ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life (QOL) of patients with mammary carcinoma.Methods64 patients with mammary carcinoma were divided into intervention group (n=36) and control group (n=28), and psychological status and QOL of patients of two groups were analyzed after treatment.ResultsThe psychological status and QOL of intervention group was better than that of control group (P<0.05~0.001).ConclusionThe psychological intervention in full stage being in hospital can improve QOL of patients with mammary carcinoma, and it is clinically significant to improve cure rate and survival rate of patients.
2.Internal medical management of extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(1):71-73
Extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is a highly aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Due to its low occurrence even in prevalent areas,there has been no large sample randomized controlled clinical trials.Therefore,no standard therapeutic strategy is currently identified in this disease.Tumor cells are insensitive to conventional anthracyclines-containing chemotherapy because of high expression of multi-drug resistant gene 1.Regimens that incorporate the use of L-asparaginase or gemcitabine result in substantial improvements in overall response rate and are promising treatment for ENKTL.Targeted therapy,immunomodulatory therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are still under research.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2011;14(4):240-244
Objective To summarize and analyze the impact factors on enteral feeding in very low birth weight infants (VLBWI) and extremely low birth weight infants (ELBWI). Methods A retrospective study was carried out in VLBWI and ELBWI who had achieved full enteral feeding prior to discharge. The impact factors correlated to the time of achieving full enteral feeding were analyzed. If the data underwent bi-variable normal distribution, they were analyzed with Pearson correlation test; otherwise they would be analyzed with Spearman correlation test. T test was used for single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to determine the significant risk factors associated with the time of achieving full enteral feeding. Results One hundred and forty-seven infants with mean gestational age of (31.0±2.0) weeks, mean birth weight of (1246±185) g and mean time of achieving full enteral feeding of (24. 4± 10. 5) days were admitted. With the single factor analysis, it was found that birth weight (r=- 0. 477, P = 0. 000), gestational age (r = - 0. 405, P= 0. 000), mechanical ventilation duration (r= 0. 393, P = 0. 000), the time began to enteral feeding (r = 0. 318, P = 0. 000), initial milk volume (r = - 0. 263, P = 0. 001 ), the milk volume on the third day (r= -0. 412, P=0. 000) and the seventh day (r= -0. 592, P=0. 000),neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (t = 3. 368, P = 0. 001), umbilical catheterization (t = 3. 571,P=0. 000), abnormal blood glucose level (t=3. 285, P=0. 001), aminophylline using (t=4. 341,P=0. 000), phototherapy (t=3. 054, P=0. 003) and sepsis (t=3. 244, P=0. 001) were correlated to the time of achieving full enteral feeding. Multiple linear regression showed that the birth weight (t=4. 175, P= 0. 000), the time began to enteral feeding (t= 2. 851, P = 0. 005), aminophylline using (t=2. 231, P=0. 027), sepsis (t=3. 895, P=0. 000), phototherapy (t=2. 852, P=0. 005)and the milk volume on the seventh day (t= 7. 332, P=0. 000) were significantly correlated with the time of achieving full enteral feeding. Conclusions The enteral feeding of VLBWI and ELBWI was not only influenced by maturity of gastrointestinal tract, but also by other parenteral correlation factors. Multiple factors associated with all around clinical conditions should be considered when providing enteral feeding for VLBWI and ELBWI.
6. Activity of anti-epidermal growth factor receptor in Calla Chinensis and UPLC/Q-TOF-MS analysis on its effective part
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(18):2515-2519
Objective: Using homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence (HTRF) technology to screen the Calla Chinensis extracts with anti-epidermal growth factor receptor activity and to analyze the active ingredients in Calla Chinensis by ultra-performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole-time of flight mass-spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF-MS). Methods: After percolation with petroleum ether, ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extraction, and boiling with water, four fractions were obtained. HTRF method was applied to detecting the inhibition of ethyl acetate fraction on EGFR, and the inhibitory rate was calculated. The chromatographic separation was performed on Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column with a gradient elufion of 0.1% formic acid water-acetonitrile. The mass spectrometer equipped with electrospay ionization source was used as defector, data were collected under the positive ion modes, and screened at 200-400 nm. Results: The ethyl acetate fraction of Calla Chinensis showed the strong inhibitory activity on EGFR. Fourteen compounds were analyzed and identified, among which tannins were the main active components, the 11 tannin compounds were punicalin, vanillin, di-HHDP-glucose, ellagitannin, myricetin 3-O-rhamnoside, protocatechuic acid, gallotannin-glucose, ellagic acid-hexose, 3, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, monogalloyl-glucose, and gallotannin, and the three others were unknown. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate fraction of Calla Chinensis has the significant EGFR inhibitory activity, and the IC50 value is 5.528 μg/mL. Tannins, including Chinese tannin, gallogen, and ellagitannin as main constituents, are identified through the information of positive ion and relative molecular mass determined by Q-TOF-MS. The results indicate that Calla Chinensis contains tannin ingredients to inhibit EGFR, in the hope to provide a theoretical basis of the application in anticancer and to lay the foundation for the further tracking separation of the active ingredients.

