Objective:To explore influence of critical care unit (CCU)clinical nursing pathway (CCU-CNP)in de-partment of cardiology on quality of life in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods:A total of 128 patients undergoing CABG,who hospitalized in our CCU from Jun 2012 to Jun 2014,were selected. According to random number table,patients were equally divided into CCU-CNP group and routine nursing group. Changes of quality of life and disease knowledge level were compared and analyzed between two groups before and after intervention.Results:Compared with routine nursing group,after intervention,there were significant rise in scores of anginal stability [(60.12±4.36)scores vs.(77.36±5.46)scores],physical limitation [(68.02±3.98) scores vs.(86.98±4.58)scores],anginal frequency [(60.28±5.12)scores vs.(78.47±3.45)scores],disease per-ception [(61.89±4.36)scores vs.(82.58±5.89)scores]and treatment satisfaction [(63.38±5.23)scores vs. (83.92±6.21)scores],P <0.05 or <0.01;and significant reductions in CCU time [(6.98±1.32)d vs.(3.32± 1.22)d],mean hospitalization time [(12.87±2.66)d vs.(6.36±2.45)d]and incidence rate of adverse cardiac events (14.06% vs.3.13%)in CCU-CNP group,P <0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion:CCU clinical nursing pathway can effectively raise disease knowledge and quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events,shorten CCU time and improve patient′s prognosis in CABG patients.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Yangxin Ningshen capsule in the treatment of insomnia. Methods 78 patients were randomly recurited into a control group (36 cases) and a treatment group (42 cases). The treatment group was administered with 1.6g to 2.0g Yangxin Ningshen capsule, three times daily, for 28 days. The control group was administered with Valium and Orgzanol tablets for 28 days. After 4 weeks therapy, the clinical effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate and cure rate was 92.85% and 47.62% respectively in the treatment group. The total of effective rate and cure rate was 83.33% and 30.56% respectively in the control group, There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion The therapy of Yangxin Ningshen capsule has good effects in treating insomnia.

Objective To study the efficacy of Ciwujia injection combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of arteria vetaebralis vertigo.Methods 66 cases with arteria vertebralis vertigo were randomly recruited into a control group with 30 cases and a treatment group with 36 cases.The treatment group was administered with Ciwujia injection and electric acupuncture for 10 days,and the control group was administered with flunarizine and Danshen injection for 10 days.Resuits After 10 days'therapy,thetotal effective rate and the cure ratewas 91.7%and 30.6%in the treatment group,and the total effective rate and the cure rate was 63.3%and 16.7%in the control group.There was statistical diflerence between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Ciwujia injection and electric acupuncture has good effect in treating arteria vertebralis vertigo.

In 40 cases of headache treated by hydroacupuncture plus Tuina, in comparison with 35 cases treated with medications plus Tuina, the results showed that the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group.

Objective To study the out come of coblation arytenoidectomy combined with true and false pos-terior cordectomy for treatment of bilateral vocal cord paralysis (BVFP) .Methods The group included 17 patients (8 incomplete BVFP and 9 complete BVFP) .All the patients had waited more than 6 months before surgery with no spontaneous recovery .The patients underwent arytenoidectomy combined with true and false posterior cordecto-my using coblation under video suspension laryngoscope .Electric fibrolaryngoscope was performed before and after operation to evaluate the size of the glottis .The patients'voices were recorded before and after operation and evalua-ted by 3 laryngologists through GRBAS .Results Preoperational laryngoscope showed that in the incomplete BVFP ,the vocal folds were close to the middle line with limited abduction .In the complete BVFP ,the vocal folds failed in adduction and abduction and the size of the glottis was 2 -3mm .3 of the patients had underwent tracheotomy . Post operational electric fibrolaryngoscope showed proximate triangulate breathing space which was more than 4mm in the posterior glottis .The patients were followed up 6 to 44months .15 of the 17 were allowed for decannulation . One patient among them underwent posterior cordectomy and arytenoidectomy on the contralateral side respectively after the first operation because of dyspnea owing to scar diathesis .Two patients bunged up the canula but did not de-cannulate .Among them one was a 8-year old boy diagnosed as congenital heart disease .One was thyroid cancer with stiff neck due to radiology .The only postoperative complication was the appearance of granulations in the operation region in 2 patients ,which were disappeared spontaneously .Quality of the voice improved in 2 patients ,unchanged in 10 and worsened in 5 .Conclusion This study demonstrates that arytenoidectomy associated with posterior cord-ectomy is a satisfactory surgical treatment of bilateral vocal fold paralysis because it leads to a considerable and stable enlargement of the breathing space and preserved the voice quality .

Objective To observe the changes of metallothionein (M T) in the rat flap with ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods A ri ght lower abdominal island flap was created in Wistar rats . 16 rats were random ly divided into two groups: the control ( n =8) and the ischemia-reperfusion injury group ( n =8). The contents of MT and malondialdehyde (MDA) were assaye d by 109 Cd-hemoglobin saturation and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) methods. Th e activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) was measured by colorimetry. Results At ischemia 8 h, reperfusion 12 h and 24 h, the level of MDA in rat i schemia-reperfusion injury group increased 41.7 %, 111.4 %, and 135.7 %, the ac tivity of MPO increased 72.1 %, 218.9 % and 296.0 %, the content of MT increased 42.6 %, 52.8 % and 102.3 %, respectively, compared with the control group ( P

Objective:To explore the sexual behavior of high school students of Beijing and its relationship to parent and peer attachment.Methods:847 students of two high schools in Beijing were investigated with self-designed inventory on sexual behavior and Inventory of Parental and Peer Attachment.Results:The age of first menstruation among girl was 12.7,that of first semen loss of boys was 13.2.3.3% students had sex intercourse(in boys 16/350,in girls 12/497),the average age of them was 16.0.39.1% students had dating experience.The source of sex information came mainly from friends(38.8%),books and newspaper(24.5%),and school education(15.8%).Boys had more positive attitude to sex behavior of peers than girls.Students with safe attachment to parents were more conservative to sex behavior than those with unsafe attachment to parents.They also had less sexual behaviors.Conclusion:Sex behavior and attitude of high school students in Beijing have week association with attachment pattern.

Objective: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis of leaves of Panax Notoginseng by HPLC。 Methods: Zorbax C 18 (4.6?250mm) column was used, CH 3OH 4% H 3PO 4 solution (65∶35) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 203nm, and ginsenosides Rb 3 was used as reference compound. Results: Fingerprint consisted of 12 common peaks. Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable and provides a scientific basis for controlling the quality of leaves of Panax Notoginseng.

AIM: To set up a fingerprint analysis of Xintongning Capsules (Radix Notogenseng......) by TLC. METHODS: Silica gel G plate was adopted with developing underlayer of chloroform ethylacetate methanol water (15:40:22:10) under 10℃ resting overnight, 10% solution of H 2SO 4 in ethanol sprayed with and ginsenosides Rb 3 was used as standard substance. RESULTS: The result had 5 common spots. CONCLUSION: This method is accurate, reliable and provides a means for controlling the qualities of Xintongning Capsules.
