OBJECTIVE:To prepare Sophora alopecurodies suppository for treating prostatitis chronica and observe its clinical therapeutic effect METHODS:The content of the total alkaloid in the suppository was determined with acid dye spectrophotometry and the therapeutic effect was observed in comparison with qianliean suppository RESULTS:The linear range of TASa was 0 14～15 4?g/ml,standard oxymatriner's recovery was 101 2%,RSD=0 55% CONCLUSION:This suppository is simple in preparation,reliable in quality-control It is slight in irritation to rectum and effective in clinical use The preparation is worth popularizing in clinical practice

AIM: To elucidate the role of NO in the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on vasomotion of arterioles induced by noradrenalin(NA).METHODS: Albino rabbits were anesthetized,respiration were maintained,the arterial pressure were measured with a pressure transducer attached to a polyethylene canula in the left common carotid artery,the intestinal loop was mounted on the stage of an inverted microscope and bathed in balanced solution.The inside diameter of the arterial was manually measured on a TV monitor using the TV camera mounted on the microscope.RESULTS: Topical applicated NA to measured field inducd spontaneous vasomotion which has frequency and amplitude.TMP inhibited vasomotion in vasodilation. Treatment with L-NMMA did not affect the effect of TMP.CONCLUSION: L-NMMA can not inhibit action of TMP on vasomotion,TMP may act on smooth muscle directly, not through endogenous NO.

Objective To compared the condition of DSA and MRA for detection the lesion vessels in elder patients with recurrent ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods 52 patients with ICVD,including 41 cases of cerebral infarction(CI) and 11 cases of transient ischemic attack(TIA) were detected by DSA,and the 44 cases of them were detected by MRA too.Results The vascular anomalies were detected in 43 cases(82.69%) of the 52 patients by DSA.Among them,39 cases(75%) had vascular stenosis,in which 31 cases(75.61%) were CI,and the other 8 cases(72.73%) were TIA.The aneurysm were founfd out in 2 cases,and vascular dysplasia and variation were also found in each 1 case by DSA.The vascular stenosis were found in 10 cases(22.73%) of 44 patients by MRA,in which 8 cases(18.18%) were CI,while 2 cases(4.55%) were TIA.The detection rate of lesion vessels in DSA was significantly higher than that in MRA(P

Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the role of NO in the action of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on arterioles vasomotion induced by noradrenaline (NA), in order to make further understand of vasodilation mechanism of TMP.Methods: Albino rabbits weighting 2.0 ～ 2.5 kg were anesthetized. They were ventilated with room air via tracheotomy tube. The arterial pressure was monitored with a pressure transducer attached to a polyethylene canula in the right common carotid artery by four channel polygraph, the intestinal loop was mounted on the stage of an inverted microscope and bathed in balanced Kreb Ringer solution maintained at 37.5 ?C . The inside diameter of arterioles were measured manully on a TV monitor using a TV camera mounted on the microscope. Observe the changes of BP、 microcirculation and filtration of true capillary after injection of TMP 8mg/kg、 N G monomethyl L arginine( L NMMA) 10mg via a cannula in the left carotid artery after topical application of NA(0.8?g) conducted in the measured field. Results:TMP can inhibit spontaneous vasomotion in vasodilation; L NMMA can inhibit it in vasoconstriction stage. L NMMA have no effect on the action of TMP. Conclusions: Endogenous NO has no role in TMP's vasodilation.

Objective:To analyze the job preference of doctors at township health center ( THC) and provide references for formulating effective policy. Methods:238 cases of doctors were sampled from Shandong, Anhui and Shaanxi provinces. Using a discrete choice experiment, we analyzed the data with a conditional logit model. Results:The most important job attribution was salary, followed by education for children, permanent post, work location, training opportunity, and years before promotion. The OR value of the monthly income of 8 000 yuan is 7. 0 compared to 2 000 yuan. Doctors will pay 3 857 yuan and 3 294 yuan respectively for better education for children and perma-nent posts. Monthly income increasing to 8 000 yuan will reduce the quitting rate from 35% to 8%, and providing better education for children and permanent posts will reduce 5%. The permanent posts at township health center and non-permanent posts in county hospital have the same appeal to the doctor. Conclusion:When choosing a job, doc-tors at THCs valued salary the most. Improving the education level for children can be beneficial for attracting and re-taining doctors at THCs. A permanent post is more attractive to doctors than non-permanent posts at THCs.

