Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the eating beliefs questionnaire (EBQ-18) with Chinese subjects.Methods:Totally 230 university students were recruited for the preliminary survey of the EBQ-18(224 valid questionnaires were recovered). The formal EBQ-18 was set through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Then, 690 university students were selected to complete the formal EBQ-18 for the confirmatory factor analysis and the internal consistency analysis(674 valid questionnaires were recovered). Adult eating behavior evaluation questionnaire(AEBEQ)were selected as the criterion measurement which to examine the association between eating beliefs and eating behavior.Test-retest reliability were examined by 260 participants randomly selected after two weeks.Data analysis was conducted by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 software.Results:The Chinese version of the EBQ-18 with 18 items had 3 dimensions, which were negative beliefs, positive beliefs and permissive beliefs.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the Chinese version of the EBQ-18 had good structure validity(χ 2=333.82, df=132, RMSEA=0.08, NFI=0.91, CFI=0.92, GFI=0.90, PGFI=0.66). Cronbach α coefficient and the test-retest reliability were 0.91 and 0.87 for the total scale.The internal consistency coefficients were 0.87, 0.91, 0.86, and the test-retest reliability were 0.89, 0.84, 0.90 for the 3 factors. Conclusion:It suggests that the Chinese version of EBQ-18 is a reliable and valid assessment and can be used as an effective and reliable tool for assessing eating beliefs of university students in China.

Gene ADAM10 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 10) is a member of ADAMs gene family. The corresponding membrane protein contains a disintegrin domain and a metalloproteinase domain. It is involved in various biological events such as cell adhesion, cell fusion, cell migration, and membrane protein shedding and proteolysis. ADAM10 protein is overexpressed in many tumors, which interacts with adhesion molecules and critical signaling molecules associated with cancer development and tumor progression, and promotes tumor invasion and metastasis. Regulating the expression of ADAM 10 can inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis , which may become a new strategy for anticancer therapy.

A total of 122 patients with acute left ventricular failure from January 2011 to December 2013 at our hospital were recruited and divided randomly into control group (n =62) and observation group (n =60).Control group received conventional therapy and Bi-level positive airway pressure (Bi-PAP) was added along with conventional therapy for observation group.And 12 and 8 patients died in control and observation groups respectively within 24 h after treatment and there was no statistical difference.The BNP levels of the control group pre-treatment and at 1 h and 24 h post-treatment were (1 040 ± 315),(995 ± 245) and (570 ± 164) ng/L.The BNP levels of observation group pre-treatment and at 1 h and 24 h posttreatment were (1 080 ±209),(995 ±245) and (490 ± 138) ng/L.BNP of observation group at 1 h and 24 h post-treatment decreased significantly compared with that pre-treatment and control group (P ＜0.01).Only at 24 h post-treatment,the BNP level of control group decreased significantly compared with that pretreatment (P ＜ 0.01).

Objective To retrospectively conclude the characteristics of interictal EEG of patients with intractable epilepsy, and then analyze their relationship with postoperative seizures. Methods 168 patients with intractable epilepsy in the epilepsy center of Beijing Tiantan Hospital that underwent strictly preoperative evaluations before surgery were collected and followed up for 2 and 5 years, the characteristics of their interictal EEG and postoperative seizures after 2 years and 5 years were concluded and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between 2 years and 5 years postoperative seizures in 73 intractable epilepsy patients (P>0.05). There was statistically differences in postoperative seizures between unilateral and bilateral abnormal discharges (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with unilateral abnormal discharges and located at temporal in interictal EEG predict better outcomes 2 years after operation.

Objective:To analyze the effect of MCT/LCT fat emulsions at different doses on the growth and development of prema-ture and low birth weight infants. Methods: Totally 76 cases of preterm or low birth weight infants were divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (36 cases), both groups were given MCT/LCT fat emulsions, amino acid and glucose injec-tions in 12-24 h after the birth. The initial dose of MCT/LCT fat emulsions in the treatment group was 2. 0 g·kg-1 ·d-1 and the dose was gradually increased to 3. 0 g·kg-1 ·d-1 with 0. 5 g·kg-1 ·d-1 progressive increase. The initial dose of MCT/LCT fat emulsions in the control group was 0. 5 g·kg-1 ·d-1 , and the dose was increased to 3. 0 g·kg-1 ·d-1 with 0. 5 g·kg-1 ·d-1 progressive in-crease. The treatment course was 7 days. The neonatal weight, serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and blood glucose were monitored in the two groups. Results:The born body mass recovery time of the ob-servation group was (4. 38+0. 93) d, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group [(6. 81+1. 90) d]. After the re-covery, the body weight growth rate of the observation group was (30. 41+1. 81) g·kg-1 ·d-1 , which was significantly higher than that of the control group [(18. 21 +2. 08) g·kg-1 ·d-1, P <0. 05]. After the 7-day treatment, the blood biochemical indices showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Early application of MCT/LCT fat emul-sions at high dose is beneficial to the improvement of nutritional status in premature infants.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of total saponins of Panax japonicus (TSPJ) on human leukemic HL-60 cells. METHODS: Human leukemic HL-60 cells were cultured in vitro. The cancer cell vigor was detected by using cell counting kit-8. Nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) was used for measuring cell reduction. The cell cycle and the expression of differentiation antigen CD11b were detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS: Compared with the negative control group, TSPJ in different concentrations could decrease the vigor of HL-60 cells and the number of cells in S phase and up-regulate the CD11b expression, while the numbers of NBT positive cells and cells in G(0)/G(1) phase in the different concentrations of TSPJ-treated groups were increased. CONCLUSION: TSPJ can inhibit the HL-60 cell growth in vitro. Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting proliferation and inducing cell differentiation and cycle arrest.

Objective:A database was designed and developed for effective utilization monitoring data of radiation dose to patients and occupational operators in cardiovascular interventional procedures. Methods:To complete a command reception of the client program, data display and other functions, compiled database software using MS Visual Basic level programming language. Using MS Access database completed data storage, management and maintenance. Results:The database was designed according to technological indicator acknowledged;the relevant help file was set up. The database includes two sub-libraries professional database and patient database. Professionals and patients can be recorded separately input, record view and record query. Conclusion:The data platform for monitoring data of radiation dose in cardiovascular interventional procedures was provided, which can provide basic data for constituting normalization and technical standard of dose limited of radiation dose to patients and occupational operators in cardiovascular interventional procedures.
