Objective To investigate the relationship of obstructive sleep apnea and atherosclerotic cerebral artery stenosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study.Patients underwent polysomnography monitoring;according to the results, the sleep apnea/hypopnea index ( AHI) was ≥5/h in 60 patients ( OSA group) and AHI was <5/h in another 60 patients ( non-OSA group) .The degree, quantity and distribution of cerebral artery stenosis were compared between OSA and non-OSA group.Results The results showed that there were no significant differences in gender, age, NIHSS score and rates of diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia and smoking between two groups (P>0.05).The rates of increased BMI [(26.07 ±2.39)vs.(23.59 ±2.73) kg/m2] and hypertension [70%(42/60)vs.43%(26/60)] in OSA group were higher than those in non-OSA group (t=5.304,χ2 =7.603, all P<0.05).There were 47 (78.3%) patients in OSA group and 27 (45.0%) in non-OSA group presenting cerebral artery stenosis (χ2 =16.535, P<0.05), and both OSA group and non-OSA group displayed high proportion of intracranial artery stenosis ( 68.0% vs.81.5%, P>0.05 ) . The severity of cerebral artery stenosis in OSA group was higher than that in non-OSA group (χ2 =17.801, P<0.05).There were no significant differences in location distribution of stenosed cerebral arteries between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The study indicates that there is a close relationship between OSA and stenosis of atherosclerotic cerebral arteries.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease Yanhuning combined with interferon, psychological intervention. Methods 80 children with HFMD in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected,and according to the different treatment and nursing intervention divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each groups. control group with routine nursing intervention in the observation group, interferon, interferon ,psychological nursing intervention mode of Yanhuning; the two groups of children with mental state improvement of clinical symptom, clinical resolution the treatment time and total efficiency, and the relevant data for comparative analysis. Results The psychological nursing mode of interferon Yanhuning (observation group) the clinical effect is better than that of interferon plus routine nursing intervention in children with hand foot and mouth disease (control group) the clinical effect of intervention, the psychological state of patients better than the control group, the clinical symptoms disappeared time was shorter than the control group, the total efficiency of treatment was higher than the control group, there was statistical significance the difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with HFMD selection effect of interferon psychological nursing intervention model of Yanhuning significantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with mental state, fades in a short time, it is worthy of widely used intervention in children with hfmd.

Objective To serially examine virus carrying condition of clinical specimens collected from SARS patients, in order to evaluate the dynamic changes of virus in the bady and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 494 samples, including plasma, urine, feces, sputum and throat swab, obtained from 84 cases of clinically diagnesed SARS patients at different time-points were examined for the study. Nested RT-PCR was employed for the detection of SARS-CoV using 2 pairs of primers targeting P and N region of the viral genome. The amplified viral genomic fragments were confirmed by DNA sequence analysis. Results Specific bands for SARS-CoV were amplified from various specimens of some SARS patients. Highest positive rate was found in sputum compared with the others. However, simultaneous examination of more than two specimens increased detectable rate of the virus. Moreover, dynamic examination revealed that the highest positive rate occurred in the 2nd week after the onset of the disease and next to the highest during the 3rd to 4th week. However, dynamic detectable rates for different specimens were not identical. Conclusion Nested RT-PCR is a practicable method for the detection of SARS-CoV and helpful for the early diagnosis or confirmation of the disease. Dynamic examinations for SARS-CoV by combined employment of the N and P primers and by involving multiple specimens may significantly increase the positive detectable rate, therefore would be helpful in diagnosis and eratuation of therapeutic effect of SARS.

Objective To investigate forkhead/winged helix transcription factor (FoxP3) expression in peripheral blood and liver-infiltrating lymphocytes (LIL) of patients with hepatitis B. Methods Flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and real-time RT-PCR were employed for Fox P3 analysis of blood or live tissue obtained from patients with acute hepatitis B (AHB), chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and chronic severe hepatitis B (CSHB), as well as health controls. Results Fox P3 mRNA and protein expressions were specifically identified in CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells. The level of Fox P3 mRNA in CD4+ T cells was identical with that in CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell in peripheral blood. In CSHB patients a significant increase of Fox P3 mRNA expression was found in peripheral blood. Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,therapy and prognostic features of granulocytic sarcoma (GS).Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyse 10 cases who were diagnosed with GS.Results Five patients were diagnosed with primary GS.GS was accompanied by APL in one case,CML in 3 cases and MDS in one case.Patients were treated with resection and chemotherapy,or imatinib treatment.Follow-up data were available from 9 patients,with 2 patients being still alive.The survival of one patient who received high-dose cytarabine chemotherapy was 66 months.The other 7patients died of tumor-related diseases,and their survival ranged from 4 to 17 months.Conclusion GS is a rarely diagnosed disease.A correct diagnosis of GS depends on detailed morphological examination and immunohistochemical study.The clinical outcome of patients is poor,and AML-type chemotherapy is the proper treatment for GS.High-intensity chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation might improve long-term survival.

