Objective To discuss the influence of parturition balloon on the labor course of primi-paras. Methods We divided 160 primiparas into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases in each group. We gave the observation group parturition balloon intervention with the help of midwife. Nursing measures in the control group were the same as those of the observation group except for the appli-cation of parturition balloon. We observed and compared the psychological status, pain;labor course, dehvery manner and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups. Results The patients in the observation group got alleviation of psychological condition and pain. The rate of caesarean operation rate, postpartum hemorrhage and time cost of labor course were shortened, which were statistically different from those of the control group(P < 0.01 ). Conclusions Nursing intervention with parturition balloon for primiparas could alleviate pain of the patients, shorten time cost of labor course, improve rate of natural parturition and de-crease caesarean operation rate.It is a service model for delivery worthy of application.

Objective To investigate the differentially expressed genes of urine samples from renal fibrosis model and carry out bioinformatics analysis. Methods Rat renal fibrosis model was constructed with the method of unilateral ureteric obstruction.Urine were collected from the rats with unilateral obstructive nephropathy and sham group, respectively.Total RNA was extracted and sequencing library was established.Differential expression mRNA were analyzed by GO and KEGG pathway.Known pre-miRNA were detected and novel lncRNA family were classified. Results Compared with the sham group urine, 813 up-regulated mRNA/lncRNA and 213 down-regulated mRNA/lncRNA were collected from the urine of renal fibrosis rats. Conclusions There are significant differential expression profile in urine samples between renal fibrosis rat group and the shame group. With high-throughput transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, the exciting possibility was raised for better understanding renal pathologies and development of new diagnostic biomarkers.

Objective To observe the effects of Qingjiefang on insulin resistance and reduction of microalbuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 64 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group(32 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group(32 cases)was treated with Qingjiefang based on the control group. The changes of the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2hBG,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlC),fasting Insulin(FINS),24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER).body mass index(BMI)and insulin resistance(IR)were observed before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment,FINS,IR and UAER were decreased in the treatment group, the comparison with the control group showed significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjiefang can effectively improve insulin resistance and prevent early diabetic nephropathy.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of double-stitch full-layer pancreaticojejunostomy (DSFLPJ) in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods:The clinicopathological data of patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy with DSFLPJ from Jan 2016 to Sep 2019 in Fujian Provincial Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Procedures were successfully performed in 82 patients. The average operation time was (321±55) minutes, among which the mean DSFLPJ time was (22±6) minutes. Intraoperative blood loss was (185±96) ml. Pancreatic fistula occurred in 11 patients, 7 with Grade A, 3 with Grade B and 1 with Grade C. The average postoperative hospital stay was (13±5) days. After the median follow-up of 9 months (1 to 44 months), two patients of pancreatic head cancer suffered recurrence. Conclusions:DSFLPJ is a safe and effective method in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.
