In recent years' many key medical colleges directly under Ministry of Public Health in our country have incorporated with comprehensive or multi-disciplinary universities.On this condition we must make good use of the advantages of the comprehensive universities in order to serve medical education development and train high-quality medical talents in humanism spirit.This article covers the following aspects: the necessity of strengthening medical students' humanism education, connotation of medical students' humanism education and ways as well as methods of enhancing medical students' humanism education.

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of sitagliptin combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods One hundred patients with T2DM were divided into two groups by random digits table method with 50 cases each.The patients in study group were given phosphate sitagliptin (100 mg,day 1 oral) combined with metformin (500 mg,day 3 oral).The patients in control group were given repaglinide (1 mg,day 3 oral) combined with metformin (500 mg,day 3 oral).They were treated for 12 weeks and fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting insulin (FINS),body mass index (BMI) and the incidence of hypoglycemic events were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the level of FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c was significantly lower than that before treatment in two groups,and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).The level of B MI after treatment was significantly decreased [(24.45 ± 2.13) kg/m2 vs.(25.46 ±2.62) kg/m2] and FINS was significantly increased [(13.36 ± 1.89) mU/L vs.(12.36 ± 1.80)mU/L] compared with that before treatment in study group (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01).But the level of BMI and FINS had no significant difference before and after treatment in control group (P＞ 0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemic events had significant difference between study group and control group [0 vs.12％ (6/50)] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Sitagliptin combined with metformin is safe and effective in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is the preferred solution treatment.The risk of hypoglycaemia events is obviously reduced,also it can control and reduce weight and other advantages.

Purpose:To ascertain the curative effect and side effects from three different dividing dosage of DDP. Methods:315 cases of moderate and advanced tumors mainly treated with DDP and combined with chemotherapy were divided into 3 groups: (1)DDP 100 ml once(none divided group);(2) 30 to 40 ml of DDP per day, using continuously for 2 to 3 days(middle divided group); (3) 20 ml of DDP per day, using continuously for 5 days(small divided group). And 1 to 3 kinds of other chemotherapy medicines were used at same time. After using the above medicines, the curative effect, main reaction of nausea and vomiting and kidney toxicity were analysed. Results:The curative effect is better in group 1 and 2,but not so good in groups 3. The reaction of nausea and vomiting is slight in the group 2, and the kidney toxicity is high in group 1. Conclusions:The group 2 gets a good curative effect and only slight side effects, and is easy to apply. [

Objective To discuss the causations and nursing points of blood vessel complications of patients after percutaneons coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 2546 CHD patients underwent PCI during January 2005 to February 2008. We analyzed the cases with blood vessel complications, and dis-cussed nursing points of these patients. Results There were 99 cases with blood vessel complications. All patients recovered except one who died of ventricular fibrillation after cardiac tamponade. Conclu- sions The causations of blood vessel complications after PCI are complex. Proficient skills, nursing before operations, confirmation of the state of the patients in time, effective treatment combined with careful nurs-ing are all important to prevent these complications.

Objective:To investigate the public attitudes towards violence incidents from the perspective of in-ternet users, by the means of collecting the hospital violence incidents on the internet. Methods:Selected 7 cases of typical hospital violence and divided those comments into three categories, namely,support the medical side,support the patient side and other. The proportions of all kinds of attitudes were analyzed. Summarize the in-centives of hospital violence and analyze the attitudes of internet users from the perspective of social psychology. Results:Internet users had different attitudes to these 7 cases of hospital violence incidents. The proportion of support the medical side was from 0 . 66% to 95 . 82%, and the proportion ofsupport the patient side was from 0. 18% to 81. 25%. This was mainly due to the in-group favoritism, stereotypes, moral judgment and emotional tendencies of internet public opinion and media-induced and other factors. In internet users' view, the low profes-sional ethical quality is considered the most important incentives, and the proportion was 43. 05%. Conclusions:The tendency of the media coverage has an important influence on the attitude of internet users. Policy makers should correctly treat with the two sides of network public opinions, the hospitals should improve the ability to re-spond to public opinion, the media should regulate coverage and publicity.

