Serum Cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ) and lactic acid were measured in 128 neonatal patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and 38 healthy neonates (control group). Serum cTn Ⅰ and lactic acid levels were higher in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy than those in healthy neonates (P < 0. 05 ); and the differences of these values were also statistically significant between the serious patients and the mild patients (P<0.05). Serum cTn Ⅰ and lactic acid are two sensitive markers for degree of myocardial injury and hypoxia in neonatal patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.

Objective: To study the antifatigue effect of tea containing Acanthopanax senticosus.Methods: Forty eight mice were randomized into 4 groups:three groups of tea containing Acanthopanax senticosus at doses of 50, 75, 100 ml/(kg?d), and the saline group.After 4 w, muscle and liver glycogen, serum LDH activity, BUN and blood LAC were measured.Results: Three tea groups showed increase of muscle and liver glycogen,and serum LDH activity, and decrease of serum BUN and LAC in swimming mice.The 75-100 ml/(kg?d) group was the best.Conclusion: Tea containing Acanthopanax senticosus has antifatigue effect.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Yinzhi-huang combined with probiotics in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 80 neonates of hyperbilirubinemia were recruited into a treatment group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases).The control group was treated with the gap blue light irradiation,besides,patients with rapid increase or high level of bilirubin were additionally treated with acid-correcting agents,Liver enzyme inducer,and albumin infusion; while the treatment group was additionally treated with Yinzhi-huang and probiotics on the basis of the control group.The values of serum total bilirubin before the treatment Was determined in both groups.During treatment,the changes of daily bilirubin,were monitored with percutaneous bilirubin monitor,and the time for serum bilirubin values decreased to normal level was studied in both groups.Results The two groups showed no significant difference in examination of the serum bilirubin values before treatment(P＞0.05).The daily bilirubin decreased value of treatment group(53.07± 17.80) μmol/L showed statistically significant compared with the control group(30.56± 13.43)μmol/L(P＜0.05); the time for serum bilirubin values decreased to normal level in the treatment group (4.87± 2.06) d was significantly different compared with the control group (7.12± 2.33) d,(P＜ 0.05).The apparent effective rate in the treatment group 75％ (30/40) was higher than that in the control group 35％(14/40)with statistical significance(x2=5.89,P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group 92.5％ (37/40)was higher than the control group 75％ (30/40)with statistical significance (x2=4.50,P＜0.05).Conclusion Yinzhi-huang combined with probiotics has better effects than conventional treatment in decreasing the daily bilirubin values,restoring normal serum bilirubin time of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of miRNA -22 in esophageal and gastric cancer tissues and cell lines.Methods Realtime -PCR was performed to detect the expression of miRNA -22 in human esophageal cancer cell lines ECA109,TE -1,TE -8,TE -13 and normal esophageal epithelial cells HEEC,48 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and matched adjacent normal tissues,human gastric cancer cell lines SGC -7901,MKN -45,NCI -N87,AGS,NUGC -3,SUN -1,normal human gastric mucosa cell line GES -1 and normal stomach fibroblastic cell NSFC,88 cases of gastric cancer tissues and matched adjacent normal tissues.Results The expression of miRNA -22 was much less in four esophageal cancer cell lines than that of immortalized normal esophageal epithelial cells HEEC,and the expression of miRNA -22 was much less in six gastric cancer cell lines than that of gastric mucosal epithelial cell line GES -1 and normal stomach fibroblastic cell line NSFC.The esophageal cancer tissues showed aberrant down regulation of miRNA -22 compared with the adjacent non -tumor tissues [(3.51 ±1.05)vs.(11.23 ±2.95),t =18.13,P <0.05].The gastric cancer tissues showed aberrant down regula-tion of miRNA -22 compared with the adjacent non -tumor tissues [(2.15 ±1.23)vs.(9.14 ±2.86),t =22.93, P <0.05].Conclusion The expression of miRNA -22 was much lower in esophageal and gastric cancer tissues and cell lines,which provided basement to nosogenesis,early diagnosis and create drug treatment of the cancers.

Aim: To prepare a fully human anti-VEGF_(165)(vascular endothelial growth factor 165) monoclonal antibody with antitumor activity from five-feature mice which express human immunoglobin loci. Methods: A routine method for the generation of monoclonal antibodies( mAbs) against the human VEGF_(165) was developed. The immunizing effect between five-feature mice and BALB/c was observed and the mAb was purified through MBP IgM affinity chromatography. The effect of mAbs on antitumor was tested ire vitro by T24 cell line. Results: Four hybri-domata secreting mAbs steadily were isolated successfully, and the serum titer of mAb in BALB/c mice was almost 10 times higher than that in five-feature mice. The indirect ELISA method for mAb titer determination was also established. The anti-VEGF_(165) mAb was purified to homogeneity by precipitation with ammonium sulfate followed by the affinity chromatography on MBP IgM purification column. Moreover, both purified human IgM V_2, V_(75) and mouse ascites were characterized by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Proliferation of T24 cell line was considerably inhibited by V_2 and V_(75). Conclusion: Five-feature mice could be used to produce fully human monoclonal antibody. The fully human anti-VEGF mAb is potential in the cancer treatment.

Objective To discuss the nursing management method in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. Methods The management evaluation standard was set up and the comprehensive evaluation of quality (CEQ) was introduced according to factors influencing nursing quality. Results The nursing quality control data and complications after operation before and after the application of CEQ were statistically different. Conclusions Nursing management should innovate unceasingly and comprehensive quality evaluation is one of the effective nursing management method.

Objective To construct the antisense eukaryotic vector of human TRP-1 (tyrosinase related protein 1) encoding gene, and transfect it into TRP-1 highly expressed melanocytes and malignant melanoma cell line, in order to further study the effects of antisense TRP-1 on the proliferation and functions of those cells. Methods TRP-1 cDNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the PCR products were subcloned into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1 on the opposite direction. Antisense recombinant vector was transfected into melanocytes and melanoma cell line. TRP-1 mRNA level was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). TRP-1 protein level was detected by Western blot. Cell cycle was determined by flow cytometry. The activity of tyrosinase was valued by L-dopa reaction. Results The recombinant antisense vector pcDNA3.1/TRP-1(-) was constructed. Positive transfected cells could steadily express TRP-1 antisense RNA. It was showed that there was a low level of TRP-1 mRNA as indicated by RT-PCR, and a low level of TRP-1 protein as indicated by Western blot. Cell cycles were blocked in G1 stage. The suppress rates of tyrosinase was 46% in transfected melanocytes and 54% in malignant melanoma cells, respectively. Conclusions TRP-1 plays an important role in the proliferation and functions of melanocytes and melanoma cells. Antisense TRP-1 could block the cell cycles and decrease the activity of tyrosinese in those cells.
