Objective To evaluate the safety and therapeutic value of endoscopic sphincterotomy by endoscope to the patients with common duct stones after their gallbladders resected. Methods 158 patients with common duct stones after their gallbladders resected were given the treatments of endoscopic sphincterotomy and nasobiliary drainage in recent 4 years. Results 153 of 158 patients got succeed. The symptoms obviously improved such as jaundice and fever and epigastric distention and so on. As for the postoperative complications, the hyperamylasemia occurred in 85 patients of all patients,and active hemorrhage in 2 patients,and acute pancreatitis in 16 patients,and cholangitis in 5 patients,but no one occurred biliary fistula,no one died,too. Conclusion EST is the best way for us to treat the patients with common duct stones after their gallhladders resected by endoscope,and its curative effect is sure and its safety coefficient is higher.

Objective:To investigate the effect of occupation moral training for nursing students .Methods:By cluster sampling method , two nursing professional classes were included as the research objects .One class was re-garded as the experimental group .The other class was regarded as the control group .The various measures were taken to cultivate occupation moral .The teaching reform of nursing ethics was carried out .The occupation moral education was integrated into the specialty courses .The occupation moral education was strengthened in clinical practice stage .After the culture period , two groups′nursing ethics knowledge was tested .Their satisfaction on oc-cupation moral cultivation effect was surveyed .The hospital satisfaction on their occupation morality level and qual-ity was surveyed too .The occupation moral cultivation effect was evaluated through these .Results: The experi-mental group′evaluation score of nursing ethics knowledge , the satisfaction rate of occupation moral cultivation effect , teaching hospital′satisfaction rate of occupation moral standards and quality were higher than those of the control group with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of occupation moral educa-tion system effectively improves the occupation moral level and comprehensive quality of nursing students .

Combined antiretroviral therapy ( cART) is widely used for infections of human immune deficiency virus ( HIV) .However , some antiviral drugs can not reach the effective concentrations in central nervous system due to the hinder of blood-brain barrier ( BBB) , resulting in the formation of viral reservoir in central nervous system .BBB is formed by human brain microvascular endothelial cells ( HBMVECs ) , which are connected by tight junction and a thick basement membrane , and astrocytic end-feet.This paper reviews possible mechanisms of BBB hindrance and anti-HIV drug efflux by transport proteins , as well as effective methods to deliver antiretroviral drugs into brain , including the application of nano technology .

Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of β-Sitosterol in Elaeagnus Gonyanthes Benth. Methods The separation was performed on a luna C8 (2) (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with the mobile phase of methanol-water (88∶12, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm, and the temperature of the column was maintained at 35 ℃. Results The calibration curve of β-Sitosterol was linear over the concentration range of 0.075-0.375 mg/mL (r=0.9999) and the average recovery of β-Sitosterol was 96.30% with RSD of 3.60%(n=3). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Elaeagnus Gonyanthes Benth.

[Objective]To evaluate and compare the of the ideals surgical technique for intertrochanteric fractue between DHS and arthroplasty.[Method]A total of 40 gerontal patients with the different surgical treatment from January 1999 to May 2004 were chosen. The mean age of the patients was 82 (75～90).Among the patients, 23 patients by DHS,17 by arthroplasty.[Result]The duration of follow-up averaged 1.5 years.The time in bed were 3 and 1 weeks due to DHS and arthroplasty, the full weight-bearing time were 10 and 6 weeks.[Conclusion]arthroplasty is ideal choice for the un-stable intertrochanteric fractue.

P53 protein plays a crucial role in inhibition tumor development.It will accumulate in cells in the condition of DNA damage,oncogenes activation or stress.As a nuclear transcription factor,P53 can transactivate the genes which correlate with apoptosis,cell cycle control and other procedures. Current research reveals P53 outside the nucleus can induce apoptosis and inhibit autophagy which contributes to its function of tumor suppression.The study of the extranuclear function of P53 is beneficial to further understanding the mechanism of P53 in the genesis and development of tumor.

Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and cytokeratin 18 (CK18) phosphorylation.Methods Liver tissues were taken from 21 chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients by liver biopsy and 14 healthy controls were collected.Immunofluorescence double staining and Western blotting were used to detect CK18 pSer33 and CK18 pSer52 phosphorylation.HepG2 cell line was transfected with either 1.3 mer HBV vector or empty control vector.CK18 pSer33 or CK18 pSer52 phosphorylation were tested using immunofluorescence double staining and Western blotting.Total mRNA was extracted from the cells.The expressions of cell division cycle 2 (cdc2) and protein kinase Cε (pKCε) were analyzed by realtime polymerase chain reaction relative quantification.Statistical analyzee were performed by using two-independent samples t test.Results Compared to healthy controls,phosphorylation of CK18 pSer33 in HBsAg stained hepatocytes was significantly higher in CHB patients (t=6.618,P=0.000).However,no difference was found in phosphorylation of pSer52 (t=2.429,P=0.051).Phosphorylation of CK18 pSer33 and expression of cdc2 mRNA in HBV transfected HepG2 were significantly higher in empty vector transfected HepG2 (t=5.365,P=0.006),while no difference was found in phosphorylation of pSer52 and expression of pKCε mRNA (t=1.098,P=0.334).Conclusion HBV infection is significantly associated with phosphorylation of CK18 pSer33.

