Cervical cancer active targeting nano drug delivery system delivers drug-loaded nanoparticles to cancer cells in a targeted way through specific ligand-receptor interaction, which has the advantages of reducing adverse drug reactions and improving drug efficacy. It is of great significance to understand the active targeting nano drug delivery system for cervical cancer to explore new carriers, drugs and targets.

Objective To use three different methods-different nursing level,different ADL and nursing manhour to allocate nursing human resources,and find their difference.Methods Using observation method to record nursing time,and then using three different methods to allocate nursing human resources.Results 22 persons were needed using nursing level to allocate,20 persons were needed using ADL method and 15 persons were needed using nursing manhour to allocate nurses.The difference of direct nursing time between patients with primary care and secondary care had statistically significant difference.The difference of direct nursing time between patients with different ADL had statistically significant difference.Conclusions It is different using three methods to allocate nursing human resources.How to select a suitable method to accurately calculate nursing human resources and combine computer and the present methods is the problem which we should solve currently.

AIM To examine the change of intracelluar Ca 2+ level regulated by EPA in bovine aorta endothelium of different stages of culture and determine the time that cultured endothelium loses functional EPA. METHODS As fluorescence probe, Fluo 3 and Fura 2 were used in assaying [Ca 2+ ] i in endothelium by confocal microscopy and fluorophotometry. RESULTS Ach could activate EPA and elicite the [Ca 2+ ] i change of endothelium in certain periods of culture, especially in primary stage of cul ture. The rises of [Ca 2+ ] i exhibited as oscillation characterized by iso timing and immediate tolerance. The functional EPA was lost in passage 13. CONCLUSION EPA can be activated by Ach, which mediated the rise of intracelluar Ca 2+ in bovine aorta endothelia cell. This character of EPA is lost during passaging.

Objective To analyze the correlation between 5-hydroxytryptamine transporter gene linked polymorphic region(5-HTTLPR) and twin children's behavioral problems and its interaction with environmental factors.Methods A total of 147 pairs of school-age twins aged 6-12 years were enrolled.The behavioral problems were assessed with the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL).The genotype of 5-HTTLPR was detected by the method of PCR.The correlation of 5-HTTLPR and children's behavioral problems was performed using generalized estimating equation.Results (1) The overall incidence rate of behavioral problems in school-age twins was 24.15％ (27.94％ in the boys;20.89％ in the girls),in which the rate of thinking problems (15.31％) was the highest,and the rates of other problems were lower (3.40％-8.16％).(2) The results of correlation analysis showed that 5-HTTLPR was only related to the social problems (P＜ 0.05).The S allele of 5-HTTLPR maybe associated with the social problems.(3) The results of interaction of 5-HTTLPR with twin factors of themselves and family environmental factors showed that 5-HTTLPR was the main effect of the anxious/depressed problems,and S allele carriers were easier to occur anxious/depressed problems.Gender was the main effect of the social problems,and boys were easier to occur social problems.There was no significant interaction between 5-HTTLPR and twin factors of themselves and family environmental factors.Conclusion 5-HTTLPR genetype may have some relevance to the social and anxious/depressed problems,and S allele may be a susceptibility gene of social and anxious/depressed problems.

Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid carcinoma and psychosocial risk factors.Methods A hospital based case-controlled study of thyroid carcinoma was conducted.Cases were path-ologically confirmed as primary papillary thyroid carcinoma.Both 102 cases and 114 controls were tested by the PSSG scale.Results Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that overworking,children′s fu-ture,depress,anxiety,and like to suppress their emotions could increase the risk of thyroid carcinoma,pleasing e-motion and forget unhappy as soon as possible might prevent the thyroid carcinoma.Conclusion Psychosocial risk factors are important in the onset and progression of the thyroid carcinoma.

Aim To investigate the inhibitory effects and mechanism of action of isoliensinine (IL) on the proliferation of porcine coronary arterial smooth muscle cells (CASMCs) induced by phenylephrine (Phen) and its mechanisms of action. Methods MTT assay, immunohistochemical method and Western blotting were adopted. Results IL (0.03-3 μmol·L-1) could inhibit the CASMCs proliferation induced by Phen (0.1 μmol·L-1) in a concentration-dependent manner. IL (0.1 μmol·L-1) antagonized Phen-induced overexpression of PDGF-β and bFGF from 0.545±0.026 and 0.47±0.03 to 0.458±0.019 and 0.376±0.017 (P<0.01, P<0.01). IL (0.1 μmol·L-1) also decreased c-fos, c-myc and hsp70 overexpression induced by Phen from 0.57±0.04, 0.44±0.04 and (173±36)% to 0.46±0.05, 0.372±0.021 and (115±35)% respectively (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.01). Conclusion IL exerted antiproliferative effect on CASMCs induced by phenylephrine, and its mechanisms were related to decrease the overexpression of growth factors (PDGF-β, bFGF), protooncogene (c-fos, c-myc) and hsp70.