Pepole pay more attention to the medicinal value and health function of Monascus day by day,however,the existence of citrinin restricted the further development of Monascus products heavily. How to ruduce the content of citrinin is a problem need to be solved urgently.Briefly introduced the toxicity,the biosynthetic pathway,and the relative standards of citrinin in monascus. According to the research progress on citrinin,the strategies of citrinin control were described from the three aspects of fermentation technology,mutation breeding,and genetic engineering. The expectation about the direction of citrinin in the future was also discussed.

AIM: To assess the relative agreement of GAT and NCT in IOP measurement by comparing the differences between Goldmann applanation tonometer (GAT) and non-contact tonometer (NCT) in intraocular pressure (IOP) detection.METHODS: IOP of 529 eyes of 265 volunteers were measured with both NCT and GAT, respectively.RESULTS: The measurement results of NCT were lower than that of GAT, there was significant difference between the IOP measured with NCT and GAT (19.13 vs23.43, t=22.644, P＜0.05). With the increasing of IOP values, the difference magnitude was greater, especially in IOP group that was more than 30mmHg, but the correlation coefficient became lower.CONCLUSION: The measurement results with NCT are lower than that of GAT. When the IOP with the NCT is in borderline value, it need be corrected with GAT, in order to discover the pathologically elevated IOP and avoid the misdiagnosis and mistreatment of glaucoma.

Objective To study the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt at household level based on the salt surveillance results from 2004 to 2011,and to provide a scientific basis for setting up appropriate control strategies to iodine deficiency disorders.Methods Iodized salt monitoring results in Hainan Province from 2004 to 2011 were collected with retrospective method.Coverage rate of iodized salt,qualified rate of iodized salt and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt were calculated at the provincial,city(county) levels and on geographic distribution (coastal,plains and mountains).Qualified iodized salt criteria was set as (35 ± 15)mg/kg,unqualified iodized salt criteria was set as 5 to ＜ 20 mg/kg or ＞ 50 mg/kg,and criteria of non-iodized salt was set as ＜ 5 mg/kg.Results From 2004 to 2011,at provincial level,the median of iodized salt was raised from 30.25 mg/kg to 32.14 mg/kg; the iodized salt coverage rate,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was raised from 77.81％ (4780/6143) to 96.06％ (5890/6132),90.48％ (4325/4780) to 98.72％(5815/5890),and 70.41％(4325/6143) to 94.83％(5815/6132),respectively.From 2004 to 2011,at city (county) level,the proportion of iodized salt coverage rate that higher than 90.00％,of qualified rate of iodized salt that higher than 95.00％ and of consumption rate of qualified iodized salt that higher than 90.00％ was raised from 44.45％(8/18) to 88.89％(16/18),16.67％(3/18) to 100.00％(18/18),and 22.22％(4/19) to 88.89％(16/18),respectively.The iodized salt coverage rate in the coastal and plain townships was raised from 70.55％(1440/2041) to 95.02％(1869/1967),and 75.36％ (1762/2338) to 96.24％(2331/2422),respectively.The iodized salt coverage rate in mountainous townships maintained at 89.46％ (1578/1764)-97.46％ (1690/1734) in the 8 years.There were 2 counties where the iodized salt coverage rate was less than 90％.There were 9 and 4 townships,where the iodized salt coverage rate was less than 90％ in coastal and plain townships,respectively,in 2011.Conclusions The rate of qualified iodized salt has been raised in Hainan Province,but part of coastal and plain townships (towns) are still serious in non-iodized salt problem.Comprehensive intervention on iodine deficiency disorders should be strengthened in these areas.
