This article was aimed to research the spray drying technology of instant Asini Corii Colla. HPLC was used. Contents of four kinds of amino acid and collection rate of powder were used as the indexes. The single factor experiment and orthogonal test were combined in the optimization of process conditions. The results showed that the best technology of spray drying technology was medicine liquid density of 1.10 (determined under the temperature of 60℃), inlet air temperature at 165℃, the pressed air speed was 45 L·h-1, the fluid speed was 15%. It was conclud-ed that the technology was reasonable and reliable, which can provide certain reference in the industrial production.

Objective To control the nosocomial infection and avoid the second pollution of thereclaimed medical apparatus to the washing area of supply room. Methods Count, classification and place of the reclaimed medical apparatus went along at the same self-designed categorizing pedestal of the muhi-function apparatus. No absorbing cloth was needed on the table-board, the dirty water flew into the outfall of the sewer directly and automatically, the discreteness could be unpicked, washed and lis-terized after work. Results It avoided the collision of the apparatuses, shortened the time of counting effectively and reduced the chance of pollution. It also avoided the waste of the manpower, the material resources, the time and the second environmental pollution. The effects of the two table-boards after disinfection had statistical difference (P<0.01). Conclusions The categorizing pedestal of the mul-ti-function apparatus makes the reclaim and handling of the polluted apparatus more standard and to re-move the pollution more thoroughly.

OBJECTIVE:
To detect potential mutations of the PKHD1 gene in two pedigrees affected with infantile polycystic kidney disease.
METHODS:
Clinical data and peripheral venous blood samples were collected from the probands and their parents as well as fetal amniotic fluid cells. Genome DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood samples and amniotic fluid cells. Exons 32 and 61 of the PKHD1 gene were amplified with PCR and subjected to direct sequencing.
RESULTS:
The proband of pedigree 1 was found to carry c.4274T>G (p.Leu1425Arg) mutation in exon 32 and c.10445G>C (p.Arg3482Pro) mutation in exon 61 of the PKHD1 gene, which were inherited from her father and mother, respectively. The fetus has carried the c.4274T>G (p.Leu1425Arg) mutation. In pedigree 2, the wife and her husband had respectively carried a heterozygous c.5979_5981delTGG mutation and a c.9455delA mutation of the PKHD1 gene. No chromosomal aberration was found in the umbilical blood sample, but the genetic testing of their fetus was failed. Based on software prediction, all of the 4 mutations were predicted to be pathogenic.
CONCLUSION
PKHD1 c.4274T>G (p.Leu1425Arg), c.10445G>C (p.Arg3482Pro), c.5979_5981delTGG and c.9455delA were likely to be pathogenic mutations. The results have facilitated genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis for the two pedigrees.