ObjectiveTo study HIV-1 DNA levels in different parts of HIV patients during the early stage of antiretroviral therapy.MethodsThe peripheral blood,gut associated lymphoid tissues and lymph nodes samples were collected before and 12 weeks after treatment in regular follow-up HIV-1/AIDS patients in Beijing Youan Hospital ( n =11 ).The average age was 39 years old ( 25 to 55 ).Mononuclear Cells were isolated by density gradient centrifugation and then used DNA extraction kit to extract DNA.Realtime quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to examine HIV-1 DNA copy-number.Non-parametric test was used to analyse the differences of HIV-1 DNA copy numbers among groups.Results Before treatment,HIV-1 DNA copy-number in both gut associated lymphoid tissues ( 10 714 ± 2043 ) copies/106 cells and lymph nodes (9145 ± 1202) copies/106 cells were higher than that in the peripheral blood (66 ± 8) copies/106 cells ( U =0.00,P ＜0.05 ),There was no significant difference between lymph nodes and gut associated lymphoid tissues (U =46.00,P ＞0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,HIV-1 DNA copy-number in both gut associated lymphoid tissues (1701 ± 790) copies/106 cells and lymph node (11 591 ± 1781 ) copies/106 cells were higher than the peripheral blood ( 18 ± 3 ) copies/106 cells ( Z =- 2.934,P ＜ 0.05 ).There was a significant reduction of DNA copy-number in gut associated lymphoid tissues and peripheral blood after treatment (Z =- 2.934,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Gut associated lymphoid tissues and lymph nodes may be important latent reservoirs for HIV-1 DNA.

Objective To investigate the role of ASPP2 (apoptosis stimulating protein 2 of p53,ASPP2) in starvation-induced autophagy and apoptosis of colorectal cancer HCT116 p53-/-(p53 gene deletion) cell line.Methods The study included three experiment groups:green fluorescent protein adenovirus (rAd-GFP) infection group,autophagy inhibitor LY294002 treatment group and ASPP2 adenovirus (rAd-ASPP2) infection group.Celluar autophagy and apoptosis were induced by coculturing with serum-free medium for 0 h,24 h,48 h.Apoptosis level was detected by Calcein/PI uptaking test.Autophagy level was observed under the fluorescence microscope via transfection with cerise fluorescent protein autophagy plasmid CFP-Lc3.Results In control group,starvation for 24 hours significantly promoted autophagy of HCT116 cells (0 h:1.04 ±0.24; 24 h:12.17 ±0.86,P ＜0.05),while apoptosis was not increased (0 h:2.01％ ±0.06％; 24 h:3.23％ ±0.34％,P ＞0.05).With 48 h starvation,autophagy(0 h:1.04 ±0.24; 48 h:21.09 ±3.32) and apoptosis(0 h:2.01％ ±0.06％ ; 48 h:30.20％ ±3.18％)of HCT116 increased (P ＜ 0.05).With the use of LY294002 apoptosis induced by 24 h starvation significantly increased (rAd-GFP group:3.23％ ± 0.34％ ; LY294002 group:15.68％ ± 1.24％,P ＜0.01),but aopotosis under 48 h starvation decreased (rAd-GFP group:30.20％ ± 3.18％; LY294002group:25.44％ ± 3.01％,P ＜ 0.05).With ASPP2 transfection,autophagy under 24 h starvation significantly declined (rAd-GFP group:12.17 ± 0.86,ASPP2 group:1.45 ± 0.45,P ＜ 0.01),and apoptosis increased(rAd-GFP group:3.23％ ± 0.34％ ; ASPP2 group:10.45％ ± 0.81％,P ＜ 0.05).Both autophagy (rAd-GFP group:21.09 ± 3.32; ASPP2 group:29.93 ± 3.48) and apoptosis (rAd-GFP group:30.20％ ±3.18％ ; ASPP2 group:36.72％ ±2.74％) were higher than that in controls under 48 h starvation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions ASPP2 probably promotes apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells by two-way regulated autophagy.

Objective To analyze the current situation and developing trend of utilizaion of medical insurance drugs.Methods Data were collected from Suqian Hospital.Drug Utilization Analysis System and DDD were taken as the basic unit of measurement.Results The consumption of cost,DDDs and variety of type A medical insurance drugs were rising year by year,but the proportion in total was in declining trend.When analyzed according to DDDc,the type A,non medical insurance drugs and the type B ranked the first,the second and the third place during the 2009-2010,the DDDc of type A was lower than the non medical insurancedrugs and the type B.For example,the DDDc of type A was 3.32 yuan/day,the DDDc of the non medical insurance drugs and the type B was 15.04 and 15.97 yuan/day respectively.Conclusion Analyzed in respect to DDDs,the protortion of type A was in high level and the type B was in low.But analyzed in respect to the comsumption cost,the protortion of type B was in high level and the type A was in low.
