Objective:To design and implement equipment malfunctions online service system by using information technology, and to solve the defect of the traditional repair works, which makes traditional off-line repair service way transfer to online service mode, in order to improve the service quality of backup support.Methods: The actual situation of the hospital has been considered in this system. This system is developed by choosing ThinkPHP framework and jQuery technology, and it has set up four user management modes of administrator management, total audit management, department audit management, and common user management. Also the system has many functions: order with the repair personnel, the repair service, the repair progress review, and service statistics, etc.Results:This system effectively improves the work efficiency and management level, and it has a very good application prospect.Conclusion: Through the use of medical information system, the construction of hospital informatization will be promoted, and the clinical will also be better serviced.

Objective The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of combined irbesartan and amiodarone to maintain sinus rhythm in patients with rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients of rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement operation complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation were randomized to amiodarone monotherapy (n=55) or irbesartan plus amiodarone group(n=61). Electrical cardioversion was administered 2 weeks after of pharmaceutical treatment. Patients were followed up for 18 months. Left atrial diameter was measured at before and 6, 12, 18 months after treatment. Objective:To explore the clinical presentations and symptom distribution in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) among non-alcohol substance use disorder population,and to prove the effectiveness of adult ADHD diagnosis.Methods:Thirty adults with ADHD and thirty non-ADHD controls were selected from Beijing Compulsory Detoxification Center,matched with sex,age,and education.Data collection included the following:(1)Self-report measures of developmental history,employment history,social history and ADHD clinical symptoms.(2)Psychiatric interview using structured assessments included the Clinical Diagonsitic Interview Scale(CDIS)for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-IV).(3)Evaluation for cognitive function with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised Chinese(WAIS-RC).Results:(1)The clinical core symptoms(such as attention deficit,restlessness,and impulsive symptoms)among adulthood ADHD were similar to childhood ADHD except for some hyperactivity symptoms.(2)The symptoms of attention deficit,restlessness and impulsiveness were more frequently in both of adulthood and childhood ADHD than non-ADHD controls(P

Local policy innovation is a distinct feature in the arena of public administration in China. Previous researches concerned with local policy innovation experience and policy introduction, but they pay little attention to the failure of policy innovations and their termination. This paper uses the theory and concept of public policy process to analyze the reasons for the quick termination process and its mechanism taking healthcare policy as a case study in Chongqing city. It concludes that relative policy strategy is closed in decision-making. The strategy of some special policy target groups as well as the mutual agitation between public and media agenda are the main reasons for the rap-id end of policy innovation. This study is helpful to understand the factors and logic mechanism of the quick termina-tion of local policy innovation as a special type of public policy change which is termed as short-lived and make more scientific healthcare policy decision making and reform in China.

Objective To evaluate the job burnout of the nurses in sterile laminar flow wards and offer proposals for improvements.Methods Forty nurses in sterile laminar flow wards were surveyed with MBI-GS.Results The scores of emotional exhaustion,cynicism,job inefficiency were higher after working in sterile laminar flow wards for 3 months than those working in general wards for 3 months.Conclusions The nurses in laminar flow wards are prone to have job burnout.Standardized training,humanized management and positive psvchological intervention can improve the job burnout of the nurses in laminar flow wards.

Therefore, better clinical therapies are expected with the elucidation of regeneration mechanisms. Purpose:To evaluate the effect of preoperativ e chemotherapy or brachtherapy and radical hysterectomy on stage Ⅰb-Ⅱb locally advanced cervical cancer with high risk factors. Methods:preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy followed by r adical hysterectomy compared to radical hysterectomy alone in stage Ⅰb-Ⅱb cer vical cancer with higher risk factors(bulky,lower grade,small cell cancer or ade nocarcinoma). Results:①Pelvic lymphnode metastases rate was significantly decreased in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy arm compared with surgery alone(P 0.05). Conclusions:Preoperative chemotherapy followed by surgery is e ffective and superior to surgery alone in stage Ⅰb-Ⅱb cervical cancer with high risk factors.It might be able to reduce tumor volume and eliminate effectiv ely disease in lymphnodes and possibly micrometastases.It may be beneficial in improving quality of life of patients by decreasing the need for postoperative r adiotherapy. Response to chemotherapy may be a prognostic factor.Preoperative br achytherapy showed no significant advantage in eliminating lymphnodes matastases as compared to surgery alone.

The recommended design applies the virtual instruments concept and high speed open bus standard. The data processing methods involve qualitative and quantitative methods.
