1.Observation about postoperative complication of pelvic floor reconstruction and nursing progress
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(21):1669-1671
Total pelvic floor reconstruction is a minimally invasive and effective method for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed. It is a minimally invasive and effective method for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed, and it significantly improves the quality of life of patients. However, due to the complex anatomy of the pelvic floor, the requirements of clinical physicians and nursing is high, and related complications are easy to occur. This article introduces the observation and nursing care of the complications such as the bladder/rectum and nerve injury, the erosion of the mesh, the symptoms of the pelvic floor reconstruction, the pain or discomfort of the intercourse. Summary of the recent 10 years research results, to provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing work.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling skills on medical treatment and satisfaction degree of patients in hospital. Methods Toally 60 discharged patients during December 2015 were assigned as the control group and another discharged one during January 2016 as the intervention group.Training on psychological counseling skills was done for the nurses by the psychological counselor in the intervention group while the control group was not.The two groups were compared on the basis of investigation with the patient's consultation experience scale as well as the medical satisfaction questionnaire.Result The satisfaction levels of consultation experience and medical consultation satisfaction in the intervention group were both higher than those of the control group (all P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological counseling skills used in the nurse patient communication can enhance the patient's medical experience and their satisfaction with medical treatment.

Objective:To investigate the correlation of serum hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 with vulnerable plaque of coronary artery atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Selected 106 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,all taken coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound.Divided into three groups according to the results of the examination, the levels of serum hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 were examined and compared, and the correlation with fiber cap thickness, plaque eccentricity index, and vascular remodeling index were tested by Pearson correlation analysis. Results:Serum levels of hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 of vulnerable plaque group and stable plaque group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the serum levels of hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 of vulnerable plaque group were significantly higher than that of stable plaque group (P<0.05);hs-CRP was negative correlated with the thickness of fibrous cap (r=-0.712,P<0.05),and positive correlated with eccentric plaque index and vascular remodeling index (r=0.813,0.756;D-,P<0.05),D-dimmer was negative correlated with the thickness of fibrous cap (r=-0.654,P<0.05),and positive correlated with eccentric plaque index and vascular remodeling index (r=0.912,0.853,P<0.05);Lp-PLA2 was negative correlated with the thickness of fibrous cap (r=-0.796,P<0.05),and positive correlated with eccentric plaque index and vascular remodeling index (r=0.836,0.729,P<0.05).Conclusion:Hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 have high correlation with vulnerable plaque in coronary artery disease, can be used as reference indexes for assessing the instability of coronary atherosclerotic plaque.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2018;34(20):1552-1556
Objective:
To investigate the subjective well-being of gynecologic tumor patients and analyze the influencing factors.
Methods:
Investigated a total of 411 gynecologic tumor patients by using the a general information questionnaire, Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).
Results:
The total scores of SWB was (32.20±9.54) points, at a moderate level. The influencing factors of subjective well-being of gynecologic tumor patients included: type of tumor, complication, education, the way of payment for medical treatment, average income per person in family, social support and medical coping modes. Furtherly, average income per person in family, social support and the resigntion dimension of medical coping modes were the main factors.
Conclusions
The SWB of gynecologic tumor patients need to be improved. To increase the SWB of the patients, the family, society and medical staff should give them more emotional, informational and other kinds of support, and try to minimize negative coping modes such as resigntion.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2019;40(10):780-785
Objective:
To investigate the effect and mechanism of atorvastatin (ATV) on the inflammatory response of human renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2 cells) induced by calcium oxalate crystals.
Methods:
HK-2 cells were divided into control group (normal medium), ATV group (after 3 h pretreatment with 40 μmol/L ATV, replaced with normal medium), calcium oxalate crystal stimulation group (4 mmol/L calcium oxalate crystal) and ATV treatment group (after 3 h pretreatment with 40 μmol/L ATV, replaced with 4 mmol/L calcium oxalate crystals). After 12 h, the cells were collected, and the expression levels of NLRP3 and Cleaved caspase-1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining and Western blotting. The expression level of NF-κB was detected by immunofluorescence and Western blotting. The cell culture supernatant was collected to detecte the concentrations of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
Results:
Western blot analysis showed that the relative expression of NLRP3 (0.125±0.013 vs. 0.135±0.007) and Cleaved caspase-1 (0.090±0.014 vs. 0.095±0.006) was decreased in the ATV group compared with the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (
