[ ABSTRACT] Chemokines and their receptors have been implicated mostly in tumor progression and metastasis. Atypical chemokine receptors ( ACKRs) comprise a group of 7-transmembrane domain proteins structurally similar to G pro-tein-coupled receptors. However, ACKRs do not induce classical signaling via the typical G protein-mediated pathways. ACKRs efficiently internalize the cognate chemokine ligands and act as scavengers instead.ACJRs are composed of at least 3 members of chemokine receptors: Duffy antigen receptor for chemokines ( DARC, also known as ACKR1 ) , D6 ( also known as ACKR2) and ChemoCentryx chemokine receptor (CCX-CKR, also known as ACKR4).These receptors bind to and/or internalize their chemoattractant ligands without activating signal transduction cascades leading to cell migration. In this review, we summarize the recent progress regarding the roles of ACKRs in the progression and metastasis of tumor.

Objective To investigate the effect of α-crystallin on the proliferation of rat retinal microglia after optic nerve injury. Methods The effect of α-crystallin on number and proliferation of microglia were analyzed by MTT assay. After the rat model with optic nerve injury was established,α-crystallin was iniected into vitreous cavity and the microglia cell number were counted and compared by retinal fiat counting and immunofluorescence labeling in different groups. Results The proliferation and activation of microglia cells could be stimulated by LPS at 10-6g/L to 10-2g/L.α-crystallin at 10-4g/L and 10-6g/L could inhibit proliferation and activation of microglia cells.Compared to BSA iniection group,α-crystallin could inhibit more significantly the number of microglia cells 1-3 weeks after injury (P<0.05). Conclusions α-crystallin can inhibit proliferation and activation of retinal microglia and alleviate overphagocytosis and secondary damage of retinal microglia to retinal ganglion cells(RGCs),which may be another mechanism that α-crystallin contributes to indirect protection of RGCs.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopic thyroidectomy by gasless unilateral axillary approach. Methods:A matching study was conducted to analyze 21 patients with etgua of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from Mar. 2019 to Sep. 2021, including 8 cases of bilateral radical thyroidectomy and 13 cases of unilateral radical thyroidectomy + contralateral lobectomy (benign) . At the same time, 23 patients who underwent conventional thyroidectomy were matched as controls, including 8 cases of bilateral radical thyroidectomy and 15 cases of unilateral radical thyroidectomy + contralateral lobectomy (benign) . The operation process was recorded, and the differences in operation safety, postoperative recovery and incision satisfaction between endoscopic group and open group were compared. Results:The operation time in the endoscopy group was longer than that in the open group. The postoperative drainage volume in the endoscopy group was larger than that in the open group. There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative stay in hospital or the incidence of complications. The neck pain scores in the endoscopic group were lowter than those in the open group. In terms of postoperative cosmetic satisfaction, the endoscopic group was higher than the open group. Conclusion:Endoscopic bilateral thyroidectomy by gasless unilateral axillary approach is a safe and effective surgical method, and has high cosmetic satisfaction.