Objective To explore the mechanism of cerebral infarction caused by hyperhomocystinemia.Methods A hundred and nineteen paitents with acute cerebral infarction were chosen for case group.According to their levels of plasm total homocystine,they were divided into two groups: hyperhomocystinemia group and nonhyperhomocystinemia group.Forty patents without cerebrovascular disease,hepatophy,nephrosis and thyroid gland disease were chosen as control subjects.Plasm levels of total homocystine,serum levels of MDA and IL-8 were measured respectively,their correlations were also studied.Results Plasma levels of tHcy(?mol/L)and serum levels of MDA(nmol/L)and IL-8 (ng/ml)showed a significant increase in case group(19.97,4.41?0.84,0.23?0.08)in comparison with control subjects(9.83,3.24?0.64,0.12?0.08),t values were 8.139,8.021,7.767 respectively(P
8.Clinical and pathological features of macroscopic hematuria associated acute kidney injury in IgA nephropathy
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Objective The current study was to investigate the clinical and pathological features of macroscopic hematuria associated acute kideny injury (MH-AKI) in patients with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and its associated prognostic factors.Methods We performed an analysis on the clinical and pathological features of biopsy-proven IgAN patients diagnosed during 2004 to August of 2007,who had experienced MH associated AKI.The patients enrolled in the study were followed up.The renal lesions were evaluated with Katafuchi pathological scores of IgAN.Results 5 patients with IgAN had experienced at least one episode of MH-AKI,accounting for 1.3% of IgAN diagnosed during the same period and 13.5% of IgAN patients with macroscopic hematuria.High proportion of tubules filled with red blood cell casts and tubular injury were demonstrated in all biopsy specimens.Renal function of 3 patients completely recovered within 14 days.One patient (patient 4) got quick recovery in the first month of the disease but completely recovered 418 days later.The other patients only had an incomplete recovery during the 20-month follow-up.The incompletely recovered one had relatively an older age,longer persistence of MH,more sclerotic glomeruli and a more severe tubule-interstitial damage.Conclusion AKI is commonly seen during episodes of MH in patients with IgAN.Not all patients with MH-AKI showed a complete recovery.Age,duration of MH,proportion of glomerular sclerosis and the severity of tubular necrosis might be the risk factors of an incomplete recovery of renal function.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
The polymorphisms of the TPOX locus in two population were studied by PCR technique followed by the denatured PAGE and silver staining.Seven alleles were detected in each population of 100 unrelated Northern Chinese Han individuals and 93 unrelated African(Xhosa)individuals in South Africa respectively.No deviation from the Hardy Weinberg equilibrium was demonstrated.The power of discrimination(DP)and the exclusion probability(EPP)were 0 7978 and 0 4625;0 9141 and 0 6125 respectively.Comparison of gene frequency distribution showed that there is significant difference between different races.In addition,three rare genes were detected in we Africans(Xhosa)individuals.Sequencing proved that the only difference among them was the number of repeat unit in the region amplified by the specific primer pair.It might be due to the unequal exchange between chromosomes which was resulting in the production of a chimera.Our study showed that the TPOX locus has a high discriminating power which is important for the study of forensic medicine and human genetics\;

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
Objective To study the genetic polymorphisms of DYF155S1 locus in 107 unrelated individuals both in the Han population, China and the Japanese population. Methods MVR-PCR, automated fluorescence detection and DNA sequence analysis were carried out for studying. Results Five types of repeat unit and one type newly named type 6 which was resulted from the T22A substitution on Type 1 were detected. Type 6 is monopolized by Japanese and may be regarded as a racial characteristic genetic marker. The common arrangement of the repeat units was 3134 which were detected at 73.44 % and 67.44 % in the Han and Japanese populations respectively. The abundance of arrangement of 3134 is the character of yellow race. Next to the arrangement of 3134 was the arrangement of 134 which was detected at 17.19% in the Han population while the arrangement of 6134 was detected at 16.28% in the Japanese population. The average number of type 4 unit at the 3'terminal was 8.8 in the Japanese population much lower than 12.5 in the Han population. Conclusion This study implies that DYF155S1 locus is an important geneticmarker with good genetic polymorphisms. The population difference between the Han and the Janpanes is significant.
