1.Reliabilities and Validities of Behavior Inhibition Scale
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To construct the Behavior Inhibition Scale. Methods: The compilation of items was in accordance with the content validity of seven kinds behavior inhibition. The Self Consistency and Congruence Scale and SCL-90 were also applied as validity index. Results: Factor analysis on 660 subjects rating on original 86 items of Behavior Inhibition Scale yielded seven factors composed of 42 items, measuring the inhibition of help-seeking, self-confidence, independence, negativeness, alienation, dominate, and refuse, respectively. Behavior inhibition correlated significantly with SCL-90 and self congruence, and significant sex and education differences were also detected. Conclusion: The Behavior Inhibition Scale has good reliabilities and well validated.
2.Personality Characteristics of the Chinese (III): Behavior Styles
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of Behavior Styles personality dimension among subjects of dif- ferent age, genders, marriage status, and occupations. Methods: After subjects fulfilled Chinese Personality Scale (QZPS), score differences of Behavior Styles and its sub- factors were compared among age, genders, marriage status, and occupa- tions. Results: Significant differences were detected among different age, genders, and occupations. Males have lower scores than females; the elder the subjects, the higher the scores; executives and technicians have the same scores, and both have higher scores than workers and peasants. Some interactions were also significant. Conclusion: There were sig- nificant differences among subjects of different gender, age, and occupation.

Objective By analyzing the monitoring data and the outbreak of brucellosis in Qingyang City in 2014,to provide a epidemiological evidence for prevention and control of the disease. Methods According to the requirements of Gansu Province Human Brucellosis Surveillance Program and Qingyang City Human Brucellosis Surveillance Program,we implemented epidemiological investigation in the high-risk group of brucellosis in 40townships under the jurisdiction of 8 countries in Qingyang.Detailed information on subject's exposure with livestock, clinical symnptoms and incidence were asked and recorded.Venous blood samples of 3-5 ml of suspected cases were collected. Then the rose bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) was used to test the separated serum, and the standard tube agglutination test (SAT) was used to test the serum sample of positively infected person in the laboratory. Our test methods and results were in accordance with the implementation of Criteria for the Diagnosis of Brucellosis(WS 269-2007).For identified outbreaks, appropriate actions were taken based on regulations in the Brucellosis Prevention Manual. Results In 2014,we inspected 9 498 people in the whole city, implemented epidemiological investigation and collected 1 673 blood samples.Three hundred and thirty-eight samples were positive for RBPT.The infection rate was 20.20% (338/1 673).Also there were 260 SAT positive samples (1 ∶ 100 ++above). The positive rate was 15.54% (260/1 673).Combined with clinical symptoms,260 cases were confirmed (241cases were newly made and 19 cases were primary). The prevalence rate was 2.74% (260/9 498).There were 12cases in total in outbreak points (2 cases in Huachi,3 cases in Huanxian,5 cases in Heshui,1 case in Qingcheng, and 1 case in Zhenyuan). Our epidemiological survey included 1 270 people, and we collected 308 blood samples.Fifty-one presented positive results for RBPT.The positive rate was 16.51% (51/308);50 presented positive results for SAT.The positive rate was 16.23% (50/308).Fifty cases were confirmed cases in the outbreak, all of which were new cases of this year, and the incidence was 3.94% (50/1 270).Conclusions Brucellosis epidemic in Qingyang City has begun to rebound obviously,at the same time the outbreak points increased significantly. Both of which should capture the authorities' attention. The local government is supposed to undertake the due obligations to strengthen prevention and make efforts to control the spread of brucellosis.

Chinese journal of integrative medicine 2019;25(8):617-624
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the involvement of different CD4 T cell subtypes in the anti-asthmatic effects of acupuncture in asthmatic mice.
METHODS:
BALB/c mice were challenged by ovalbumin (OVA) for the establishment of experimental asthma model. Mice were divided into 4 groups by a random number table including the normal control, asthma model, acupuncture and sham acupuncture groups (14 per group). Acupoints Dazhui (GV 14), bilateral Fengmen (BL 12) and Feishu (BL 13) were selected for manual acupuncture treatment every other day for 4 weeks and Huantiao (GB 30) was selected for sham acupuncture. Airway hyperresponsiveness was examined by Buxco Pulmonary System. Pulmonary histopathology analysis was performed for inflammatory cell infiltration and mucus hypersecretion by haematoxylin eosin staining and periodic acid-Schiffstaining. Inflammatory mediators assays of serum were investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Bio-Plex. CD4 T cell subpopulations including the expression levels of important factors in T lymphocyte polarization in lung tissue were examined by flow cytometric and Western blot analyses. Related pathways were detected by Western blot assay.
RESULTS:
Compared with the OVA-induced asthma model group, acupuncture could attenuate airway hyperresponsiveness, inhibit inflammatory cell infiltration and mucus hypersecretion (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Furthermore, acupuncture increased the expressions of T-bet and Foxp3, the cell numbers of CD4 interferon gamma (IFN-γ) and CD4 Foxp3 in lung tissue and the level of Treg type cytokine interleukin (IL)-10 in serum (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Meanwhile, acupuncture reduced the RAR-related orphan receptor gamma t (RORγt) level, the cell numbers of CD4 IL-17A as well as the levels of IL-5, IL-13 and IL-17A in serum (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In addition, both acupuncture and sham acupuncture could inhibit the phosphorylation of p38 and p44/42 (P<0.01).
CONCLUSION
Acupuncture could alleviate allergic airway inflammation by strengthening the activities of Th1 and Treg, thus regulating the balance of CD4 T cell subtypes in experimental asthmatic mice.
