Objective To study the relationship between the serum HBV DNA level and theprogress of hepatitis B. MethodsHBV DNA was quantified by branch DNA signal amplification as-say(bDNA). 172 patients of different clinical types infected with HBV were investigated for HBVDNA. Results At the less than 0.7mmol/ml of HBV DNA level, 88.0% were acute patients,32.2% chronic,66.7% chronic with the fulminant hepatic failure, 19.4% cirrhotic, and 37.5% HCCpatients. The degree of fibrosis in the liver tissue is significantly higher in the group with more than 35years old. than in that with less than 35 years old ( P < 0.01 ). All chronic patients were analyzed,HBV DNA level is significantly higher in patients less than 35 years old than in patients more than 35years old ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion This research demonstrated that existence and replication ofHBV were the main causes for the progress of hepatitis B.

This paper explores how computer-aided language learning affected medical stu-dents’use of English learning strategies.One hundred and twenty eight medical students in Beijing University Health Science Center participated in the one-year experiment.A questionnaire based on cognitive learning strategy was designed.Results showed:①there are significant differences between the experimental group and the controlled group in terms of their independent learning strategy;② the experimental group used more independent learning strategies such as monitoring oneself and team work while the controlled group used rote strategies.

Objective To explore the early characteristics,risk factors and correct diagnosis procedure of acute pulmonary embolism.Methods The onset,axillary examination and susceptibility of 52 cases of acute pulmonary embolism between Jan 2004 and Dec 2005 were analyzed.Results The early manifestation of acute pulmonary embolism was difficulty in breathing,chest pain,hemota and fatigue.Only 11.5%patients presented all the obove symptomes at the same time.D-dimer＞500μg/L was 100%.Blood gas analysis showed hypoximia in 94.2%,typical SⅠQⅢTⅢin 13.6% on electrocardiograph,pulmonary artery hypertension in 82.5%on ultrasonography,dilated right in 38.5%of all the subjects.The diagnosis rate was 82.7%at the first diagnosis.Lower limb deep vein embolism,chronic cardiac,kidney disease,malignant tumor and periooperation patients were the risk factors.Conclusion Acute pulmonary embolism is specific-free of clincial manifestation,patients with history of vertigo but excluding difficulty in breathing,chest pain,hemato should go proper examination.

The papers introduced how to deal with and analyse a psychosexual trauma case.The case was mainly caused by childhood experiences of sex trauma and childhood separation anxiety,which resulted in a series of problems such as child barriers,learning disabilities,interpersonal barriers,and affective disorder.Treatment of this case was mainly psychological analysis,integrated use of cognitive therapy,therapy centers and so on.Treatment consisted of three stages: analysis of early experience — understanding and experience-feel self;analysis of medium-term: childhood trauma of separation anxiety,and deal with the shadow of mother.The last stage: touch and face somatization of trauma symptoms,and the psychological trauma.

OBJECTIVE:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of caffeic acid tetramers cat and salvianolic acid B in Compound zicao granule. METHODS:YMC-Pack ODS-A C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (40 ∶ 60) and flow rate set at 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 252 nm and column temperature was set at room temperature. The injection volume was 10 ?L. RESULTS:The linear ranges were 0.065～1.82 ?g for caffeic acid tetramers cat(r=0.999 6) and 0.205～5.74 ?g for salnianolic acid B (r=0.999 7).The average rec-overies of caffeic acid tetramer and salnianolic acid B were 98.72%(RSD=3.27%,n=9)and 101.39%(RSD=1.81%,n=9),resp-ectively. CONCLUSION:The method is simple,reliable,stable and reproducible for quality control of Compound zicao granule.
