Silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1) is a kind of histone deacetylase which dependents on nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is involved in the occurrence and development of tumors.Data show that SIRT1 is highly expressed in many tumors, such as gastric cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and so on.On the other hand, the expression of SIRT1 is lower in many other types of tumors, including glioblastomas, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer and so on.Therefore, the role of SIRT1 in tumor formation process is still uncertain and controversial.

OBJECTIVETo clone and identify MF-1 gene which responded to extremely low frequency magnetic fields(ELF MF) in Daudi cells, and explore the response universality of MF-1 gene in several MF-sensitive cell lines, so as to provide experimental basis for revealing the mechanism of biological effects induced by magnetic field.
METHODSThe DNA fragment of MF-1 was cloned and sequenced; the mRNA level of MF-1 gene were analysed in MF-sensitive cell lines(HL-60, L1210 and CHL) by Northern blot after these cells being treated with 0.1 mT and 0.8 mT MF for 20 minutes and 24 hours, respectively.
RESULTSThe MF-1 cDNA sequence had 100% homology with cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 gene(CO1) by searching Gene Bank database; the transcription of CO1 in HL-60, L1210 and CHL cell lines which exposed to 0.1 mT and 0.8 mT MF for 20 minutes were significantly lower(0.38 +/- 0.12 and 0.37 +/- 0.04) than that of control(0.58 +/- 0.12) and so did for 24 hours exposure(0.46 +/- 0.09 and 0.45 +/- 0.09 vs 0.65 +/- 0.06) (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONCO1 is a MF-responsive gene. Cytochrome oxidase activity may be affected through low level of CO1 transcription by magnetic fields, thus induce bioeffects in organisms.

Objective:To establish a computer-aided design and 3D printing system for precise implantation of micro implant anchorage, and accurately calibrate the position and direction of micro implant implantation. Methods:A retrospective selection was conducted on 15 patients (30 in total) who underwent micro implant implantation surgery from the Department of Stomatology, the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from November 2019 to November 2021, including 6 males and 9 females, aged (17.1±6.3)years old. The preoperative patient was photographed with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and the collected DICOM data format was output. A 3D scan was performed on the patient′s preoperative analysis model to obtain the STL file of the model scan. The CBCT data and model data were fitted and matched using 3Shape Implant Studio software, and the thickness of the guide plate, the amount of undercut compensation, and the size of the key component collar were designed. The 3D printer was used for printing after resizing. Using the assist method to implant micro implants, CBCT was taken postoperatively to compare the preoperative design with the postoperative results. Results:After fitting the postoperative CBCT with the designed CBCT of the micro implant, it was found that the micro implant was consistent with the preoperative design, maintained a safe distance and parallel to the adjacent tooth root, and did not damage the maxillary sinus and other areas. No detachment of the micro implant anchorage was observed 1 or 3 months after surgery. The application of assisted micro implant anchorage 3D guide plate was reliable, with accurate implantation position and direction, and can be implanted in most parts of the oral cavity. Conclusions:The use of computer-aided design and 3D printing system to create an assistive micro implant anchorage 3D guide plate can accurately locate the position and direction of the micro implant, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Objective:To explore the evolution of CT characteristics of the "reversed halo sign" of pulmonary tuberculosis, and to further improve the recognition of its CT signs. Methods:Clinical and CT data of 12 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were clinically and pathologically confirmed and accompanied with CT manifestation of "reversed halo sign" in First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from August 2013 to April 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. Pathological and imaging contrastl analysis was performed on 1 patient undergoing surgical treatment. Results:Among 12 cases with "reversed halo sign", there were 2 cases with single lesion in unilateral lung, 2 cases with multiple lesions in unilateral lung, and 8 cases with multiple lesions in bilateral lungs. Three cases showed only "reversed halo sign", 9 cases showed both halo-like sign and uniform fireworks sign. "Tree-in-bud "sign was found in all 12 patients in the outer ring of the "reversed halo sign". Eight patients received three or more CT examinations, and six of them showed reduction of density and volume of the "reversed halo sign" after standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment. Under the natural course of the disease in two cases, the overall enlargement of the lesion was observed in 1 case, and the overall density of the lesion was reduced and the outer ring wall of the "reversed halo sign" was thinned in 1 case. The pathology of one case after surgical lobectomy showed granulomatous inflammatory nodules of varying sizes containing Langerhans nodule giant cells in the lung parenchyma. The typical caseous necrotic granulomatous nodules were rare here. The "reversed halo sign" showed dense Langerhans nodules in the outer ring, sparse central areas with fibrous hyperplasia and alveolar wall thickening. Conclusions:The outer ring of "reversed halo sign" of pulmonary tuberculosis shows as "tree-in-bud" sign, and its center shows as the fine reticulation pattern. After effective anti-tuberculosis treatment, both the overall density of "reversed halo sign" and the lesion size reduced. Finally, the lesions mostly present as as fine grid shadows for a long time.