Objective To study the curative effect of psychological intervention combined with drug treatment of children addicted to the network game.Methods One hundred and twelve children addicted to the network game were selected,who were admitted to the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from Feb.2009 to Oct.2013 were selected,according to the admission time sequence,they were randomly divided into drug treatment group,psychological intervention group(as control group) and psychological intervention combined with drug therapy group(test group).Each of the control groups had 38 cases of patients,while treatment group had 36 cases.Drug treatment group was treated with oral Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules 10 mg,1 time/d; the psychological intervention group was given the general psychological conversation,until discharged from the hospital; the test group adopted the cognitive restructuring,imagine the debate,self suggestion,remind yourself of cognitive therapy and behavior contract,behavior reinforcement,behavior extinction,aversive stimulus,self-regulation of behavior therapy combined with drug therapy.Respectively,before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after the end of the treatment,Chinese Internet Addiction Scale,Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) of each factor were evaluated.Results By the end of the 2 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment,CIAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in drug therapy and psychological intervention group,the differences were statistically significant (t =2.49,2.03,all P ＜ 0.05 ; t =2.72,2.72,all P ＜ 0.01) ; scores of 3 factors of fantasy,self accusation and retreat in CSQ group in coping style questiennaire in the coping style questionnaire in the treatment group were lower than those in control groups,the differences were statistically significant (t =3.99,3.78,2.15,all P ＜ 0.05; t=2.64,4.20,3.72,all P ＜ 0.01); the problem solving,help seeking factor in the test group were higher than those in the control groups,the differences were statistically significant (t =2.69,2.43,5.31,2.25; all P ＜ 0.01) ; variation test combined physicochemical factors scores at different stages had on difference comparison of those in the 2 control groups (all P ＞ 0.05).Comparison of the SCL-90 score between the test group and the 2 control groups,the differences were statistically significant (t =5.05,4.31,all P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference of the scores between the 2 control groups (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Psycholoical intervention therapy including cognitive therapy,behavior therapy combined with drug treatment have good effect on children's addiction to Web games.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of T-cell enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot assay (T-SPOT.TB) using both pleural effusion and peripheral blood in tuberculous pleurisy.Methods One hundred and two cases of in patients with pleural effusion treated in Anhui Chest Hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were enrolled in this study.T-SPOT.TB was performed using both serous effusion mononuclear cells (SEMC) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC),and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were calculated.Chi square test was used for categorical variables and MannWhitney U test was used for continuous variables in non-normal distribution.Results Of the 102 participants,71 (69.61 ％) were microbiologically or clinically diagnosed with tuberculous pleurisy and 31 (30.39 ％) were diagnosed with other diseases.In tuberculous pleurisy group,the median spot forming cells (SFC) of T-SPOT.TB for early secretory antigenic target 6 (ESAT-6) and culture filtrate protein 10 (CFP-10) using SEMC were 159/2.5 × 105 (120/2.5 × 105-200/2.5× 105) and 160/2.5 × 105 (110/2.5 × 105-210/2.5 × 105),respectively;and the median SFC of T-SPOT.TB using PBMC were 30/2.5×105 (15/2.5×105-55/2.5×105) and 40/2.5×105(8/2.5×105-87/2.5 ×105),respectively.The SFC counts of SEMC were obviously higher than those of PBMC,and differences were statistically significant (for ESAT-6,Z=-7.818;for CFP-10,Z=-7.120,both P＜0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that using a cut-off value of 38 SFC per 2.5 × 105 SEMC,the area under the curve is 0.969.The sensitivity and specificity of T-SPOT.TB using PBMC were 90.14％ and 77.42％,respectively;and those of T-SPOT.TB using SEMC were 95.77％ and 93.55％,respectively.When combined the T-SPOT.TB assay using both PBMC (≥6 spots) and SEMC (≥38 spots),the sensitivity and specificity were 90.14％ and 96.77％,respectively.Conclusion The joint detection of T-SPOT.TB using both PBMC and SEMC can be an effective diagnostic method for tuberculous pleurisy.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the protocol of FOLFOX4 for advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 27 patients received FOLFOX4oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 as a 2-hour infusion on day 1 and a 2-hour infusion of LV (200 mg?m-2?d-1) followed by a 5-Fu bolus (400 mg?m-2?d-1) and 22-hour infusion (600 mg?m-2?d-1) for 2 consecutive days every 2 weeks. Four courses were carried out with an interval of one month. Results The total effective rate was 44.44 %, CR(3.70 %), PR(40.74 %). Median survival of all patients was 10.0 months. Mean Survival was 11.5 months. One year survival rate was 30.02 %. Median duration of 12 effective patients were 5.3 months. Objective To investigate the immunological status of patients with SARS by monitoring the dynamic changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte count and plasma levels of cytokines. Methods Levels of IFN ?,TNF ?, IFN ?, IL 12 and IL 10 in plasma of 21 SARS patients were sequentially assayed with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Lymphocyte count of peripheral blood was also determined.
