MicroRNAs play important regulatory effects in angiogenesis, and the related research has attracted wide attentioa This article summarizes the latest advances in the regulatory effects of microRNAs in vasculogenesis in recent years, and at the same time, sums up some specific microRNAs in angiogenesis that may have imolved in regulating ischemic diseases.
2.Clinical analysis of the surgical diagnosis and treatment of 60 patients with traumatic liver rupture

Objective To explore clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment for the traumatic liver rupture.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with traumatic liver rupture were retrospectively cralyzed to explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment.Results 45 injury patients were diagmosed by,patient history,signs and imaging studies.15 cases of blunt injury,five cases diagnosed by above methods,10 cases of diagnostic peritoneal puncture are positive diagnosis.28 cases received the left hepatic lobe partial resection,20 cases right lobe partial resection,12 cases had the left hepatic lobe and right lobe partial nephrectomy.Among 60 patients,5 cases(8.33%) were dead and the other 55 patients,8 cases occured postoperative complications,were discharged after symptomatic treatment,the average length of stay was (15.6 ± 3.5) days.Conclusion Traumatic liver rupture is a critical illness,rapid and correct diagnosis before surgery,and choose the correct surgical approach,focusing on merger deal with injuries to postoperative complications,and improve the treatment success rate.
3.CT Findings of Menisci in Degenerative Osteoarthrosis of Knee Joint

Objective To probe the CT findings of menisci in degenerative osteoarthrosis of knees joint.Methods CT features of meniscus damage in 151 cases with degenerative osteoarthrosis of knees joint collected randomly from 2003~2005 were retrospectively analysed.Results CT features included:abnormal outline of meniscus or its edge to be coarse in 16 cases(10.5%),local hypodense in the meniscus in 107 cases(70.8%),gap sign in 9 cases(5.9%) and vacuum sign in 19 cases(12.5%).Conclusion CT scan is of benefit for evaluating the meniscus damage in degenerative osteoarthrosis of knees joint,which can be used to plan the mode of treatment.
4.Bacteria Distribution of Clinical Specimen and Drug Resistance Analysis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinicl bacteria distribution and the drug resistance.METHODS The biochemical and serologic tests were used to detect the susceptibility of bacterium to antimicrobials.RESULTS The positive rate was 44.87%,bacteria distributed mainly in sputum,urine and secretion.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter often appeared.The drug resistance rate of MRSA and MRCNS was higher than MSSA and MSCNS's.The drug sensitive rate of Enterococcus faecium was less than E faecalis's.Bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae were sensitive to the drug of imipenem.The test rate for E.coli and K.pneumoniae which released ESBLs was 23.9% and 25.4%,respectively.P.aeruginosa possessed high resistance to all drugs.CONCLUSIONS The rate of Gram-positive cocci in all specimen is rising,the drug resistance is rather related with the broad use of antimicrobials.
5.Correlation of KAI1/CD82 and laminin receptor in cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of KAI1/CD82 and laminin receptor (LNR) in cholangiocarcinoma, and study its role in the invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The expressions of KAI1/CD82 and LNR in 48 cholangiocarcinoma tissue samples were detected by SP immunohistochemistry, and their relationships with clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of KAI1/CD82 and LNR in cholangiocarcinoma were 31% (15/48) and 54% (26/48), respectively. In highly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma, the positive expression rate of KAI1/CD82 was high (χ2=3.911, P<0.05), while that of the LNR was low (χ2=6.970, P<0.05). The positive expression rate of KAI1/CD82 in cholangiocarcinoma with metastasis was significantly lower than that in cholangiocarcinoma without metastasis (χ2=5.765, P<0.05), while the positive expression rate of LNR in cholangiocarcinoma with metastasis was significantly higher than that in cholangiocarcinoma without metastasis (χ2= 9.952, P<0.05). The expression level of KAI1/CD82 was negatively correlated with that of the LNR ( r = -0.462, P < 0.01 ). Conclusions The up-regulated expression of LNR in cholangiocarcinoma correlates with the decreased expression of KAI1/CD82, and plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of cholangio-carcinoma.
6.The study of testing the content validity and the internal consistency of general comfort questionnaire

To translate the Kolcaba brief general comfort questionnaire (GCQ) to Chinese and measure the applicability under the Chinese culture background. Methods This study was composed by two phases, the first phase was to measure the content validity of brief GCQ by 5 nursing specialist after GCQ was translated into Chinese. The second phase was to testing the reliability of the brief GCQ by investigating patients when they had undergone chest surgery operation before 48 hours. Results The overall CVI of brief GCQ was 0.86, the Cronbach's a was 0.92, the subscale ? was from 0.53 to 0.85. The total GCQ score about patients with chest surgery was 91.27?8.63. The lowest mean score was physical subscale: 2. 50?0. 47, the highest mean score was psychological sub-scale: 3.26?0.35. Conclusion The Kolcaba brief GCQ fit to use in China, but its content validity and the internal consistency should be tested in future study.

