1.Pathogenesis of radiation-induced stomatitis
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):465-467
Radiation-induced stomatitis is a frequent side effect for head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, which affects both the treatment and the life quality. The direct effects of radiation, oxidative stress, transcription factor, proinflammatory cytokine and pathogenic microorganism are involved in the onset of radiation-induced stomatitis. The pathologic process can be divided into five phases including initiation, up-regulation, amplification, ulceration and healing. Understanding of the pathogenesis and risk factors provides basis for prevention and control of radiation-induced stomatitis.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2011;31(9):1136-1138
Objective To investigate effects of hydrogen sulfide on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Thirty healthy male SD rats weighing 220-250 g were randomly divided into sham operation group (S group),ischemia-reperfusion group(IR group) and different doses of hydrogen sulfide groups (H2S1~3 groups),every group contains six rats.In S group hepatic portal was only exposed but not ligated. In IR group the left and middle lobes of hepatic pedicle, portal vein and hepatic artery were clamped for 1 h and then reperfuse.H2 S1~3groups received intraperitoneal injection of NaHS 14,28,56 μmol/kg at 5 min before reperfusion.Blood samples were collected for measuring the activity of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) in serum at 6 h after reperfusion.Liver tissue samples were collected for measurement the glutathione (GSH) content and pathologic examination. Results Compared with S group, the activity of ALT and AST in serum was increased,GSH content in liver tissue decreased in IR group ; Compared with IR group, the activity of ALT and AST in serum was decreased,GSH content in liver tissue increased in H2 S1~3 groups.Hepatic tissue pathologic injury was reduced in H2 S1~3 groups as compared with IR group. Conclusion Hydrogen sulfide can reduce hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
3.The detection and clinical significance of circulating tumor cells in the peripheral blood of patients with colorectai cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(8):552-555
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancer.Despite the survival rate of patients with metastatic disease has been raised due to the combination therapy of chemotherapy and opetation, few longterm survivors exist. The detection of circulating tumor cells (CTC) is an evolving technology whose significance has been discussed for more than a century. The advence of modem technology has allowed for more reliable detection of CTCs,and recent studies have provided compelling evidence that CTCs can predict clinical outcome in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).In this review,we will discuss the evidence for CTC significance, with particular focus on detection methods, novel markers, and clinical outcomes in CRC,and future challenges in testing them as a means to individualize the therapy of mCRC patients.
4.The autonomy of patients in medical behavior
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(7):623-625
The autonomy is one of the basic authorities of patients. It isn't only an ethical concept, but also can help enhance the efficacy and compliance to a certain extent. The autonomic behavior of the patients isn't as optimistic as we think. The patient's autonomy can be influenced by many factors. We should base on the principles, advantage, respect and communication,to encourage patients to make an appropriate and unbiased decision and change into a collaborative,patient-centered doctor-patient relationship model.

Magnetic nanoparticle will become a kind of mean and colloidal solution if it is coated with surfacant.Magnetic nanoparticle has a wide clinical practice because it can produce heat in alternating magnetic fields, especially in malignant tumors thearapy.Magnetic nanoparticle hyperthermia,nano-delivery and magnetic target drug, and intravascular embolization with magnetic particle will bring new hope for tumor patients.
6.Study on the efficacy of Saururaceae lotion in treatment of gynecological genital tract inflammation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(12):1598-1599
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Saururaceae lotion in treatment of gynecological inflammation ( chronic cervicitis, vaginitis). Methods 90 patients with gynecological inflammation(chronic cervicitis, vaginitis) were randomly divided into two groups, and each group 45 cases. The observation group was administered with Saururaceae lotion treatment, and the control group was treated with Jieeryin.Clinical efficacy and relapse situation were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6% , higher than that of the control group(77.8% )(x2 = 5.362.P <0.05) ;The gynecological inflammation recurrence rate the observation group was 4.4% ,lower than that of the control group(33.3% )(x2 = 16.312,P <0.05).Conclusion Saururaceae lotion in treatment of gynecological inflammation was effective, and had low recurrence rate, and it was worthy of clinical application.
7.Effect of knocking down miR-19a on proliferation and apoptosis of human glioma cell line U251 in vitro
Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(5):307-310
Objective To investigate the effect of knocking down miR-19a on proliferation and apoptosis of human glioma cell line U251 in vitro. Methods U251 cells were cultured routinely.MiR-19a inhibitor was transfected into U251 cells by Lipofectamine 2000.At the same time, the negative control group and blank control group were established. The expression level of miR-19a was detected by RT-PCR.and cell proliferation was analyzed by CCK-8 assay. The changes of cell apoptosis and cycle were monitored by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the negative control group and blank control group,qRT-PCR showed that the expression level of miR-19a was significantly reduced after transfection (F=124.72,P < 0.01).CCK-8 revealed that proliferation ability of miR-19a inhibitor group was significantly suppressed. The cell survival rate in miR-19a inhibitor group after 48 h was (48.27-±8.23) %,compared with the blank control group (100.00 %),the difference was statistically significant (t =12.45,P < 0.01).After low-expression of m iR-19a,the G0/G1 phase cells were increased and S phase cells were decreased. The low-expression of miR-19a could induce cell apoptosis. Conclusions Low-expression of miR-19a can inhibit cell proliferation, block G1/S transition and induce apoptosis in human glioma cell line U251.miR-19a may serve as an attractive target of gene therapy for glioblastoma.
8.Research progress of cytokines in asthmatic airway remodeling and its regulation of traditional Chinese ;medicine
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):416-419
Airway remodeling is one of the main pathological changes of bronchial asthma. It has shown that a variety of cytokines, including chemokines, growth factors, matrix proteins, participate in and even strengthen airway remodeling through building complex signal transduction pathways. Many traditional Chinese medicines, such as shegan mahuang decoction, have a regulatory role in airway remodeling.
