1.Ultrasonic Features of Tibial Nerve in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose To explore the ultrasonic features of tibial nerve (TN) in tarsal tunnel of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), and to provide the basis for assessment and treatment. Materials and Methods Fifty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into the DPN group including 31 patients with diabetic periphreal neuropathy and the non-DPN group including 23 patients without diabetic periphreal neuropathy, 22 cases of non diabetic patients were also enrolled as the control group, all the subjects underwent medial tibial nerve ultrasound examination, and the ultrasonic features of tibial nerve (including morphological parameters:left-right diameter, anterior-posterior diameter, thickness sectional area and color Doppler lfow signals) were compared. Results Left-right diameter and anterior-posterior diameter of DPN group were larger than those of non-DPN group and the control group (P<0.01). Ultrasonic features of tibial nerve of DPN group included nerve bundle hypoechoic, vaguedscreen clothstructure, thickening and fuzzy of neural membrane, and the unclear boundaries to adjacent tissue. There was no statistically signiifcant difference in color Doppler signal of TN (P>0.05) among the DPN group, non-DPN group and the control group. Conclusion There are some characteristics features of tibial nerve in tarsal tunnel of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with DPN, ultrasound can be used to evaluate the morphology of TN in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with DPN and to provide morphological basis for evaluation and treatment selection.
2.Study on quality standard for Jianweishu Granule

Objective: To establish the assay methods for paeoniflorin and baicalin in Jianweishu Granules (Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Notoginseng, etc.). Methods: Radix Astragali, Radix Notoginseng; Radix Paeoniae Alba and Herba Dendrobii in Jianweishu Granule were identified by TLC. The paeoniflorin and baicalin in Jianweishu Granule were determined by HPLC on shim pack CLC ODS C 18 Column (6.0mm?150mm,10?m); using methanol water phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2) and methanol water (30∶70) as mobile phases, respectively; the flow rate were at 1.0 mL?min -1 ; the detection wavelength were 280nm and 230nm, respectively; the column temperature were at room temperature and 40?C respectively. Results: The average recoveries are 98.94% and 98.67%. RSD are 2.31% ( n =5) and 1.36% ( n =5). Conclusion: The methods are simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.

Objective To explore and improve the hospital consumables logistics distribution and cost control system based on consignment mode to solve the current problems in many hospitals for material management.Methods Improvement measures were taken from the aspects of network information system,inventory management,establishing organization architecture and post responsibility as well as introducing IOT technology.Results The system contributed to optimizing consumables management flow and saved hospital cost.Conclusion The hospital consumables logistics distribution and cost control system based on consignment mode is of great value for the management of hospital consumables.

5.Effects of Different Processing on the Contents of Paeono1 and Paeoniflolin in Cortex Moutan

Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of paeonol and paeoniflolin in cortex moutan from different processing.To investigate the necessity of processing to the cortex moutan.Methods The HPLC(high performance liquid chromatogram)method was established for the determination of the contents of the paeonol and paeoniflolin in cortex moutan.The conditions of the chromatograph method was as following:AC18 column was used.The mobile phase for paeonol determination was methanol-water(45:55)and detection wavelength was 274nm.The mobile phase for paeoniflorin determ ination was acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(15:85)and detection wavelength was 230nm.Results The results showd that the linear ranges of paeonol and paeoniflorin determ ination were 0.36~2.2?g/L~and 0.042~1.06?g/L respectively.The average recoveries of paeonol and paeoniflorin were 96.30%(RSD=0.97%)and 98.21%(RSD=0.64%)respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducibility.The experimental results showd that the contents of paeonol and paeoniflorin in coaex moutan from diferent processing were positive correlated,while the contents of cortex moutan from Sichuan were higher than that of the others.We had better combine the pharmacodynamic action study to illuminate the feasibility of processing to the Cortex Moutan.
6.Determination of galangin and kaempferol in Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum by HPLC

Objective:HPLC was used for the determination of galangin and kaempferol of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum.Methods:The column was phenomenex Gemini C 18 (5?,250mm?4.6mm);the mobile phases were methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(60:40);the detection wavelength was 360 nm;the flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was at 30?C respectively.Results:Galangin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.668-6.680?g,r=0.9996,and the average recovery was 102.30%with RSD=1.73%(n=6);Kaempferol also showed a good linear relationship in the range of 15.5-155.0ng,r=0.9995,and the average recovery was 97.31%with RSD 1.84%(n=6).Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate,reliable and sensitive and it can be used as a quality control standards for Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum.

9.Determination of Emodin, Chrysophanol and Sodium Danshensu in Shen An Kang Capsules by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of chrysophanol, emodin and sodium Danshensu in Shen An Kang Capsules(SAKC). Methods Chrysophanol and emodin contents were determined on Lichrospher100 C18 column (4.6 mm? 250 mm, 5 ? m) with the mobile phase of Methanol- 0.1 % Perchloric acid (85 ∶ 15) at a flow rate of 1 mL? min-1, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Sodium Danshensu content was determined on Kromasil column C18( 4.6 mm? 250 mm, 5 ? m) with the mobile phase of actonenitirile - 1.2 % Glacial acetic acid(8 ∶ 92)at a flow rate of 0.5 mL? min-1, detection wavelength being 280 nm. Results The linearity of emodin was obtained in the range of 0.020 16~ 0.100 80 ? g(r=0.999 6), linearity of chrysophanol obtained in the range of 0.034 56~ 0.172 80 ? g(r=0.999 9)and linearity of sodium Danshensu obtained in the range of 0.144 8~ 0.868 8 ? g(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 97.70 % with RSD 2.38 % for emodin, 97.69 % with RSD 1.92 % for chrysophanol and 97.52 % with RSD 0.77 % for sodium Danshensu. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible , and is helpful for the quality control of Shen An Kang Capsules.
10.Quality standard of Finger-citron Formula Granule

AIM:To establish the quality control for Finger-citron Formula Granule. METHODS: The TLC,HPLC and fingerprint chromatogram were used to make quality standard. RESULTS: The TLC spots were clear and 5,7-dimethoxy-coumarin showed a good linearity at a range of 0.46-4.14 ?g.The average recovery was(99.01%)(n=6) with RSD 1.58%. CONCLUSION: The method could be used as the quality control of Finger-citron Formula Granule.
