To study the use of data mining techniques in analyzing the syndrome discipline of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

AIM: To search for the potent telomerase inhibitors with structures of cationic porphyrins to improve the interactions between G-quadruplex and porphyrins by systematically varying the meso substituents. METHOD: Porphyrins bearing mixed 3-quinolyl/3-pyridyl meso groups were synthesized using the Adler-Longo method by condensation of aldehydes with pyrrole, followed by methylation and ion-exchange. The compounds were tested for the telomerase inhibitory activity and c-Myc inhibitory activity. RESULT: All compounds were found to be potent and approximately equivalent in terms of their ability to inhibit the action of telomerase in a cell-free assay. Compound 4 had the best inhibitory activity on c-Myc.

Objective To determine the clinical value of real time interventional ultrasound guidance in family planning reproduction operation.Methods Under the guidance of ultrasound monitoring,522 cases with high risk and difficult uterine operation were undertaken in our department.Results The abdominal endoscopic contraceptive uterine operation under real time ultrasound monitoring was carried out for 522 cases in 4 years,with successful rates for high risk pregnancy as 287/289 cases,high risk troublesome withdrawal of contraceptive ring as 129/130 cases and puzzling uterine operation as 103/103 cases.The total successful rate reached 99.42%,without uterine rupture and other complications.Conclusion The former complex,blind and difficult uterine operations turn to be simple,safe and reliable under the guidance of real time ultrasound.

Objective To discuss the method of calling MATLAB in VB application program based on ActiveX.Methods MATLAB provided automatic service support to ActiveX,and MATLAB could be called as ActiveX of interpreter through ActiveX automatic interface.Results Good effect was achieved when this method was applied to noise filtering of patch clamp.Conclusion By using this method,users can embedded mix programming in self-developed application software conveniently,thus reducing the difficulties in programming.

BACKGROUND:There is a high risk for the elderly cervical spine surgery combined with cerebral infarction, whereas conservative treatment is often unable to resolve serious cervical lesions.
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the surgical effects of anchor fixation via posterior approach on cervical spinal canal stenosis combined with cerebral infarction.
METHODS:A total of 21 patients with cervical spinal canal stenosis combined with cerebral infarction who were admitted over the past 5 years accepted cervical posterior expensive open-door laminoplasty and fixation with wire anchors. Therapeutic effects were evaluated according to the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the patients were fol owed up 6 to 24 months, averagely 15 months. Al patients were smoothly through the perioperative period. There were no acute severe cerebral infarction cases. Preoperative JOA score was (7.6±2.0) points averagely, and postoperative JOA score was (13.3±1.8) points averagely, showing a significant difference (P<0.01). Of the 21 patients, excellent effects were in 11 cases and good in 7 cases. The effective rate was 95%(20/21), and the excellent-good rate was 86%(18/21). The risk of surgical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction is higher, but it is not the absolute contraindication. Choosing the proper operation way is highly important. Cervical posterior expensive open-door laminoplasty and fixation with wire anchors can be used to reduce the risk of cerebrovascular accidents to some extent, and obtain an excellent clinical effect.

Objective To explore the function of the regional medical image network consultation system in propelling the quality control of regional medical image.Methods Based on the regional medical image network con-sultation system,the unified standard of quality control was implemented to reach the integrated management of the imaging quality control in region.The imaging specialists checked the quality of image and report in real time.In addi-tion,the specialists and inspectors monthly examined the quality of image and report.Subsequently,the unqualified causes were analyzed and the improvement measures were used.Finally,the quality of image and report were continu-ously improved.Results After the homogeneity management was applied for one year,the rates of remaking photos and returning the report were significantly decreased from 10% to 2%,and 12% to 4% respectively.Additionally,the rates of good image and report were significantly increased from 83% to 98%,and 89% to 100% respectively.The objective of good rate ≥90% was excellently achieved.Conclusion Based on the regional medical image network consultation system,the management in quality control of the networking hospitals has been uniform,and the technique of examination and the report format have been consistent.The standardability and accuracy of image examination have been realized.

Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of AQT90 FLEX,a novel time-resolved fluorescence based point-of-care test (POCT) for quantification of D-dimer in elderly patients.Methods The method from Quantitative D-dimer assay (WS/T 477-2015) for testing equipment performance was used as a reference to evaluate the clinical performance of AQT90 FLEX.The correlation was compared between testing results of D-dimer using the AQT90 immune-assay analyzer and those using the ACL TOP coagulation analyzer.Results At high concentration of D-dimer,the within-run precision coefficient of variation (CV)was 2.619％,and at low concentration of D-dimer,the within-run precision CV was 2.767％.The pollution-carrying rate was 0.12％.The measured data from AQT90 and ACL TOP had a correlation coefficient of r =0.9491 (P ＜ 0.01).The equation of the line of best fit for D-dimer with which all AQT90 results can be adapted to the ACL TOP was:AQT90 =2.52 ACL TOP + 0.15.The number from the equation was slightly greater in female than that in male,and it was also increased in elderly.Conclusions The AQT90 FLEX had rational precision and linearity in determination of concentration.There was a high agreement between the testing results from AQT90 and those from ACL TOP.It was recommended to use a slope of 2.52 and an intercept of 0.15 to adjust the D-dimer values of the ACL TOP to the AQT90 FLEX assay systems.POCT for D-dimer by AQT90 FLEX raises feasibility for use in elderly patients.

The incidence of Bronchiolitis Obliterans(BO) is on the rise in the recent years.There is no unified treatment method at present,glucocorticoid,antibiotics and aerosol inhalation therapy are commonly used clinically.Bronchial alveolar lavage,as a new technique for treatment of children BO,is of great value to the study of prediction,diagnosis and pathogenesis of children BO.The current status of clinical treatment of children BO will be summarized in this paper.

Objective: To investigate the household eye hygiene among students at grades 3 to 5 in primary schools in Jinshan District, Shanghai Municipality, so as to provide insights into the management of myopia among children and adolescents. Methods: Students at grades 3 to 5 in primary schools were sampled in Jinshan District using a stratified cluster sampling method from December 2021 to January 2022. The household reading environments were observed, including the height of the learning desk and chair, desk surface color and strength. The duration of reading and writing, duration of watching TV and videos, duration of outdoor activities, duration of sleep and eye use behaviors and habits after school and at weekends were investigated using questionnaires. Results: A total of 330 primary school students were surveyed, including 179 boys (54.24%) and 151 girls (45.76%), and there were 36.36% grade 3 primary school students, 36.36% grade 4 students and 27.27% grade 5 students. There were 94.24% of primary school students that used the desk and chair with heights mismatched to students' heights, 25.45% that used desks with dark surface, 26.67% that used desks with light reflection, and 48.48% that used desk lamps with an illumination intensity of <300 lx. There were 56.36% of students with reading and writing duration of 1 h and longer, 15.76% with watching duration of 0.5 h and longer, 86.97% with outdoor activity duration of <1 h and 88.48% with sleep duration of <10 h after school, and 42.42% with reading and writing duration of 2 h and longer, 29.70% with watching duration of 1 hour and longer, 65.45% with outdoor activity duration of <2 h and 55.76% with sleep duration of <10 h at weekends. There were 30.91% of primary school students with 10 cm distance from chest to desk, 26.36% with 33 cm distance from eyes to books and 35.15% with 3 cm distance from fingers to pen points when reading and writing, and 35.45% with >3 m distance from TV, 40.91% with >50 cm distance from computers, and 22.73% with >40 cm distance from cell phones when watching TV or videos. Conclusions The household eye use environments remain to be improved, and there are poor eye use behaviors among primary school students at grades 3 to 5 in Jinshan District, Shanghai Municipality; notably, mismatch between the desk and chair height and students' body height and inadequate sleep are common.
