5.Relationship of conotruncal anomalies and chromosome 22q11.2 deletion
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(6):612-616
Congenital cardiovascular anomalies are present in approximately 80% of children with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome.Three genes in chromosome 22q11.2 ( TBX1,CRKL,and ERK2 ) have been identified whose haploinsufficiency causes anomalies of 22q11.2 deletion. The most common diseases are conotruncal anomalies, which include tetralogy of Fallot ( TOF),pulmonary atresia with ventricular septum defect (PA-VSD),truncus arteriosus, and interrupted aortic arch.In major phenotypes,a high prevalence of the deletion is noted in patients with TOF with pulmonary atresia,TOF associated with pulmonary atresia and major aortopumonary collateral arteries, persistent truncus arteriosus, and type B interruption of aortic arch.In minor phenotypes, right aortic arch, aberrant subclavian artery, and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries are frequently associated with cardiovascular anomalies associated with 22q11.2 deletion. In conclusion, conotruncal anomaly associated with aortic arch and branch anomalies should increase the suspicion of 22q11.2 deletion.
6.The prognostic value of serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ in unstable angina pectoris
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2001;10(1):3-5
Objective: To evaluate the prognostic value of serum troponin Ⅰ (cTnI) in unstable angina pectoris (UA). Methods: Serum cTnI, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) were simultaneously measured in 25 healthy subjects, 96 UA patients, routine treatment was administered and cardiac events were observed closely within two weeks. Results: Thirteen of 28 UA patients whose cTnI was≥0.3μg/L developed cardiac events, only 3 of 68 UA patients whose cTnI was <0. 3 μg/L developed cardiac events within two weeks, there was a significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion: There is a clinical value of serum cTnI measurement in identifying the high risk patients of UA. The patients whose cTnI was≥0. 3μg/L indicate a poor prognosis.
7.Clinical observation of treatment with interleukin2( IL-2) in recurrent respiratory tract infection
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(10):1316-1317
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of interleukin2 (IL-2 ) in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection( RRTI). Methods 160 children with RRTI from Mar 2005 to June 2008 in our hospital were divided into experimental group (n =80) and control group (n =80) randomly. IL-2 was given by hypodermic injection in experimental group and the other was treated with oral transfer factor. Then the clinical efficacy in two.groups was observed. Results The effects in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion IL-2 could enhance immunity and reduce the incidence rate of RRTI in children patients. The effects were superior to those patients treated with oral transfer factor.
8.Interpretation and discussion about the Chinese physician group model and the prevention and control of its legal risks
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(3):29-32
This paper introduces the development situation and mode of physician group in China, and analyzes its main legal risks and countermeasures. The main legal risks include: the nature of the Physician group is fuzzy and specific laws and regulations lack a clear stipulation;the legitimacy of the cooperative mode of the physician group is difficult to define and lacks legal protection for its contract effectiveness and implementation;the practice is driven by the interests and loopholes in legal norms and physicians may illegally transfer the patients;the multipoint practice policy is not perfect and brought legal risks for the development of the physician group. Therefore, the following measures are proposed to take adequate precautions: firstly, the nature of the physician group and its standards of supervision and taxes should be identified and clarified;secondly, the legitimacy standard for the physician group should be established for its cooperation mode to standardize the doctors` behavioral standards;and finally, we should make sure the multipoint practice policy and physician practice law are coherent during implementation.
9.Hair cortisol concentration measurement in researches on stress-related diseases
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(2):108-114
Stress-related diseases are closely related to an abnormal cortisol secretion.Recent research implied that hair cortisol concentration which retrospectively records long-term cortisol basal level might possess superiority in the diagnosis of stresS-related diseases. This paper reviewed recent progresses in application of hair cortisol concentration in stress-related diseases (metabolic syndrome, obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression,PTSD,etc.) which showed abnormal long-term cortisol secretion in a wide range of situationS.This review proposed that the future research needs to take into accounts exclusion and/or balance of the influence factors,a longitudinal design in combination with acute-stress and chronic-stress biomarkers, and to develop new bio-markers related to hair cortisol concentration for study of stress related diseases, and establishment of standard protocols and clinical standards.
10.Correlations between illness uncertainty and social support of family members of elder patients with colostomy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(18):1337-1341
Objective To investigate the illness uncertainty state of the family members of elder patients with colostomy, explore their correlation with social support. Methods A total of 138 family members of elder patients with colostomy in two hospitals from September 2013 to November 2014 were recruited in this study. The General Information Questionnaire,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Family Member Form (MUIS-FM) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used to investigate the family members of elder patients with colostomy and analyse the correlation between illness uncertainty of family members and its influencing factors and social support. Results The average total score of illness uncertainty was (72.17±9.44) scores. There was significantly different of the family members of elder patients with colostomy in total uncertainty on degree of education, the relationship with patient, stoma nature and economic conditions (P<0.05).The average total score of social support was (37.14±5.25) scores. The level of illness uncertainty was negatively associated with social support (r=-0.526,P<0.01).Conclusions The illness uncertainty was mostly in higher levels in the family members of elder patients with colostomy and was negatively correlated with social support.Clinical practice should improve social support of family members to relieve illness uncertainty,so as to provide better services of family and promote physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients.