le full matching for unrelated donor-receipt pairs. However, HLA-Cw mismatching at antigen level could no longer be ignored. The results indieated that HLA-Cw genotyping should be incorporated into future CMDP unrelated marrow donor routine HLA test.
8.The distribution and drug resistance of respiratory tract infection pathogens isolated from patients of pediatric CICU

Objective To analyze the common respiratory tract infection pathogens distribution and their drug resistance in pedi-atric cardiac intensive care unit(CICU),so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods 1 350 cases of sputum specimens from lower respiratory tract infection patients of pediatric CICU in the medical center between January 2011 and December 2012 were cultivated and drug susceptibilities were tested.The results were retrospectively analyzed.Results 490 patho-genic strains were isolated from 1 350 cases of sputum specimens and identified,including Gram negative bacilli 288 strains (58.78%),Gram positive coccus 140 strains(28.57%),fungi 62 strains(12.65%,mainly Candida albicans ).Gram negative bacilli was given priority to with Klebsiella pneumoniae (62 strains,12.65%),followed by Branhamella catarhalis ,Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa and Escherichia coli .The rates of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs)-producing strains among Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 73.33% and 66.13%,respectively.Gram positive coccus was given priority to with Staphylococcus aureus (65 strains,13.27%),followed by Streptococcus pneumoniae .Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)accounted for 24.62%.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus ,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Klebsiella pneumoniae are main pathogens of re-spiratory tract infection in pediatric CICU.And there is multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection.Rational applicattion of antibiot-ics according to the test results of isolation and drug susceptibility is an effective way to control the infection of critical children and reduce the emergence of resistant strains.
9.Constructing tissue-engineered growth plate by allograft demineralized bone matrix cocultured with rabbit iliac growth-plate cells

AIM:Long bone growth plate injury induced by wound and infection may cause limb reduction or angular deformity. Tissue engineering provides a promising treatment of growth plate injuries. In this study,we investigated the feasibility of establishing tissue-engineered growth-plate by allograft demineralized bone matrix(DBM) co-cultured with rabbit iliac growth-plate cells. METHODS:The experiment was performed at Department of Orthopaedics,Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from June 2005 to June 2006. ①Two 3-week-old New Zealand rabbits irrespective of gender(clean grade,2.0-2.5 kg) were selected. Growth plate cells were harvested from iliac crest epiphyseal cartilage of the rabbits by dissection and digestion with type Ⅱ collagenase. The third passage cells cultured were collected and incubated on allograft demineralized bone matrix. ② Histology,immunohistochemical staining and electronic scanning microscope(SEM) examinations were performed to observe cell growth on DBM 24 hours,7,14 and 21 days after culture. RESULTS:①Growth plate chondrocytes exhibited polygonal in monolayer culture,and immunohistochemical staining for type Ⅱ collagen was positive. ②SEM examination showed that twenty-four hours after coculture,the cells adhered to DBM scaffolds;Seven days after culture,the growth-plate chondrocytes rapidly proliferated and began to secret extracellular matrix;cells covered the whole scaffold and became overlapped on the 21st day. ③HE staining showed after 14 days of culture,growth plate cells adhered DBM scaffold in spherical shape with abundant cytoplasm. CONCLUSION:Tissue-engineered growth-plate is successfully constructed by allograft mineralized bone matrix co-cultured with rabbit iliac growth-plate cells.
10.Preparation and anti-carcinoma effect of magnetic polybutylcyanoacrylate nanosphere loaded with aclacinomycin A

Objective To prepare magnetic polybutylcyanoacrylate (PBCA) nanosphere loaded with aclacinomycin A (ACM) and investigate its anti carcinoma effect and toxicity. Methods Magnetic PBCA nanospheres loaded with ACM were prepared by interfacial polymerization method. Female BABL/c nude mice were injected with MKN 45 gastric carcinoma cell line mass subcutaneously near right forefoot to establish human gastric carcinoma model. The mice were divided into 5 groups with 6 mice in each group: ACM (8 mg/kg), nanosphere with low dosage of ACM(1.6 mg/kg), nanosphere with high dosage of ACM (8 mg/kg ), magnetic nanosphere without ACM and normal saline (NS). Magnets (2500 Gs) were embedded in the tumor mass of all the mice one day before the date of therapy. The agents were administered again the same as the first time after 5 days. Tumor weight was measured and assay of colony forming unit granulocyte and macrophage (CFU GM) was performed on semi solid culture. Results The drug content of the agent was 12.0% and the mean particle size was 210 nm. The tumor inhibition rates of ACM, nanosphere with low dosage of ACM, nanosphere with high dosage of ACM and carrier without ACM on human gastric carcinoma in nude mice were 22.63%, 30.66%, 52.55% and 10.22% respectively. The average tumor weight of targeted nanospheres group was much lower than that of the same dosage of non targeted ACM group( P
