1.Immunomodulatory effect of calf spleen extractive injection on immunocompromised mice

Objective To investigate the effect of Calf Spleen Extractive Injection(CSEI) on immune function of immunocompromised mice. Methods BALB/C mice were divided into normal group (n=20), model group (n=20) and positive control group (n=20), CSEI high dose group (1.20 mL/kg, n=20), middle dose group (0.60 mL/kg, n=20) and low-dose group (0.30 mL/kg, n=20). Besides the normal group, mice in other groups were intraperitoneal injected cyclophosphamide at dose of 80 mg/kg for three consecutive days to induce immunocompromised model. Continuous dosing after 10 days to viscera index, index, natural killer cells (natural killer cell, NK) kill rate, the number of peripheral blood leukocytes (white blood cell, the WBC), lymphocyte count (lymphocytes, LYM) and serum against sheep red blood cells (the Sheep Red blood cell, SRBC) IgG levels as examining index, verify the CSEI effect on the regulation of immune function was low immune function in mice. Results Compared with model group, CSEI groups of high middle and low dose had improved viscera index, phagocytic coefficient, NK cell killing activity, serum specific antibody level, peripheral WBC count and lymphocyte count(P<0.05). Conclusion CSEI has possess immunomodulatory effects on the immunocompromised mice.

3.Analysis of chest X-ray in 87 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of chest X-ray in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods 87 children with NRDS were selected.Then bedside radiography was conducted with the Philip Pracelx100 mobile X-ray machine,and the children with confirmed NRDS were recorded,and the children screening by chest X-ray review were analyzed.Referenced the NRDS image diagnostic criteria,the disease grading was carried out according to the lung field light transmission reduction and air bronchogram extent.Results 20 cases in the first grade,35 cases in the second grade,28 cases in the third grade,4 cases in the fourth grade.Limitations of miliary shadows in 15 cases ;60 cases of impaired lung field transmittance,51 patients presented with ground-glass change and air bronchogram ;4 cases in “ white lung”.Conclusion Chest X-ray for NRDS had important value of diagnostic,differential diagnostic and prognosis.

Objective To study the proper method of hamotasis by compression after femoral artery puncture for hemodialysis patients, and then decline the incidence rate of complication. Methods There were 107 hemodialysis patients in the observation group and 106 patients were in the control group. Objective To investigate the expression of cholecystokinin receptor B(CCK-BR)in a variety of human tumor tissues and cells.Methods RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of CCK-BR mRNA and protein in human gastric cancer AGS and SGC-7901cells,human hepatoma cancer HepG-2 cells,human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells and human lung canc-er A549 and NCI-H446 cells,human prostate cancer DU145 cells,human bladder cancer T24 cells.CCK-BR expression was detected in the clinical cancer tissues including the stomach,breast,cervical,bladder,lung and liver and AGS and SGC-7901 cells by immuno-histochemical and immunocytochemical methods.Results CCK-BR mRNA and protein were express in the cytoplasm and cell mem-brane of the above 8 cell lines.Positive expression of CCK-BR was discovered in the above cancer tissues.Conclusion CCK-BR are expressed in a variety of human tumor tissues and cells.

mTOR signaling pathway is a highly conserved intracellular signaling pathway,which partici-pates in several signaling pathways, such as PI3K/AKT/mTOR, AKT/TSC1-TSC2/Rheb/mTOR, LKB1-AMPK-TSC-mTOR and FGF-10-Spry2-mTORC1-STAT3/HIF-1α-VEGF-A. mTOR signaling implicate in the regulation of the development of lung and many pulmonary diseases in many aspects,may be connected to bron-chopulmonary dysplasia. Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is one of the very common chronic lung diseases in pre-term,physical and chemical factors have been shown to induce acute lung injury, aberrant wound healing and lung fibrosis in the immature lung. This review summarizes relationship of mTOR signaling among lung develop-ment,acute lung injury and lung fibrosis,to explore the role of mTOR signaling in the development of bronchop-ulmonary dysplasia,in hope of providing novel method in the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary dysplasia.

There is another factor involving in endothelium dependent relaxation besides NO, which is independent of cGMP, EDHF. Its hyperpolarization mechanism may be related to the open of calcium dependent K + channels(K + Ca). NO, PGI 2,H 2O 2 and cytochrome P450 derived metabolite of arachidonic acid are all the candidates of EDHF. In the normal blood vessels, the influence of EDHF on endothelium dependent relaxation is little. But in some diseases, when the production and effect of NO is disturbed ,the mechanism of EDHF may play a specially important role.
