Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
According to the definition of professional morality in the employed and profession, the employed, service objects varied professions, three aspects must be grasped: the importance of medical technology must be understood fully, the study of evidence based laboratory medicine must be developed for patients; the responsibility for post must be enhanced to afford clinic correct directions. If these were carried out, the good respect and fondness for the medical technology profession should be trained.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(7):415-418
Background:Intrahepatic cholestasis is a commonly seen clinical manifestation, and often accompanied with jaundice.Study on clinical characteristics of patients with different degrees of jaundice is helpful for the acknowledge of intrahepatic cholestasis.Aims:To explore the clinical characteristics of intrahepatic cholestasis with jaundice. Methods:General data, biochemistry parameters, etiology and treatment of 703 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Jaundice occurred in 168 patients (23.9%), including 149 mild jaundice, 15 moderate jaundice and 4 severe jaundice.Levels of ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, DBIL, TBIL, ratio of DBIL/TBIL, TBA were significantly increased in jaundice group than in non-jaundice group (P<0.05).Levels of ALT, AST, DBIL, TBIL, TBA were statistically different between groups with different degrees of jaundice (P<0.05), however, no significant differences in ALP, GGT, ratio of DBIL/TBIL were seen (P>0.05).The main etiology of intrahepatic cholestasis were digestive system tumors, cardiovascular diseases, shock, hematologic diseases and primary biliary cholangitis.Ursodeoxycholic acid and S-ademetionine were the main drugs for treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis. Conclusions:For patients with intrahepatic cholestasis, levels of ALT, AST, ALP, GGT are increased with the development of jaundice, and attention on damage of hepatocytes should be paid. The etiology of intrahepatic cholestasis with jaundice involves diseases of different organs and systems, most of them are malignant tumor, cardiovascular diseases, shock and primary biliary cholangitis.

To study a method for determination of sulfamethoxazole, sulfadiazine and trimethoprim tablets, a compound tablet of sulfamethoxazole, sulfadiazine and trimethoprim. METHOD: A capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method was used to assay three components of this compound preparation. RESULTS: The complete separation of components was achieved with 0.05 molL-1 pH 6.0 running phosphate buffer and a constant voltage of 20 kV (current of 95 μA~105 μA). The retention times of individual components were between three and eight minutes and a good linearity was shown between concentration and peak area in the concentration range over 70 μgml-1~750 μgml-1. When acetanilide was used as internal standard, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of each component determined in a batch was less than 1% (n=9). The recovery of each component was not less than 96.45% with RSD less than 3%. The analytical results obtained from 6 samples of clinical use were inconsistent with those by standard method, however the quantity of each sulfa drug was obtained by CZE method. CONCLUSION: The results showed this method is accurate, simple, and rapid. When this method is used, the quantity of each three components is determined, but by the standard method, only the total quantity of the two sulfa drugs is obtained.

Objective To explore the method to reconstruct finger tip. Methods Transplanted the big toe tip to reconstruct the finger tip and anastomosed the artery and nerve of big toe with the artery and nerve of the finger. The venae digitales plantares of finger, toe and venae digitales volares of finger and toe were anastomosed with microsurgery. Results All the reconstituted finger tips were successful. The shape of the reconstituted finger tips were near to the normal finger tip.The shape of the big toes had only a little change. Conclusion Use the big toe tip can reconstruct a beautiful finger tip look like the normal finger.

When clinical cardiovasculopathy, nephropathy, retinopathy, peripheral neuropathy and auditus reduction in the aged were compared between two groups of diabetic patients, one with normal and another with abnormal values of GEMP, the clinical indices, excepting cardiovasculopathy, were significantly different between the groups.

Objective To investigate the effects of children's mentality on mental symptoms during recovery period of ketamine anesthesia. Methods According to the mentality, forty-five children undergoing smalminor surgery were assigned into active group, stable group and fretful group with 15 cases each. Child was anaesthetized by ketamine alone. RP, BP, HR and SpO_2 were recorded at the end of operation, 5,10 and 30 min after operation. Meanwhile the expression, feeling, behavior, talking and activity were observed. Results RR, BP, HR in active group and fretful group were significantly higher than those in stable group. There was a significant difference in the expression, feeling, behavior, talking and activity among three groups. Conclusion Children's mentality has a significant effect on mental symptoms and hemodynamics during recovery period of ketamine anesthesia.

Two kinds of Cu-containing intrauterine contraceptive device (Cu-IUD) has been evaluated through the study on the release of copper ion and corrosion of copper surface in artificially formulated fluid. The result showed that the copper ions were released profusely from the stainless steel stents Cu-IUD in the first week of soak (25-12 microg/d), and then it became slowly and steady. The release of the copper ions from the titanium nickel shape memory alloy stents Cu-IUD were always slowly and steady in two months (0.5-5 microg/d). It obviously shows that the corrosion on copper surface of stainless steel stents Cu-IUD were more serious than titanium nickel shape memory alloy stents Cu-IUD by using 200 times microscope testing before and after soaking in formulated fluid.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2001;(3):193-196
AIM The purpose is to examine the chemical constituents in the fruits of Terminalia chebula. METHODS Using combined chromatographies over silica gel, Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and MCI gel CHP -20P to purify the constituents of Terminalia chebula, and identifying their structures on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidence were purified. RESULTS Twenty one hydrolyzable tannins and related polyphenols were characterized, here reports eight of them: 2,3-(S)-HHDP-D-glucose, 3,6-di-O-galloyl-D-glucose, 6-O-galloyl-D-glucose, (-)-shikimide 4-O-gallate, (-)-shikimic acid 3-O-gallate+(-)-shikimic acid 5-O-gallate, methyl gallate and 1,2,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose were reported. CONCLUSION The above eight polyphenols were obtained from myrobalans for the first time.
