Objective: To explore the effect of cognitive therapy on obsessional compulsive disorder (OCD). Method: Forty-seven patients with OCDO were randomly assigned to cognitive therapy group and conventional treatment group, the later with paroxetine treatment only as control. The results were assessed with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Yale-Brown Obsessional Compulsive Scale and social disability screening scale. Result: The cognitive therapy group had lower scores in HAMA and Y-BOCS than the control group after 8 weeks therapy, this difference remained in the follow-up after 6 months, when the cognitive group had also lower score in social disability. Conclusion: Cognitive therapy can benefit patients with OCD more than medication only.

Objective:To explore the efficacy of group cognitive-behavioral therapy (GCBT) to generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).Methods:In this randomized controlled trial,the control group (n =23) and the intervention group (n =33) were included,all of the participants received duloxetine (30-120 mg/d) as pharmacotherapy.The intervention group received 8 group cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions weekly,90 minutes for each time.Assessments were conducted with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale (HMAD) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI) at baseline,mid-treatmentand post-treatment.CGI included three factors,the severity of illness (SI),the globalimprovement (GI) and the efficacy index (EI).Results:The repeated measures analysis of variance of HAMA showed that,there were statistical significance on the HAMA for interaction between measure time and group processing (F =4.35,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group got higher decreased scores of HAMA at the 4th week and 8th week,and higher prevalence of being cured and efficient at the 4th week.At the 8th week,the decreased scores of HMAD were higher in the intervention group than in the control group,and the scores of CGI-SI and the CGI-IE were lower in the intervention group.Conclusion:It suggests that group cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with pharmacotherapy could be earlier to be effective,and the symptoms of anxiety,depression and the state of illness could be improved more significantly compared with pharmacotherapy alone.

Objective To explore the value of ultra-large pitch Turbo Flash scan mode in the diagnosis of tracheal foreign body in infants.Methods The imaging data of 60 infants with foreign body in trachea confirmed by bronchus endoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. The 60 infants were equally divided into 2 groups according to the scanning time.For group A,the routine scan with the mode of CARE Dose 4D/CARE kV and pitch as 1.9 was performed.For group B,the scan with ultra-large pitch Turbo Flash model was performed.The scanning time,volume CT dose index (CTDIvol)and dose length product (DLP)of each patient were recorded in both groups and statistically analyzed.Results The scanning time,DLP and CTDIvol of group A and group B were statistically significant.CTDIvol and DLP of group B were significantly lower than those of group A (P＜0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of group A and B were 100%(30/30),respectively (P＞0.05).The foreign body display of group A and B were 100% (30/30),respectively (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ultra-large pitch Turbo Flash can be used to detect tracheal foreign body in infants.It can significantly reduce radiation dose,shorten examination time and obtain satisfactory image quality.

In the systemic perspective, family is a system capable of self-organization, which possesses enough resources and ability to solve its own problems. To promote family health, the systemic therapists are required to consider each family member’s opinions and construction to certain problems, and assist them to discover and activate their own resources as well. Promoting family health also requires members to actively develop a sharing pattern within the family, exert the positive role of family rules, develop an authoritative parenting style so as to promote the mental health of children. Family members should ensure the clear and open boundaries between different subsystems, and maintain the stability of subsystem of the husband and wife especially. Furthermore, family members in different subsystems should make reasonable trade-offs and choices corresponding to different situations in order to both minimize conflicts and maintain the satisfying function of the family system. A healthy and ideal intimate relationship is interpreted from the systemic perspective of " evolvable, changeable, associative" on the core of " intimacy, passion and commitment" . The relationship will enhance partners' personal growth, in which the partners can not only examine its dynamic variations together but also deepen the understanding and acceptance of each other under the circumstances of bilateral original families and living environments. In addition, a healthy conjugal relationship has higher requirements such as " kinship" , commitment to two families of the couple and the children, and balancing the benefits between core family and original family.
