The establishment and realization of the VPP calucation's model for the functional analytic theory are discussed in this paper. Functional analyzing method is a theoretical model of the VPP calculation which can eliminate the influence of the sail and board's size skillfully, so it can be regarded as a brief standard of the sailboard's VPP results. As a brief watery dynamical model, resistance on board can be regarded as a direct proportion to the square of the boat-velocity. The boat-velocities at the state of six wind-velocities (3 m/s-8 m/s) with angles of 25°-180° are obtained by calculating, which provides an important gist of the sailing-route's selection in upwind-sailing.

A sensitive and effective method for determination of 16 kinds of antibiotics, including tetracycline, sulfonamide, fluoroquinolone and macrolide, in livestock and poultry manure using solid phase extraction-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was established.Aiming at the chemical properties and sample impurities of the target, the parameters such as mass spectrum conditions, types of extraction and ultrasonic power were optimized. Finally, the samples were extracted with 50% acetonitrile in phosphate buffer solution (pH =4) for three times, followed by ultrasonic steaming, centrifugal and rotary, dilution, and purified by SAX-HLB.After sample loading, the solid phase was washed with 10 mL of methanol-acetone (80∶20, V/V), evaporated to near dryness at 35℃, and then re-dissolved and vortex mixed in 1 mL of 0.1% formic acid∶methanol (1∶1, V/V).The extracts were analyzed with UPLC-MS/MS and calculated by external standard method based on the monitored product ion.The results indicated that the average spiked recoveries of tetracycline, sulfonamide, fluoroquinolone and macrolide in manure were 56.4%-94.6% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.6%-19.8%, the LODs (S/N=3) were 0.01-2.50 μg/kg, and the LOQs (S/N=10) were 0.05-7.90 μg/kg.The method was simple with high stability, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and suitable for the simultaneously determination of many antibiotics in animal and poultry manure.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovial inflammation of the joints with high risk of disability. In recent years, remarkable progress has been made towards the diagnosis and treatment of RA, and the international RA guidelines have been also kept updated. Nevertheless, there are many challenges in China, especially inadequate number of rheumatologists and insufficient experience in the diagnosis and treatment of RA. Therefore, Chinese Rheumatology Association drafted the standardized diagnosis and treatment of RA based on the available evidence, so as to improve the management of RA patients in China.

Objective:To explore the clinical features and diagnosis of coexistence of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and Beh?et's disease associated with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).Methods:We analyzed a case of coexistence of ankylosing spondylitis and Beh?et's disease associated with APS in Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital in 2016, and the related literature were reviewed. Results:A 26-year-old male patient suffered from inflammatory low back pain, arthralgia and iritis. A His CT imaging revealed bilateral grade Ⅱ of bilateral sacroiliac arthritis. He was diagnosed as AS. He also had recurrent oral ulceration, iritis, vascular disorders and positive acupuncture pathergy test. He was diagnosed as Beh?et's disease. He suffered from recurrentpeated venous thrombosis. Laboratory tests revealed positive antiphospholipid antibodies. He was diagnosed as secondary APS complicated with Beh?et's disease. After he was treated with of glucocorticosteroid, cyclophosphamide, adalimumab and dabigatran, his condition improved significantly. Conclusion:There are some cases reported of AS with Beh?et's disease, or Beh?et's disease with APS, or AS with APS. The relationship between them is complex. The possibility of coexistence of AS and Beh?et's disease and APS should not be ignored, in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
