1.Comparative Analysis of the Hospitalization Expenses Before and After the City-level Public Hospital Reform: Taking a Third-level Grade-A Hospital in Anhui Province as an Example
Chinese Hospital Management 2016;36(7):23-25
Objective To understand the present situation of city-level public hospital reform and to analyze the impacts on different clinical departments by analyzing the changes of hospitalization expenses of a third-level grade-A hospital from Anhui Province. Methods The inpatient data from April to September,2014 and 2015 of the third-level grade-A hospital were collected.Three typical diseases in Department of Internal Medicine,Surgery,Gynecology and Pediatrics respectively, were chosen to compare the changes of expenses and the structure before and after the reform. Results Overall, hospitalization expenses saw a declining trend after city-level public hospital reform. But,it was different in each department. The structure of hospitalization expenses became more reasonable after reform, however, the medical material expense remained a question. Conclusion The city-level public hospital reform reduces drug costs and inspection fees for inpatients effectively, thereby abating the overall cost of hospitalization, and the structure of hospitalization expenses becomes more reasonable. But the changes of hospitalization expenses in different departments reflect some problems.
2.Management of new technologies and services in the hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
Adoption of new technologies and services in the hospital, while critical to the improvement of its competitiveness and medical expertise, carries high levels of risk and complexity. It is therefore imperative for the hospital to strengthen the process management of new technologies and services, starting from the implementation of the service accession system and focusing on the management of service establishment, goals, strategies, normalcy, risks, performances, results and economy. In addition, priority ought to be given to the innovativeness of services, autonomous innovations and the value of innovations in the process management of services and technologies.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2000;0(S1):-
Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of 15 STR loci of 3 populations in Guangxi province. Methords DNA samples of unrelated individuals from 314 Gelao population,332 Mulao population,238 Yao population were analyzed using AmpFlSTR IdentifilerTM PCR Amplification Kit and 3100 Genetic Analyzer. Results The matching probability of the 15 STR loci was 1.839 ?10-16 ~ 5.073 ? 10 -17 and combined paternity of exclusion was 0.9999983 ~ 0.9999991 in the 3 populations. Conclusion The results showed that the 15 STR loci in Identifiler?PCR Amplification systems were useful for forensic case works in Gelao population, Mulao population and Yao population .

6.Real time PCR quantificational study of DNA extracted by Chelex-100 method
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
Objective To study the relation between the quantity of DNA extracted by Chelex-100 method and multiplex STRs analysis. Methods DNA extracted from a variety of common forensic casework specimens were quantified by using Real-time PCR,and then amplified with AmpFLSTR IdentifilerTM PCR Amplification kit.ResultsAccording to the results of quantification, the quantities of DNA extracted from 113 samples by Chelex-100 method were adjusted to 0.5~3ng for establishing 8?l amplification system, and in this condition, most of 113 forensic casework specimens could be successfully genotyped. Conclusion When the quantity of DNA extracted by Chelex-100 method ranged from 0.5ng to 3ng,most results of multiplex STRs analysis were satisfying. Moreover, the amplification effect of 1?l DNA template was better than 3?l DNA template when the concentrations of extracted DNA were more than 0.5ng/?l.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To analyze the constituent and clinical features of the senile females who underwent surgery for gynecological tumors and traumatic diseases,so as to enhance the surgical safety and efficacy. Methods From Jan.2003 to Dec.2006,a total of 178 female patients, who were undergone surgery for gynecological tumors or traumatic diseases, were involved in present study,of whom the clinical data, the patients' constituent and pre-operative complications were retrospectively analyzed. The cases selected were allocated into two groups according to their age:the observation group included 116 patients with age ≥60,among them 86 cases were undergone operation for gynecological tumors and 30 cases for traumatic diseases;the control group included 62 patients with age of 40-50 and comparable parity and body weight, among them 54 cases were undergone operation for gynecological tumors and 8 cases for traumatic diseases. Results The number of the patients operated for gynecologic tumors remained the majority annually, whereas a yearly increase of traumatic diseases was noticed with 3.1 and 1.8 folds increasing in 2006 compared to that in 2003 and 2004,respectively(P

A series of 4-(2-acetoxybenzoylamino) butyrate derivatives were designed and synthesized. All of the novel 12 compounds (7a-7k) were synthesized from gamma-aminobutyric acid (1) as starting material, and their structures were confirmed with IR, 1H NMR, EI-MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary pharmacological test in vitro showed that most of these title compounds possessed antiepileptic activity. Compounds 7i-7k displayed strong antiepileptic activity and are worth for further development. Compounds 4, 7d-7h showed moderate antiepileptic activity. The structure-activity relationship of 4-(2-acetoxybenzoylamino) butyrate derivatives is also discussed preliminarily.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Yishen Zhongzi Pill (YZP) on the sperm motility of Shen-essence deficiency syndrome (SEDS) patients.
METHODSTotally 144 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group (71 cases) and the control group (73 cases). Ten cases dropped out during the therapeutic course. A total of 134 patients completed this clinical study, 67 in each group. Patients in the treatment group took YZP (6 g each time, twice daily), while those in the control group took Wuzi Yanzong Pill (6 g each time, twice daily). The therapeutic course for all was one month. Changes of the sperm motility, clinical efficacy, and Chinese medical symptoms scores were observed between the two groups before and after treatment.
RESULTSCompared with before treatment in the same group, percentages of class a spermatozoa and class a + b spermatozoa were enhanced in the two groups after treatment (P <0. 01). Besides, they were higher in treatment group than in the control group (P <0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 77. 61 % (52/67 cases), while it was 58. 21 % (39/67 cases) in the control group. It was better in the treatment group than in the control group (Z= -2. 914, P =0. 004). Compared with before treatment in the same group, scores for Chinese medical symptoms decreased in the two groups (P <0. 01). The difference of pre-post integrals was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0. 01).
CONCLUSIONYZP showed favorable effect in treating asthenospermia patients with SEDS and could effectively elevate the motility of sperm.
