Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of spleen-invigorating and superficies-consolidating therapy combined with life style intervention for improving constitution of recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) children.Methods One hundred and twenty RRTI children were classified into excessive yang with deficiency yin syndrome(N = 60) and excessive yin with deficiency yang syndrome(N = 60).Then the excessive yang with deficiency yin syndrome were equally randomized into herbal medicine group Ⅰ and western medicine group Ⅰ,and excessive yin with deficiency yang syndrome were equally randomized into herbal medicine group Ⅱ and western medicine group Ⅱ.Herbal medicine groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were given Fuganning Oral Liquid and life style intervention,and western medicine groups Ⅰand Ⅱ were given thymic peptide capsules and life style intervention.Eight weeks constituted one treatment course.The score of symptoms before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect were compared after 2 treatment courses.Results(1) The symptoms score was improved obviously in herbal medicine groups and western medicine groups(P 0.05).The difference of therapeutic effect was significant between both of herbal medicine groups(P

Objective To discuss the effect of self- care education at the early time of postoperation and the use of nursing packages during the later period on non- throat patients. Methods 40 patients having un-dergone total laryngectomy were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the surgery date with 20 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experi-mental group was given the system intervention by specialized nurses. The intervention content included self-care education at the early time of postoperation and the use of nursing packages during the later period. The questionnaire survey was carried out 15 days and 3 months after operation.The coping style,self-care ability and survival quality were compared between the two groups. Results The comparison of coping style showed re-markable difference in the two groups. The comparison of self- care ability and level of health knowledge showed significant difference 15 days after operation except two other items,but the four items demonstrated significant difference 3 months after operation. Difference also existed in the total scorn of survival quality. Conclusions Early system serf- care education after operation and the use of nursing package during the later period can impel the patients to cope positively, enhance self-care ability and survival quality.

Objective The stress reaction in double-balloon enteroscopy was investigated,the influencing factors and intervention countermeasures were studied.Methods Cardiovascular effects and physiological reactions of 60 double-balloon enteroscopy patients were surveyed.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the cardiovascular effects to underwent single factor analysis of related factors.Results The incidence of physiological reactions was 68.3%,the incidence of cardiovascular reactions was 56.7%.Evident difference existed in blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation rate before,during and after examination.The grouping analysis showed cardiovascular effects were influenced by many kinds of factors.Conclusions Different degrees of the stress reactions in double-balloon enteroscopy might appear.The influencing factors included the enteroscopy mode and time,gender,age,mood,and physician operation experience.The stress reactions might be reduced by taking the corresponding intervention measures according to the influencing factors.

Objective The radiotherapy resistance is one of important causes for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) treatment failure.Junctional adhesion molecule A(JAMA)is closely correlated with the tumor poor prognosis.Thus this experiment is to in vestigate the relationship between JAMA expression and the radiosensitivity of NPC.Methods To overexpress or interfere the JAMA expression in CNE2 and HONE1 cell lines.Then different doses of X-ray were adopted to conduct irradiation.The cell clone formation capacity and cellular apoptosis change were detected after 24 h.The role of JAMA in the NPC radiotherapy was understand.The related signal pathway protein in cell lines with different JAMA expression was detected by Western blot.Results The cell lines with low JAMA expression were more sensitive to radiotherapy:After low JAMA expression,the D0 value in the CNE2 cell line was decreased from 3.26 ±0.78 to 1.92 ± 0.23;the Dq value was decreased from 46.51 ± 4.27 to 32.12 ± 3.19.The radio therapy induced apoptosis was significantly increased in the cell lines with low JAMA expression,after low JAMA expressing,thcellular apoptosis was elevated from 6.9 ％ ± 0.9 ％ to 13.7 ％ ± 1.3 ％;the HONE1 cellular apoptosis was elevated from 6.5 ％ + 1.1 ％ to 12.3 ％ ± 1.7％;JAMA overexpression cell lines were significantly decreased.The preliminary mechanism research results showed that JAMA played the effect via Akt signal pathway.Conclusion This research results verifiy that JAMA expression level is closely correlated with the radiosensitivity of NPC cell line:JAMA can increase the radiotherapy resistance of NPC cell lines,which provides a new feasible research direction for NPC enhancing radiosensitivity.