Objective To study the utility of acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI) grading system in the strategy of diagnosis and treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) in patients for the guidance of nutritional support.Methods Forty-five patients with SAP admitted to the ICU from January 2012 to December 2013 were enrolled for study.The diagnosis of SAP was made as per the 2013 Chinese guideline of dliagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.The patients with aged ＜ 18 years,length of hospital stay ＜72 h,and those included in other experimental study were excluded.The patients were divided into two groups:AGI group (n =24) and control group (n =21).There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,APACHE Ⅱ between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The length of hospital stay,in-hospital mortality,the incidence of complications such as infection,the time of starting enteral nutrition (EN) and reaching caloric goal were compared between the two groups.The t test or Mann-Whitney U test was used for continuous variables and x2 test or Fisher exact test was used for categorical variables,and P ＜ 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results (1) Between two groups,there were statistically significant differences in the time of starting EN (2.0 d vs.5.7 d,Z =-4.149,P ＜0.01) and reaching caloric goal (5.5 d vs.10.4 d,Z =-3.392,P =0.001).(2) Between two groups,there were statistically significant differences in the incidence of pneumonia (25％ vs.57.14％,P =0.028 1) and catheterrelated infection (0％ vs.23.81％,P =0.039 4).(3) Between two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in in-hospital mortality (16.67％ vs.33.33％,P =0.194 3).In addition,there was significant difference in length of hospital stay between two groups (23.13 ± 10.58) d vs.(31.10 ± 15.33) d,P =0.046.Conclusions The diagnosis and treatment strategy based on AGI grading system is associated with earlier initiation of EN and reaching caloric goal,and partly reduces the incidence of infections and shortens the length of hospital stay,in the meantime,provides guidance for the rationale of nutritional support in the patients with SAP.

Objective To explore the occurrence of surgical site infection(SSI)in patients in different levels of hospitals.Methods SSI among patients in 47 hospitals at 0:00-24:00 of May 16,2012 were investigated by medi-cal record reviewing,doctor inquiry,and bed-side visiting.Results A total of 5 977 surgical patients were investiga-ted,SSI prevalence rate was 1 .76%.SSI prevalence rate in secondary hospitals was higher than tertiary hospitals (χ2 =9.337,P =0.002);SSI prevalence rates in clean-contaminated and contaminated incision in secondary hospi-tals were both higher than tertiary hospitals (χ2 =4.315,8.129,both P <0.05);departments with high SSI preva-lence rates were general surgery,orthopedic,and neurosurgery;the major isolated pathogens were Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus ,and coagulase negative Staphylococcus .Conclusion SSI rates of different types of incision and different departments are varied,corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken.

Objective To summarize the characteristics of nosocomial infections in the patients treated in intensive care unit (ICU).Methods The incidence of nosocomial infections was monitored in ICU from March 2012 to August 2012.The incidence rate of infection was adjusted with Average Severity of Illness Score (ASIS)score and analyzed in relation to three invasive pro-cedures.Pathogen distribution of nosocomial infections in ICU was also analyzed.Results Nosocomial infection was identified in 357 of the 3 700 ICU patients (9.65%).The overall daily infection rate was 30.34‰,specifically,49.10‰ for ventilator asso-ciated pneumonia (VAP),13.86‰ for catheter-related bloodstream infections (CRBSI),and 1.09‰ for catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI).Of the 688 bacterial isolates,gram negative bacteria accounted for 82.70%.The top three bacterial species were Acinetobacter baumanii ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,and Klebsiella pneumoniae .Conclusions ICU is the focus for surveillance of nosocomial infections.Objective investigation is critical for nosocomial infection surveillance.

AIM To study the effects of A 3 site (components), extracted from Angelica naphtha (total oil),on physiological properties of isolated rat atrium and action potential of isolated guinea pig ventricular papillary muscles. METHODS Spontaneous beats, contractile force and functional refractory period(FRP) of isolated atrial muscle were recorded according to the regular methods. Standard microelectrode intracellular recording technique was used to record action potential(AP) of ventricular papillary muscles. RESULTS A 3 site(10～160 mg?L -1 ) dramatically inhibited spontaneous beats of isolated rat right atrium and made beats stop with 160 mg?L -1 . A 3 site concentration dependently reduced contractile force of isolated rat left atrium induced by electrostimulating, with the IC 50 value of 52 3 mg?L -1 . A 3 site(40～100 mg?L -1 ) obviously prolonged FRP. The FRP was prolonged from 106 ms (as control) to 130 ms at final concentration of 100 mg?L -1 . A 3 site decreased action potential amplitude (APA), shortened 20%APD(APD 20 ) and 90%APD(APD 90 ), but had no significant effect on RP of AP. CONCLUSION The mechanism of these effects of A 3 site on myocardial physiological properties and action potential was probably associated with blocking the influx of Ca 2+ and Na +, promoting K + outflux.
