With the arrival of knowledge information age,the management of university scientific research is faced with the new opportunity as well as the challenge.This paper has made a brief analysis to the present situation of university scientific research management service,and discussed the way to improve the management level of university scientific research from aspects of humanist,overall development,coordinated development and sustainable development in the further study and practice the scientific concept of development activities,and discussed the way to improve the management of university scientific research.

Chimeric antigen receptor T lymphocyte immunological therapy (CAR-T)is a new oncologic immunotherapy in recent years,which has been widely used in patients with leukemia and lymphoma and achieved a certain effect.Neuroblastoma is one of the most common extracranial solid tumors in children and over 50％ of patients have metastatic recurrence when first diagnosed.The prognosis for the high-risk neuroblastoma remains poor at the moment and it's time to look for new treatments.In this review,we summarize the basic structure and development of CAR-T,discuss the principles and risks of CAR-T in the treatment of neuroblastoma,and give an outlook to CAR-T in the treatment of solid tumors.

Objective:To investigate the effect of cilostazol on erectile function in diabetic rat model.Methods:Diabetes were induced in 50 male adult sprague-dawley(SD) rats by an intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.The DM rats were randomly divided into diabetic group(DM group )and cilostazol therapy group(CI group) 8 weeks after the injection(another 10 normal SD rats as control,C group).The rats in each group were treated with cilostazol20 mg/(kg?d) or NS through a gastric perfusion for 8 weeks.Then the erectile function of all these rats was evaluated by apomorphine.Motor nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerve(MNCV) was evaluated by electrophysiology method.Their penis tissues were harvested to measure the level of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) by colorimetric method,and the penile cell apoptosis of smooth muscle was analyzed by TUNEL assay.Results:The erectile function,MNCV and NOS level in CI group significantly increased,while the apoptosis ratio significantly decreased(P

Objective To investigate the change trend for D-dimer,antithrombin activity (AT:A),tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1)and yon Willebrand factor (vWF) before and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction,so as to evaluate the clinical value of the above parameters in therapeutic effect monitoring of cerebral infarction.Methotis SYSMEX CA7000 blood coagulation analyzer was applied to determining plasma D-dimer,t-PA,PAI-1 and AT:A,and ELISA was adopted to measure vWF.Results Compared with those of healthy control group,D-dimer,PAI-1 and vWF were significantly increased (P<0.01),t-PA was significantly decreased (P<0.01),and AT:A had no change (P>0.05) in cerebral infarction group before treatment.In cerebral infarction group,compared with those of pre-treatment,D-dimer,PAI-1 and vWF were significantly decreased (P<0.01),t-PA was significantly increased(P<0.01),and AT:A had no change(P>0.05) after treatment.So was the situation between GCS>8 and GCS≤8group.Conclusion There are obvious changes of fibrinolytic system parameters and vWF level befor and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction,and the changes are associated with the course of disease.

Cytokine-induced killer cells (CIKs) are a kind of non-MHC restricted cytotoxic T cells that have been recognized as the best adoptive immunotherapy against tumor. Dendritic cells(DCs) play a pivotal role in the interaction between tumor cells and T cells. Coculture of CIKs and DCs enhances the proliferation rate and cytotoxicity of CIKs, and has been shown to have strong cancer killing effects in various organ sites.

Objective To study the effect of FK506 pretreatment on endotoxin shock induced by LPS. Methods 155 mice of the Kunming strain were randomly divided into LPS group (n=80) and LPS|FK group (n=75). An endotoxin shock model of mice was reproduced by an intraperitoneal injection of LPS (25ml/kg for each mouse). Beginning from 2 days before the reproduction of the model, each mouse of the LPS+FK group were given 20ml/kg of FK506 q 12 h, by gastric gavage while animals of the LPS group were given an equal amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution in the same way. The survival time of 20 mice of the LPS group and 15 mice of LPS+FK group was observed. 10 mice of each group were sacrificed at 0,0.5,2,4,6 and 8 hours after the injection of LPS, respectively. Blood samples were collected and serum TNF-? and IL-1?, contents, and activiry of ALT and AST were determined. The ratio of the wet weight and dry weight (W/D) of the lung was calculated, and the histopathology of the lung and the liver was studied. Results The mean survival time was longer and the 72h survival rate in mice of LPS+FK group was higher, but the serum ALT and AST activity and serum TNF-? and IL-1? contents were lower than those of LPS group at each time point. Fundamental specialized courses are important due to their connection between fundamental knowledge and major knowledge,which are regarded as the difficult courses for undergraduates to learn.The useful approaches and experience of bilingual teaching in microbiology,one of the fundamental specialized courses for the students majoring in Bioengineering,are presented here.The key aspects such as choosing textbooks,teaching manners and teaching contents are also discussed.This paper also proposes how to improve the quality of bilingual teaching during the fundamental specialized courses.

Objective: To explore the compatibility and application methods of clinical formulas.Methods: In the guidance of monarch,minister,assistant and guide theory, the constructions of prescription were divided into principal agents and lesser agents;500 prescriptions were from 1000 set prescriptions and empirical formulas recorded in pharmacology of traditional Chinese medical formulae teaching material and well-chosen efficacy nostrum written by national lever famous veteran teran doctors of TCM.Then they were analyzed to study the constituting formats of(clinical) formulas and the derivation methods of set prescriptions in clinical application.Results: Through analysis,we found the constituting formats of formulas in terms of single taste single group having principal agents but lesser agents(12.3%),multitude groups having principal agents but lesser agents(13.7%),single taste or single group principal agents with one group lesser agents(14.4%),multitude groups principal agents with one group lesser agents(17.7%),single taste or single group principal agents with multitude groups lesser agents(18.3%) and multitude groups principal agents with multitude groups lesser agents(23.6%) et al.From the 500 randomly extracted prescriptions,among 68.4% prescriptions were present derivation relationship,that is,for adapting new pathogenesis conditions,through methods in terms of replacing principal agents(10.2%),mild recipe lowering to lesser agents(17.0%),two formulas to put together(14.3%),expanding principal agents(16.4%),changing lesser agents(18.7%),principal agents pero-replacing(10.2%) and others(13.2%),changed constituted relation of principal agents or lesser agents,so to generate several formulas possessing new effect characteristics.Conclusion: The(divide) of principal agents and lesser agents has a universal applicability in analyzing the constitutions of formulas;the clinical application and derivation methods of set prescriptions revealed by this method have guide effect to initial(experiencing) clinical worker.

Radiotherapy alone and local excision combined with radiotherapy have been alternative treatments of early rectal carcinoma resection.Compared with radical surgery,both radiotherapy alone and local excision combined with radiotherapy can get satisfactory effect,and prevent the high rate of complications and adverse reactions,which will improve the quality of life for patients with rectal carcinoma and should be recommended.
