Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of small incision operation in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods 100 patients with diabetic cataract were randomly divided into the two groups:the observation group(n=50,76 eyes) and the control group(n=50 cases,73 eyes).The observation group was operated through small incision non-phacoemulsification.The control group was treated with small incision phacoemulsification.The two groups of visual acuity,corneal endothelial cell density,corneal edema and postoperative astigmatism were compared. Results Two different eye surgery before the vision was no significant difference in the distribution segment(χ2 =0.297,P>0.05).Different postoperative visual acuity eye segment distribution after 3d were significantly different (χ2 =1.163,P>0.05).Different postoperative visual acuity eye segment distribution after 1m were significantly different(χ2 =0.928,P >0.05).The control group preoperative corneal endothelial cell density was (2 369 ± 261)cells/mm2,the observation group (2 403 ±277)cells/mm2.Preoperative corneal endothelial cell density was no significant difference between the two groups(t=0.467,P>0.05).Postoperative 3d and 1m,corneal endothelial cell density was (1 635 ±189)cells/mm2 and (1 706 ±196) cells/mm2 in the control group,(1 931 ±207) cells/mm2 and (1 982 ±203)a/mm2 in the observation group.The observation of corneal endothelial cell density was significantly higher(t=2.726,2.460,all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative corneal edema were 35.6%,51.3%,and the observation group was significantly higher(χ2 =4.960,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative astigmatism were 42.5%,26.3%,and the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(χ2 =5.210,P<0.05).Conclusion Two small incision surgery has advantages and disadvantages,and the effect is quite.

On the basis of electron microscopic examinations of 52 specimens of faeces collected from patients with acute nonbacterial diarrhea, three standard strains of rotavirus were adapted to LLC-MK2 cell line. The results showed that morphology and structure of rotavirus particles were similar. The cytoplasmic inclusion body could be seen in the infected cells. The viral particles could be found in the nuclear membrane space, cisterns of the rough endoplasm reticulum and the inclusion body

Objective:To improve the surgical technique to establish the arterialized orthotopic liver transplantion in rat.Methods:On the basis of two-cuff technique of Kamada,we improved the techniques of separaring,perfusing donor liver,the anastomosis of the suprahepatic inferior vena cava,and so on.And used the modified "stent" method to reestablish the hepatic artery.Results:80 cases of operation were completed.The time of donor operation,recipient operation and anhepatic time were(40?3) min,(50?5)min,and(16?2)min,respectively.The time of reestablishing suprahepatic inferior vena cava and hepatic artery were(6~9) min,(2~3) min,respectively.The survival rate at 48 h,1 week and 1 month were 96.3%,93.7%,and 87.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The modified method can enhance the stability and survival rate,which is an ideal method for establishing the arterialized orthotopic liver transplantation model in rat.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation through analysis the early enteral feeding on the prevention of enteral infection in severely burned patients .Method A total of 22 patients with severe burns were randomly divided into an early enteral feeding group (EF) and a delayed enteral feeding group (DF). The levels of serum endotoxin were detected in the members of both groups in 1, 3, and 5 days .Result The levels of serum endotoxin in severely burned patients were significantly higher than in normal subjects (P< 0.01) . The levels of serum endotoxin in the EF group were significantly lower than in the DF group (P< 0.01). Conclusion Early enteral feeding may decrease enterogenic infection and it helps the nutrition support, improve the patient resistance, facilitate the repair of damaged tissue , so it contributes to the rehabilitation of burned patients.

