OBJECTIVE: To discuss about the acceptability of the structural convergence of regional pharmaceutical indus- try. METHODS: According to the calculation of LQ and LQS2, the regional distributing structure of pharmaceutical industry was judged. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The results showed that the regional distribution of pharmaceutical industry in China assumed characteristics of regional convergence. Because advanced technology and large scale are very important to pharmaceutical industry, the structural convergence of regional pharmaceutical industry is not acceptable.

Objective To explore the relationship between the activity of cholinesterase in hemolyzed blood sample and non-hemolyzed blood sample. Methods The activities of cholinesterase in hemolyzed blood samples and non-hernolyzed blood samples from 112 healthy individuals in Ji'nan were determined by the ferric trichloride chro-mometry, and the activities of cholinesterase in hemolyzed blood samples were adjusted by the concentration of ho-moglobulin (Hb) in blood samples. Objective To investigate and report the catalogue and distribution of acaroid mites in region of Jianghuai.Methods The dust samples were collected from storage circumstances, working places and human dwellings from Jianghuai region(11 cities) in Anhui province from April to October, 2006.Acaroid mites were isolated by waterflotation and tullgren, then counted and identified.Results Thirty species of acaroid mites were identified, belonging to 20 genera, 7 families(4 subfamilies), the dominant species were Tyrophagus putrescentiae, Acarus siro, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Glycyphagus domesticus, Dermatophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus.Conclusion Acaroid mites breeding in differenai habitats of Jianghui region distributes widely and shows significant diversity.

Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease nursing care.Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(n=40).Both groups were given medical treatment and conventional nursing care,and the control group was given the cognitive behavioral intervention nursing care additionally.The average days of stay,the ratio of readmission,the treatment adherence,and smoking cessation rate in one year were recorded.Moreover,the life quality of the two groups was analyzed with a CAT assessment test.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group achieved shorter average days of stay,higher medication adherence and smoking cessation rate,lower readmission rate and admission rate.The experimental group achieved better life quality with lower CAT value than the control group.Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can obviously improve the treatment effectiveness of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonarv disease.
