Aromataseinhibitors(AI)aretheleadingcarefortheadjuvanttreatmentofhormone responsive carcinoma of the breast as demonstrated in a number of large international phase III randomised tri-als.Aromatase inhibitor-associated arthralgia (AIA )was a somewhat unexpected side effect of this class of agents and has proven to be potentially problematic in clinical practice.The pathogenesis of AIA is not very clear currently,with the cause of most research focusing on estrogen deprivation,immune abnormalities,tenosy-novial changes and joint effusions.It is extremely urgent that we evaluate this syndrome and select appropriate therapeutic strategies to reduce the incidence of AIA,thereby improving breast cancer-related outcomes.
4.Treatment of 1619 neonate-infants after open-heart surgery during perioperative period

Objective To study the treatment of neonate-infants after open-heart surgery during perioperafive period.Methods The clinical data of 1619 neonate-infants during perioperative period were analyzed.Results 68 cases died,mortality 4.2%.Postoperative complication 190 cases(11.7%).Conclusion The management of components and quantities of the infusion,admistration of cardiovascular drugs,the management of respiratory tracts and the protection of heart function,ale main points of perioperafive therapy of neonate-infants after open-heart surgery.

6.Analyses for the ?/? T Cell Receptor Gene Rearrangement and CDR3 Repertoire in Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

Objective:To establish a method of multi-PCR to amplify the complete DNA sequence (CDS) of TCR ? and ? chain of the antigen-specific T lymphocytes in local pathologic specimen of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and to analyze ?/? T cell receptor gene rearrangement and CDR3 repertoire.Methods:The lymphocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients were separated. Following total RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, Multi-PCR, recombinant clones construction, and sequencing, the CDS of TCR ? and ? chains from these lymphocytes were analyzed by using software of DNAstar and internet TCR resources.Results:24 of ? chain CDS and 13 of ? chain CDS from 3 samples of BAL were obtained. As for TCR ? chain, AV1S2 (54%), AV12S3 (41%), and AV12S2(5%) appeared frequently. BV2(38%), BV29S1(46%), BV14(3%), and BV4S2(3%) in TCR ? chain appeared more often. There were CDR3 diversities between samples and even in the same sample by amino acid sequence analysis, but there were a few identical or similar amino acid sequences. There was the same amino acid sequence of SVGTGTLHQETQY in CDR3 region of ? chain of BAL sample No.1 and No.2; The sequence of AVRDWAGNMLT appeared in two ? chains of BAL sample No.2 and No.3; Moreover, the sequence of AV…DNN…RLM appeared in ? chains of BAL sample No.2 and No.3.Conclusion:A method of Multi-PCR is used to amplify TCR ? and ? chain CDS of tuberculosis patients. There are characteristic T cell clones to proliferate,with TCR ? and ? chain repertiore skewing in local infective focus. The sequences of CDR3 in different TCR clones are mostly different but there are a few identical or similar sequences in the same patient or even between different patients. The identical amino acid sequences of CDR3 are possibly specific for recognizing MTB polypeptide.

Objective To study the integration and expression of HLA-B2704 gene in HLA-B2704 transgenic mice. Methods HLA-B2704 gene was introduced into fertilized eggs of C57BL/6?Kunming and Kunming?Kunming by microinjection. The founder mice were screened by PCR for integration of HLA-B2704 transgene and were then further confirmed by southern blot. RT-PCR and flow cytometry were carried out to detect the expression of HLA-B2704 gene at mRNA and protein level. Results Ten F0 hybrid mice carried HLA-B2704 gene in 101 F0 hybrid mice, 3 of 64 (4.7%) hybrid mice from Kunming?Kunming and 7 of 37 (18.9%) hybrid mice from C57BL/6?Kunming background carried HLA-B2704 gene. Abstract?AIM: To evaluate the visual acuity, visual function, q uality of lfi e, and cost/effectiveness of cataract surgery in patients with low soc ioeconomics tatus ( LSES ) who received government subsidies for free cataract surgery.?METHODS: Retrospectively, 334 eyes of 334 patient s were reviewed. Visual function and quality of l ife questionnaires we re available in 83 patie nts. The cost/effectiveness of cataract surgery was analyzed in 225 patients with LSES and 12 0 patients who rec eived standard cataract surgery. Mutl iple linear regression anal ysis and logistic regression analysis were used to assess the factors affecting the postoperative visual acuity.?RESULTS: At 1wk postoperatively, uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) was improved significantly compared to these preoperait vely (P<0.50 ), 235 eyes (70.4%) had UCVA of 20/40 or better, and 16 eyes (4.8%) had UC VA wor se than 20/400. Multiple linear regresis on ana lysis revealed that other ocular diseases and cataract classification wer e factors contributing to po stop erative UC VA. Logistic regression analysis showed that low preoperative visual ac uti y and other ocular diseases were risk factors of postopera tive low vision, and the odds ratio (95%confidence int erval) values were 6.5 (2.8-14.8) and 1.3 (1.0-1.6), respe ctively.Visual fun ction and quality of life were significantly improved after the surgery. Th e cost/effetc iveness of c ataract su rgery in patients with LSES was lower than that in standard cataract patients.?CONCLUSION: Visual acuity and visual function were significantly better after the surgery in catara ct patients wti h LSES, and the operation cost was low.Quality of life in these patients was significantly improved.

The prescription combinations of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) focuses on the taste and channel tropism, the Qi movement, as well as the compatibility according to multiple combination principles and medicinal property and flavor combination of several traditional Chinese medicines. With the in-depth study on the prescription compatibility, researchers have realized that the medicinal property theory is the core of TCM combinations. However, there is no definite method for combinations based on medicinal properties. In this paper, the authors put forward an method for designing prescription combinations based on bipartite graph and the greedy algorithm. With the medicinal property combinations of Siweilurong Pills for example, the authors proved this method could provide ideas for quickly choosing herbal medicines for prescription combinations, and discussed the prospect of this method in substituting previous and endangered herbal medicines and banned medicinal materials.
