Recurrence of seminoma in the scrotum after inguinal orchidectomy is extremely rare. Herein, we report the second case in the literature of recurrence of seminoma in the scrotum following inguinal orchidectomy for stage I seminoma.

Extramammary Paget's disease is a rare malignant disease associated with underlying adenocarcinoma, or not. Two cases with a unique clinical presentation are described and we wish to call attention to the malignant potential of chronic scaly and erythematous lesions of perianal and genital area.

Extramammary Paget's disease is a rare clinicopathologic entity. Because it is often associated with a subjacent or visceral malignancy and recurrence, extramammary Paget's disease is considered as malignant condition. We present one case of extramammary Paget's disease involving the penis and scrotum with clinical presentation and brief review of relevant literature.

We report the clinical evolution of two elderly male patients with extramammary Paget's disease who were treated with radiotherapy. Both cases primarily involved the scrotum and penile root, and were not associated with any underlying or visceral malignancy. The total doses administered were 6000 cGy and 3000 cGy, respectively. A good clinical response was achieved in both cases. No major side effects were observed. The patients are being followed for any signs of recurrence and have been completely asymptomatic to date

Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare intraepithelial adenocarcinoma. To date, about 200 cases of EMPD have been reported since the first report in 1889. There has been only one case of EMPD involving the umbilicus, in a patient with prostatic carcinoma. This is the first report of EMPD occurring concurrently in the scrotum and umbilicus. The patient had recurrent, eczematous, and pruritic lesions of the left scrotum and umbilicus 2 years previously. Biopsy and surgical resection were performed and EMPD was diagnosed. There was no evidence of recurrence at 34 months after surgery.

Extramammary Paget's disease is a rare cutaneous malignancy and frequently associated with an underlying adnexal carcinoma and perhaps with underlying internal malignancy. In our case, genital Paget's disease was followed by the discovery of renal cell carcinoma. We report a rare case of extramammary paget´s disease of the penis and scrotum which associated with a renal cell carcinoma.

Extramammary Paget's disease is a rare malignancy occuring mainly in apocrine gland- bearing areas such as vulva, scrotum, perianal area, and axilla. Histopathologically, the Paget's cells are usually confined within the epidermis and may be associated with underlying adenocarcinoma. Although surgical excision is the treatment of choice, the clinical demarcation of the lesion is still a frequent problem in the treatment of extramammary Paget's disease. We tried photodynamic diagnosis to determine the surgical margin of extramammary Paget's disease and with surgical excision guided by photodynamic diagnosis successfully treated two cases.

We report two cases of recurrent extramarnmary Pagets disease after wide local excision. Both cases involved the scrotum and the penoserotal junction, respectively. On histopathological examination, we could observed many Paget cells confined to the epidermis and the hair follicle, but not invading the underlying dermis in both cases. There was no evidence of internal malignancy. Both cases were treated with wide local reexcision.
