Objective To explore a best therapy regimen for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Total of 124 cases of ectopic pregnancy underwent medicine therapy. They were divided into 4 groups: A group with MTX orly,B group with mifepristone only,C group with MTX and mifepristone comblnation,and D group with combined MTX, mifepristone and Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Results The curative rate was 80.65% ,61.29% ,87.10% and 90.32% in group A,group B,group C,and group D. The curative rate of group D is higher than other groups (P<0.05, P<0.01 ). Conclusion Combined MTX, mifepfistone and TCM has better effect on ectopic pregnany and has less side effects.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment of endometriosis in adolescent and to improve our knowledge,and to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods Clinical data of 17 patients with endometriosis in adolescents were analyzed retrospectively.Results Preoperative diagnosis is wrong in nine out of 17 cases.All patients underwent surgical operation and post-operative medcine treatment.Five cases have complicated genital tract anomalies.Four cases relapsed,good prognosis is expected in the other patients.Conclusion Clinical characteristics of endometriosis in adolescents are not positive.The treatment involves the surgical operation and medicine.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% mometasone furoate cream in the topical treatment of eczematous dermatoses including neurodermatitis and eczema. Methods A randomized double-blind parallel controlled clinical trial was conducted. The home made mometasone furoate cream or imported Eloson cream was topically used in patients with such dermatoses once daily for 4 weeks, respectively. Symptom/sign scores were evaluated at the beginning of the treatment and at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week after the initiation of the treatment. Results Two hundred and eighty-four patients were enrolled in the trial, including 143 patients with eczema and 141 patients with neurodermatitis. There are 142 patients each in test group and control group separately. All symptom/sign scores and total scores were significantly decreased 1, 2, 3, and 4 week after the treatment. No statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups. The cure rate and improvement rate in eczema patients were 78.87% and 97.18% in the test group; 84.51% and 92.96% in the control group; respectively. While the cure rate and improvement rate in neurodermatitis patients were 75.71% and 100% in the test group; 80.28% and 94.37% in the control group; respectively. The cure rate and improvement rate of total patients were 77.30% and 98.58% in the test group; 82.39% and 93.64% in the control group; respectively. No statistically significant difference in efficacy was observed between the two groups. There was no severe side effect in the two groups. One patient had mild contact dermatitis in the test group. Conclusions These results suggest that 0.1% mometasone furoate cream is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of neurodermatitis and eczema.

Objective To evaluate the cumulative irritative effect of topical retinoic acid preparations on normal skin.Methods A randomlized,doubled blind,placebo-controlled clinical trial was carried out with7groups for6tested preparations.All subjects were patch tested with each preparation for24hours on Monday to Thursday,and for72hours on Friday.The patch tests were performed for3consecutive weeks.Results The minimal cumulative irritative effects were found in Group G treated with0.1%adapalene gel,with a cumulative irritative index of0.09?0.11in20days.The cumulative irritative index was significantly lower in Group G than that in Group B treated with0.1%retinoic acid(Diweishuang誖)(0.59?0.24),or in0.025%retinoic acid(Diweishuang誖)(0.41?0.22),or in0.05%retinoic acid(VITAMIN誖Cream)(0.25?0.22).Conclusion Adapalene,the third generation of retinoic acid,is characterized by lower irritative ef-fects in comparison to the first generation of topical retinoic acid agents.

Objective: To analyze and compare the correlation between body mass index (BMI) and cardiopulmonary fitness of children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 years in China and Japan, and to provide important reference for healthy development promotion of children and adolescents in China. Methods: A total of 9 594 children and adolescents aged 7-18 years in China and Japan were selected and examined for height, weight and 20 meters shuttle run test (20mSRT), 4 800 of whom were randomly selected and included for analysis. Independent sample t test was used to compare the differences of BMI and 20mSRT between Chinese and Japanese children and adolescents of different sex and age. Logistic regression was used to compare the odds ratio of high cardiopulmonary fitness among children and adolescents of different nutritional status. Pearson correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the correlation between BMI and 20mSRT. Results: Odds ratios of high cardiopulmonary fitness were 0.57, 0.52 and 0.33 in wasting, overweight and obese children and adolescents in China, and 0.49, 0.36 and 0.16 in Japan, respectively, with significant differences(P<0.05). The BMI-Z scores of Chinese and Japanese children and adolescents ranged from - 2.72 to 8.76. There were significant differences in 20mSRT-z between different BMI-Z groups(P<0.05). The 20mSRT-z score of Chinese and Japanese children and adolescents initially increased with BMI-Z score and then decreased with the increase of BMI-z score. With the decrease of BMI-Z score, 20mSRT performance in Chinese boys decreased significantly. Conclusion Compared with the normal weight peers in China and Japan, the proportion of wasting, overweight and obese children and adolescents with high cardiopulmonary fitness is lower. The BMI-Z score and 20mSRT-z score shows a general inverted "U-shaped" trend. The effect of wasting on cardiopulmonary fitness is greater in Chinese boys.

Objective: To understand the relationships between video time, exercise time and the mental sub-health of Chinese adolescents, and to assist the development of Chinese adolescents’ mental health. Methods: In this study, 16 545 adolescents aged 13-22 years in six administrative regions of China were surveyed using an adolescent sub-health multi-dimensional assessment questionnaire (MSQA), and daily physical exercise time, video screen time and other indicators were recorded. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to understand adolescents’ mental sub-health and the correlation between video time and exercise time. Results: Detection rate of mental sub-health status in adolescents with video time ≤2 h/d was lower than that of adolescents with video time >2 h/d(19.1%，22.1%), and the detection rate of adolescents with exercise time ≤60 min/d(22.1%，17.7%) was higher than that of adolescents with exercise time >60 min/d. These differences were statistically significant (χ2=14.47, 6.97, P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of mental sub-health status for Chinese adolescents whose screen time was more than 2 h/d was 1.20 times that of those with screen time ≤2 h/d, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The risk of mental sub-health for students whose exercise time was > 60 min/d was 0.86 times that of students who exercised ≤ 60 min/d, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Screen time >2 h/d and exercise time <60 min/d were negative factors leading to mental sub-health symptoms in Chinese adolescents.It is proposed to jointly promote the healthy adolescent development through health education,as well as positive family and social environment.