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Senggin Xinmaitong capsule in the treatment of non -proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with non -prolif-erative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was given the standard treatment according to the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for diabetic retinopathy in China in 2014.The observation group was treated with Senggin Xinmaitong capsule on the basis of treatment of the control group.Treatment time was 6 months.Before treatment and after treatment,ELISA method was used to detect serum transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF - 1 ),interleukin -6 (IL -6)and vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF)levels,and according to the performance of the vision and fundus,the clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups.Results Comparison between before treatment and after treatment,the serum levels of TGF -1,IL -6 and VEGF were[(65.19 ±4.53)μg/L vs.(32.90 ±5.17)μg/L,t =3.905],[(45.18 ± 3.28)pg/mL vs.(24.87 ±7.09)pg/mL,t =3.275],[(175.43 ±21.59)μg/L vs.(109.98 ±10.21 )μg/L,t =3.316]respectively in the observation group,while the levels of TGF - 1,IL -6 and VEGF were [(64.97 ± 5.37)μg/L vs.(50.91 ±4.85)μg/L,t =2.761],[(47.09 ±3.16)pg/mL vs.(35.28 ±5.10)pg/mL,t =2.874], [(168.17 ±28.05)μg/L vs.(147.09 ±12.38)μg/L,t =2.548]respectively in the control group,after treatment, the serum levels of TGF -1,IL -6 and VEGF were decreased in the two groups compared with pre treatment(all P <0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group[t value(IL -6, TGF -β1,VEGF)=3.031,3.003,3.006,all P <0.05].The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (90.00% vs.73.33%,χ2 =2.872,P <0.05 ). Conclusion The Senggin Xinmaitong capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with non -proliferative diabetic retinopathy,increase the visual acuity level and down -regulation of inflammatory reaction,inhi-bition the level of VEGF,thus to delay the progression of the disease.

Resident standardization training of dentists is a very important program for the dental students , during which they are trained to be capable of analyzing cases logically and carrying out the treatment suitably. The students who study in this period always have a certain level of basic knowledge and with the full passion for clinical practice, so it's important for them to develop the correct clinical thinking method and form a life-long learning habit. However, the traditional teaching models can't catch up with today's more and more divergent and complicated demands of teaching and learning. The new ori-ented teaching models of PBL and CBL may offer us new ways to carry out the resident standardization training more efficiently, simulate the student's passion of learning and gain wider experience in short time, for their student-centered and clinical cases-guided characteristics.

Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of amiodarone combined with bisoprolol in patients with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Selected 100 cases with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2011 to April 2017 as research objectives and divided them into two groups randomly with 50 cases in each group. Provided amiodarone to control group and provided amiodarone combined with bisoprolol to observation group. Compared two groups' arrhythmia and cardiac function, heart rate, ejection fraction, QT time (QTc) corrected for heart rate before and after treatment as well as adverse events. Results Observation group's effective rate of arrhythmia treatment and the effective rate of cardiac function were 94.00％, 96.00％, those were significant higher than control group's 70.00％, 78.00％ (P<0.05). Two groups' heart rate and ejection fraction score after 3 month treatment were significant higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and observation group's improvement was more significant (P<0.05). Observation group's QTc was significantly prolonged after 3 months of treatment (P<0.05), but control group's QTc did not change significantly. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Amiodarone combined with bisoprolol has significant clinical effect on patients with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia. It is safe and worthy to be promoted clinically.

Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human erythropeietin(rh-EPO)on Bid mRNA and caspase-3 activity in the brain after hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD)in neonatal rats and the possible mechanism of the neuroprotective effect of rh-EPO.Methods Ninety 7 day old male SD rats weighing 12-18 g were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=30 each):group Ⅰ sham operation(S);group Ⅱ hypoxia-ischemia group(HI)and group Ⅲ rh-EPO.The animals were anesthetized with ether.Left common carotid artery was ligated with 4-0 silk and 3 days later the animals were placed in a 2 L airtisht vessel filled with 8%O2-92%N2 at 2-3 L/min for 2 h in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.rh-EPO 3 000 IU/kg in 4 ml/kg normal saline(NS)was administered intraperitoneally after induction of hypoxia-ischemia(HI)in group Ⅲ while in group Ⅱ NS 4 ml/kg was given IP instead.Six animals in each group were killed at 6,12,24,48 and 72 h(T1-5)respectively after IP NS or rh-EPO.Their brains were removed for determination of Bid mRNA expression(by RT-PCR)and caspase-3 activity(by colorimetric method).Results The expression of Bid mRNA was up-regulated and caspase-3 activity was significantly increased in the brain at T1-5 in HIBD group(group Ⅱ)as compared with sham operation group.rh-EPO administration significantly reduced the increase in Bid mRNA expression and caspase-3 activity in the brain induced by hypoxia-ischemia.The expression of Bid mRNA was positively correlated with the caspase-3 activity.Conclusion rh-EPO has protective effects on the brain against hypoxia and ischemia by decreasing the expression of Bid mRNA and caspase-3 activity in the brain.
