1.Effects of Periodontal Ligament Cells on Alveolar Bone Metabolism under the Action of Force and Inflammatory Factors and Its Molecular Mechanisms.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2017;39(3):432-437
Periodontal ligament may have independent response to orthodontic stimulation and thus initiate alveolar bone osteogenesis and osteoclasts. Orthodontic-induced alveolar bone remodeling has no bone loss, while inflammation can lead to alveolar bone loss, suggesting that force signal and inflammatory factors may induce the differentiation of undifferentiated cells in the periodontal ligament via different pathways. The strength of the force and the nature of the force (basal tension and fluid shear force) may affect the differentiation of periodontal ligament cells, and may produce antagonistic or synergistic effect with the inflammatory factors through complex autocrine and paracrine regulation, resulting in local bone reconstruction, which is manifested as bone deposition and bone absorption. Studies have shown that Wnt signaling is an important regulatory pathway for osteoblast differentiation. Inflammatory factors can block the differentiation of stem cells into osteoblasts. The Wnt pathway is closely related to the effects of force and inflammatory factors on the differentiation of periodontal ligament cells.
2.A Novel Model for DNA Replication and Transcription
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2001;28(2):148-151
In two models for DNA replication and transcription, tra ditional one known as sliding model postulates that proteins involving replicati on and transcription track on the DNA template as a locomotive. In factory model proposed recently, those proteins are immobilized on nuclear structure, to pull the template. Growing evidence from biochemistry, biophysics, and cell biology suggests that the factory model is an actual fact in vivo.
3.Pathophysiological changes and operative timing of iatrogentic biliary tract injury
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2010;16(9):641-643
Long-term outcomes of surgical bile duct injury (BDI) repair are affected by multiple factors, such as surgeon's experience, severity of BDI, pathological changes of the proximal duct, and the manner and timing of surgical repair. However, the timing of BDI repair is still controversial still. In this article, the authors reviewed the correlation of pathophysiologic changes of the proximal duct, repair timing and outcome discussed in English references. It was shown that pathophysiologic changes of the proximal duct are a major contributor to the timing of BDI repair.
4.Clinical Observation of the effect of Shenmai injection on congestive heart failure
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(15):2079-2080
Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on congestive heart failure(CHF) and the effect on thyroid hormone as well as medicine security. Methods 52 patieits with CHF were enrolled,Shenmai injection was used with regular western medicine in the treatment. And observed its effect and test serum thyroid hormone: TSH,T3 ,T4 ,rT3. Another 50 CHF patients were enrolled as a control. Results The results of observation were that 25 cases were very effective,23 were effective,4 had no effect and the total effective rate was 92%. The results of control group were that 21 were very effective, 16 were effective, 13 had no effect and the total effective rate was 74%. The differences between the two groups were significant (P > 0.05). By comparing two thyroid hormone T3, T4, rT3, the observation T3 and T4 was obviously higher than the control. rT3 was lower than the control. Conclusion Shenmai injection could efficiently improve the heart function of CHF,cure arrhythmin and correct the illness caused by thyroid hormone.
5.Effects of Risperidone Combined Ningxin Yizhi Capsule on the Cognitive Function,Neurologic Function and Living Quality of Cerebral Infarction
China Pharmacy 2016;27(18):2485-2487
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of risperidone combined Ningxin yizhi capsule on the cognitive function,neuro-logic function and living quality of cerebral infarction. METHODS:110 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided in-to control group(55 cases)and observation group(55 cases). All patients received aspirin, statins, penicillins, physical rehabilita-tion and other conventional treatment;based on it,control group orally received Risperidone tablet with initial dose of 0.5 mg, once a day,1 week later, the amount of drugs was adjusted according to the patient's tolerance and conditions,0.5 mg was in-creased every week, with maximum dose of less than 2 mg,no other antipsychotic drugs except risperidone. Observation group ad-ditionally received 0.9 g Ningxin yizhi capsule,3 times a day. The treatment course for both groups was 2 months. Montreal cogni-tive assessment (MoCA) score, neurobehavioral cognitive status tests scale (NCSE),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)score, activities of daily living scale(ADL)score and table of daily living-Barthel Index(Barthel-Index)before and af-ter treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:Before treatment, there were no signifi-cant differences in the MoCA scores,NCSE scores,NIHSS scores,ADL scores and Barthel-Index in 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the MoCA scores,NCSE scores,ADL scores and Barthel-Index in 2 groups were significantly higher than before, and observation group was higher than control group,NIHSS scores were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on the conventional treatment, risperidone combined Ningxin yizhi capsule can significantly improve the cognitive function, neurologic function and living quality of cerebral infarction, with good safety.
6.Comparison of Toxicity Between Coarse and Fine Particles
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Particulate matter is one of the important factors that have adverse effects on human health. It is generally known that the fine particles are more toxic than coarse ones, but some researchers have different opinion. Based on the analysis of the opinions, the factors that may influence the adverse effects of particulate matter on human health, including surface characteristics and adsorbed components, were discussed in the present paper. This paper will be helpful for the assessment of the toxicity of particulate matter.
7.The Study of Pressure on Breast during Molybdenum Target Mammography after Female's Breast Augmentation Surgery
Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To explore the design of pressure on breast for taking molybdenum target mammography after female's breast augmentation surgery. Methods The molybdenum target mammography in 26 patients were undergone breast augmentation surgery with hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel(HPAG) was performed under different breast pressure, the enduring ability on breast pressure for patients and the quality of axial and oblique images were compared between different pressure on breast. Results As the pressure on breast was 14 dan,the quality of images was not good, and the patients felt no pain on breast;the pressure was 18 dan,the quality of images was fine, and the pain on breast could be endured by patients. As the pressure was 20 dan,the quality of images was still fine, but the pain on breast was obvious. Conclusion It is suitable choosing the pressure of 18 dan on breast to take molybdenum target mammography for patients after breast augmentation surgery with HPAG.
