoid area was positive for Vim, light dye area was positive for Vim, CD99 and CK, dark area was positive for NSE and GFAP.
CONCLUSION
SNTCS is a rare malignant tumor with the features of teratoma and carcinosarcoma, its histopathological and immunohistochemical features were typical, should be more drawn and sliced to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

2.Pathogenesis of radiation-induced stomatitis
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):465-467
Radiation-induced stomatitis is a frequent side effect for head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, which affects both the treatment and the life quality. The direct effects of radiation, oxidative stress, transcription factor, proinflammatory cytokine and pathogenic microorganism are involved in the onset of radiation-induced stomatitis. The pathologic process can be divided into five phases including initiation, up-regulation, amplification, ulceration and healing. Understanding of the pathogenesis and risk factors provides basis for prevention and control of radiation-induced stomatitis.
3.Effects of hydrogen sulfide on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2011;31(9):1136-1138
Objective To investigate effects of hydrogen sulfide on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Thirty healthy male SD rats weighing 220-250 g were randomly divided into sham operation group (S group),ischemia-reperfusion group(IR group) and different doses of hydrogen sulfide groups (H2S1~3 groups),every group contains six rats.In S group hepatic portal was only exposed but not ligated. In IR group the left and middle lobes of hepatic pedicle, portal vein and hepatic artery were clamped for 1 h and then reperfuse.H2 S1~3groups received intraperitoneal injection of NaHS 14,28,56 μmol/kg at 5 min before reperfusion.Blood samples were collected for measuring the activity of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) in serum at 6 h after reperfusion.Liver tissue samples were collected for measurement the glutathione (GSH) content and pathologic examination. Results Compared with S group, the activity of ALT and AST in serum was increased,GSH content in liver tissue decreased in IR group ; Compared with IR group, the activity of ALT and AST in serum was decreased,GSH content in liver tissue increased in H2 S1~3 groups.Hepatic tissue pathologic injury was reduced in H2 S1~3 groups as compared with IR group. Conclusion Hydrogen sulfide can reduce hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
4.Magnetic nanoparticle hyperthermia applied in malignant tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(11):863-866
Magnetic nanoparticle will become a kind of mean and colloidal solution if it is coated with surfacant.Magnetic nanoparticle has a wide clinical practice because it can produce heat in alternating magnetic fields, especially in malignant tumors thearapy.Magnetic nanoparticle hyperthermia,nano-delivery and magnetic target drug, and intravascular embolization with magnetic particle will bring new hope for tumor patients.
5.Research on the social effect of puncture and consultation system for pediatrics in the tertiary hospital
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(28):43-44
Objective To use puncture and consultation system for improving the needle puncture success rate of pediatric nurses, upgrading the level of puncture technology, reducing patient complaints and increasing patient satisfaction. Methods 200 pediatric patients selected from March,2006 to March, 2010 were divided into the intervention group and the control group, The intervention group adopted puncture and consultation system while the control group did not. The success rate of puncture, patients complaints and patients satisfaction were compared. Results The puncture success rate of pediatric nurses increased, and patients' complaints reduced and patients' satisfaction degree increased in the intervention group compared with that of the control group. Conclusions The pediatric puncture and consultation system in the tertiary hospital not only increases the satisfaction degree of pediatric patients' parents, but also improves the level of puncture technique of pediatric nurses, and has important social effect outside hospital.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2010;04(4):203-205
Objective To learn current status of elderly depressive disorders in Yuetan community residents to provide evidence for policy making.MethodsCluster sampling method was used to enroll 352 elderly individuals from Yuetan Community for Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)and self-designed questionnaire. Results The morbidity of elderly depressive disorder was 23.86%(84/352).The awareness rate of risk factor of elderly depressive disorder Was 4.83%to 42.90%.Conclusion The morbidity of elderly depressive disorder of Yuetan Community is higher, and related healthcare education should be strengthened.
7.Research progress of cytokines in asthmatic airway remodeling and its regulation of traditional Chinese ;medicine
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):416-419
Airway remodeling is one of the main pathological changes of bronchial asthma. It has shown that a variety of cytokines, including chemokines, growth factors, matrix proteins, participate in and even strengthen airway remodeling through building complex signal transduction pathways. Many traditional Chinese medicines, such as shegan mahuang decoction, have a regulatory role in airway remodeling.

10.MRI study of myocardial microvascular obstruction after acute ischemic reperfusion
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the myocardial microvascular obstruction induced by occlusion of single coronary artery (OSCA) and stenosis of multi-coronary arteries (SMCA) using first-pass perfusion cardiac MRI. Methods We studied 33 patients who had acute myocardial infarct and received emergency coronary angiography and angioplasty. Coronary angiogram confirmed that 15 patients had complete occlusion of the single coronary artery and 18 patients had multi-coronary artery stenosis without occlusion. Cardiac MRI (CMRI) exam was performed at 6-12 weeks after diagnosis. Results CMRI demonstrated that 15 patients had first-pass perfusion defect in the endomyocardium. The signal intensity (SI) of the perfusion defect was significant lower than that in the normal myocardium. The maximal slope of SI showed that the there were 11 patients with occlusion of the single coronary artery and 4 patients with stenosis of multi-coronary arteries. Conclusion CMRI can show the microvascular obstruction limited in the region of endomyocardium. CMRI suggests that the occlusion of the single coronary artery may induce more severe myocardial microvascular obstruction than the stenosis of multiple coronary arteries.