Objective To identify the role of miR-124 in regulating the radiosensitivity and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods Transient transfection of cells with miR-124 mimic or inhibitor was performed and wound-healing assay was used to investigate the role of miR-124 in the EMT of NPC. The apoptosis affected by miR-124 was also measured after irradiation , followed by investigating the cell proliferation by EdU assay. Finally , proteins of Akt and ERK associated with EMT and radiosensitivity, were measured by western blot. Results The migration index from NPC cell line indicated that miR-124 repressed the EMT. The results from caspase-3 activity assay showed that caspase-3 activity after irradiation significantly increased in miR-124 mimic group compared with the control group (P < 0.01). It was also confirmed that irradiation led to a higher percentage of apoptosis in miR-124 group compared with the control group in NPC cells. Cell proliferation after irradiation was significantly decreased in MiR-124 group as compared with control group . MiR-124 inhibited the protein expression of p-Akt . Conclusion MiR-124 may repress the EMT and decrease radio-resistance of NPC via p-Akt signaling pathway , which may provide a new insight into radio-resistance in NPC.

Enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation (EECP) information consists of both text and hemodynamic waveform data. At present EECP text information has been successfully managed through Web browser, while the management and sharing of hemodynamic waveform data through Internet has not been solved yet. In order to manage EECP information completely, based on the in-depth analysis of EECP hemodynamic waveform file of digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) format and its disadvantages in Internet sharing, we proposed the use of the extensible markup language (XML), which is currently the Internet popular data exchange standard, as the storage specification for the sharing of EECP waveform data. Then we designed a web-based sharing system of EECP hemodynamic waveform data via ASP. NET 2.0 platform. Meanwhile, we specifically introduced the four main system function modules and their implement methods, including DICOM to XML conversion module, EECP waveform data management module, retrieval and display of EECP waveform module and the security mechanism of the system.

OBJECTIVE: To report on a case of Smith-Magenis syndrome (SMS) due to a rare small-scale deletion. METHODS: Muscle samples from the the third fetus was collected after the in Medical history and clinical data of the patient were collected. The child and his parents were subjected to chromosome karyotyping analysis, multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) and copy number variation sequencing (CNV-seq). RESULTS: The child was found to have a normal karyotype. MLPA and CNV-seq detection showed that he has harbored a 1.22 Mb deletion and a 0.3 Mb duplication in the 17p11.2 region. Neither of his parents was found to have similar deletion or duplication. CONCLUSION The child was diagnosed with SMS due to a rare 1.22 Mb deletion in the 17p11.2 region, which is among the smallest deletions associated with this syndrome.

Objective:To provide theoretical reference for the construction of effective prevention and control strategies. The study deeply investigates the impact of traumatic birth events on compassion fatigue and inner feelings of midwives.Methods:Fifteen midwives from five tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou were interviewed in depth by semi-structured interview method from April to June 2021. Colaizzi analysis and Nvivo12 plus software were used to analyze and integrate the data and extract themes.Results:Three main themes were extracted, including the characteristics of traumatic birth events (high incidence, sudden and dangerous, preventable and controllable); exacerbating compassion fatigue (reducing compassion satisfaction levels; exacerbating burnout; and aggravating traumatic stress responses); and exploring effective coping strategies (time required for adjustment, seeking stress release).Conclusions:As a strong stressor, traumatic birth events aggravate the symptoms of compassion fatigue in midwives. Managers should pay attention to the occupational exposure of traumatic childbirth events, actively guide midwives to make psychological adjustments. In addition, managers can increase social support and strengthen the ideological and political education of midwives, so that they have good stress tolerance and excellent professional psychological quality.

Objective To scientifically measure the workload of basic public health services project on village level .Methods 257 village doctors and 24 public health administrators that work in rural health clinics in Qianjiang city ,Hubei province and Qianjiang distrcit ,Chongqing city were sampled ,with questionnaire survey and key informant in-depth interview methods used to screen basic public health service projects affordable on village level ,for workload measurement .Results 35 basic public health service projects were chosen as the measurement projects regarding their relative workload. Hypertension follow-up workload 100 was set as the benchmark ,finding the rest relative workload of other projects range from11～936 .Conclusions It is reasonable to use the relative value measurement based on RBRVS theory on village level basic public health service projects. Results of this study can offer support for the pricing and further dynamic modification of the basic public health service projects .