Objective To analyze the change and clinical significance of blood lipid and high sensitive-C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods Fifty patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected as observation group,and 50 health people with the same gender and age were selected as control group.The blood lipid and hs-CRP levels in the two groups were measured and compared.Results The total cholesterol (TC),triacylglycerol (TG),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group [(5.20 ±0.84) mmol/L vs.(4.79 ±0.80) mmol/L,(2.21 ±0.97) mmol/L vs.(1.78 ±0.60) mmol/L,(3.25 ±0.65) mmol/L vs.(2.83 ±0.51) mmol/L],high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly lower than that in control group [(1.18 ± 0.15) mmol/L vs.(1.28± 0.22) mmol/L],and there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01).The hs-CPR in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [(4.2 ± 1.1) mg/L vs.(3.0 ± 0.8) mg/L],and there was statistical difference (P ＜0.01).Conclusions Subclinical hypothyroidism can cause increased TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP and decreased HDL-C,which may accelerate atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.It is necessary to timely screen and treat the disease.

Through reviewing the concept, work content and standard work process of anesthesia clinic, this article analyzed the moral value of anesthesia clinic:beneficial to use the medical resources rationally, to improve patient safety, to enhance humanistic care, and to reflect the value of the anesthesia doctor. Then, it discussed the realization way of anesthesia clinic and aimed to improve the safety of operation and anesthesia, at the same time, to enhance the humanistic care of patients.

Objective To analyze implementation outcomes and obstacles of “treatment before payment” reform seen by medical institutions' managers,along with an optimal strategy proposed.Methods Quantitative survey and qualitative interviews were called into play,and the data so acquired are subject to evaluation of the radar chart and fishbone diagram analysis to learn the implementation outcomes and obstacles.Results The reform proves workable at hospitals of county and lower levels,achieving win-win for the people,hospitals and government.Obstacles found include poor allocation of designated funds for risk coverage,insufficient circulating funds in advance,poor risk aversion mechanism,and poor preparation for tertiary hospitals.Conclusion It is recommended to promote awareness of the reform,enhance inter-department cooperation,improve hospital information systems,clarify the screening standards of “purposely evasion offenders”,standardize the issuance and use of the NRCMS certificates,and better build the credit system of the society.

Objective To study the state of doctors' psychological capital in public hospitals,and to analyze the characteristics of such capital,so as to better leverage the capital as a hospital management tool.Methods A quantitative and qualitative research was made on the state of doctors＇ psychological capital.Results The doctors' task-oriented psychological capital scored 4.25,and guanxi-oriented psychological capital 4.41; “modesty and prudence”scored the highest in all dimensions of the doctors' psychological capital,“optimism and hope”lowest; the doctors with different genders,ages,seniority,and monthly average income have a difference in psychological capital.However,no significant difference was found with varying titles,hospital levels,and employment models.Conclusion The doctors were found with a strong psychological capital to cope with stress.Better psychological capital will raise quality of care in practice.

Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing in the patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage (CSFL) after vertebrae surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (30 cases in each),the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group used evidence-based nursing,which was established by referring to some data and literatures according to a series of related nursing problems,getting direct and indirect evidence,and through analysis and summarizing to set up the nursing project for implementation.The incidence of intracranial hypotension headache,hyponatremia,wound healing disorders,infection of intervertebral space were compared.Results In the observation group,incidence of postoperative intracranial hypotension symptoms,postoperative hyponatremia,the incidence of wound healing disorders was statistically different from that of the control group.The incidence of infection in two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusions Using evidence-based nursing can reduce a series of complications in patients with CSFL after cervical surgery,control infection effectively,improve patients' comfort and improve the quality of nursing.
