Results:In the treated subjects significant changes including anterior rotation and sagittal growth of the mandible, increased SNB and facial height, reduced ANB, increased lower incisor proclination, upper incisor overjet reduction were observed.Conclusion:T4K appliance is effective in the treatment of class II division 1 malocclusion.
3.Application of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block technique in standardized training for resi-dent doctors
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(6):589-591
Mastering peripheral nerve block technique is a basic requirement for residents stan-dardization training. Ultrasound-guided nerve block has broken through the limitation of traditional blind operation, promoted the quality and safety of anesthesia, and improved the quality of the peripheral nerve block teaching. However, the safety of ultrasound-guided nerve block technique must be based on the speci-fication training. In the teaching experience, we have used theoretical study, simulation training and clinical practice to explore a new method for upgrading the quality of resident doctor training.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(1):121-123
6 OSAS patients wore the appliance. Polysomnographic monitoring and cephalometric analysis were performed before and after treatment to analyze the effect of the appliance. With the appliance on after one month, the patients felt better. The values of AHI decreased significantly(P<0.01), and the lowest SaO_2 increased significantly(P<0.01).Cephalometric analysis showed a widened airway(P<0.05)after treatment. The results showed that TMJ appliance is an easy and effective treatment of OSAS.

Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2016;10(4):325-328
Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic role of ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) in human endometrial carcinoma. Methods 51 endometrial carcinoma tissues and matched tumor-adjacent tissues were collected from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 in People's Hospital of Linzi District of Zibo City and Penglai People's Hospital.mRNA expression of ARF6 was detected by qRT-PCR,and the protein expression of ARF6 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between ARF6 and clinicopathological features was analyzed by chi-square test, and the Kaplan-Meier survival curves were drawn to describe the prognostic effects of ARF6 expression. Results Both mRNA and protein expression of ARF6 were down-regulated in endometrial carcinoma tissues than those in matched tumor-adjacent tissues (P<0.05).Positive expression of ARF6 was associated with lynphatic metastasis (P<0.05) and advanced TNM stage (Ⅲ+Ⅴ,P<0.05).Both the 3-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate were lower in ARF6 positive expression group than in ARF6 negative expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive expression of ARF6 in human endometrial carcinoma is related to the malignant clinicopathological features and poor prognosis.

Objective To evaluate the effects of apolipoprotein-J(ApoJ)on hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)induced neonatal rat ventricular cells(NRVCs)injury and its related signaling pathways. Methods ApoJ high expression was achieved by infection with recombinant adenovirus in NRVCs.The three gas incubator was used to establish H/R model,SOD mimetic Mn(Ⅲ) tetrakis(4-benzoic acid)porphyrin chloride and eIF2α dephosphory inhibitor Salubrinal were performed the pretreatment. The NRVCs were divided into four groups:normal control group,H/R,ApoJ group,ApoJ+ H/R group,Mn(Ⅲ)TBAP+H/R group and Salubrinal +-H/R group. The cell viability was measured by MTT assay;the leakages of LDH,the expression of SOD and caspase-3/7 activity were detected by ELISA.The protein expression levels of ApoJ,Nox2/gp91phox,caspase-12,CHOP,and the phosphorylation level of eukaryotic initiation factor 2α(eIF2α)were determined by Western blot. Results ApoJ protein in myocardial cells was highly expressed after infection by recombinant adenoviru.Compared with the control group, the cell viability and the activity of SOD were significantly decreased, the leakages of LDH and the activity of caspase-3/7 were increased in the H/R group, the pro tein expression level of Nox2/gp91phox,caspase-12 and CHOP and the phosphorylation level of eIF2α were increased.Compared with the H/R group, the leakages of LDH and the activity of caspase-3/7 in the ApoJ overexpression group,Mn(Ⅲ)TBAP group and Salubirnal group were significantly decreased.ApoJ overexpression significantly increased the cell viability and the activity of SOD.Moreover, the protein expression level of Nox2/gp91phox,caspase-12 and CHOP were significantly decreased, while the phosphorylation level of eIF2α was markedly increased. Conclusion ApoJ alleviates H/R induced myocardial cellular injury by antioxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress.

Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane anesthesia on learning and memory functions and S100β protein in anaplasis in the 7-day-old rat. Methods 48 SD rats of both sexes aged 7-day-old weighing 1 2-1 6 g were randomly divided into 3 groups (1 6 rats in each group):group A and group B inhaled 3 % sevoflurane in oxygen(1L/min) for 6h and 2h respectively; group C inhaled oxygen(1L/min) only. After inhalation, the effects of sevoflurane anesthesia on learning and memory function were assessed by Morris water-maze test and Y-maze test from 16d to 24d.The rats were killed in the day of 8d and 25d respectively, and the blood were collected for the expression of serum concentration S100β protein by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results (1) Results of Morris water-maze test:Compared with group C,escape latency prolonged in group A and group B in 17-20d(P < 0.05 or 0.01) ;escape latency prolonged in group A compared with group B in 19-20d(P < 0.01) ;but there were no significant differences in the probe time in original platform quadrant and the frequency of crossing original platform among three groups(P >0.05).(2) Result of Y-maze test:In 22d,the total reaction time of group A and B were longer than group C (P <0.05 or 0.01),and the error number was increased in group A and B compared with group C(P < 0.01) ; while in 23-24d,there were no significant differences between every index of each groups (P > 0.05).(3) Results of the blood serum index:In 8d,serum concentration of S100β protein was significantly increased in group A and B compared with group C (P <0.01),and serum concentration of S100β protein was significantly increased in group A compared with group B (P < 0.05) ; But there were no significant differences in serum concentration of S100β protein of each groups in 25d(P > 0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia in the 7-day-old rat can temporarily decrease the ability of learning and memory functions in the length of inhalation time dependent manner, and the mechanism may be related to the increased expression of serum concentration of S100β protein transiently.
