Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2001;10(3):182-183
Objective To explore the effect of the psychological intervention on the treatment of dental anxiety (DA).Methods Measured with Corah's dental anxiety scale , 316DA patients were selected from department of dentistry and were divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group . The psychological intervention as well as regular dental therapeutics were applied to the patients in the intervention group , whereas only regular dental therapeutics were used to those in the control group. Results The patients had a lower clinical dental anxiety in the intervention group , significantly different from that of the control group ( P< 0.01). After the treatment , more patients in the intervention group had a slower pulse than those in the control group and fewer had a faster pulse .The results also showed that the psychological intervention had a better curative effect on male patients than female ( P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention was efficient to patients with dental anxiety.

3.Affects of Apatinib in the Invasion Ability of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Cells
Herald of Medicine 2017;36(9):967-970
Objective To observe the effect of apatinib on the invasion ability and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell line A549 and H460.Methods Different doses of apatinib were incubated with the A549 and H460 cells, then the effect of apatinib on the invasion of A549 cells was detected by Transwell assay, and the change of cell morphology was observed by optical microscope, and the expression of EMT related proteins were detected by Western blotting. Results The cell viability of A549 and H460 have no change when the concentration of apatinib was under 120 nmol·L-1.Therefore,60 nmol·L-1 and 120 nmol·L-1 apatinib were used in the further experiments. The invasion of A549 cells was reduced after apatinib incubation for 48 h,with cell morphology changes, and the expression of E-cadherin was enhanced, with the depresion of N-cadherin,Vimentin and Snail, which were related to the progress of EMT.Conclusion Apatinib could induce the MET,and reduce the invasion ability of A549 and H460 cells.
4.Analysis on the Basic Situation of Medical Service for Inpatients with Mental Illness in Beijing from 2003 to 2015
Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(5):72-75
Objective:Through the analysis of the basic situation of the medical service of the psychiatric inpatients in Beijing from 2003 to 2015,it provided the basis for rational allocation of mental health resources and reasonable utilization of medical expenses. Methods:Descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the annual discharged patients, average hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of inpatients with mental illness. Results:The annual discharged patients were increasing gradually. The number of discharged patients increased from 7861 to 24898 during 2003-2015.The annual average growth rate was 10.08%.The average length of stay in hospital since 20ll was lower than before, which were about 40 days in recent years. The average hospitalization expenses per day were also increasing. It increased from 131.04 yuan to 461.02 yuan during 2003-2015.The annual average growth rate was 11.05%.Conclusion:The demand of mental illness patients for hospitalization was gradually increasing. The hospitalization demand of patients with mental illness was increasing. The medical expenses quickly increased. It needed to adjust the payment policy to promote the rational and effective utilization of medical expenses.
5.Research advancement of the stem cells of the bone marrow interstitial substance differentiating into islet cells
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(04):-
Type I diabetes mellitus (T_1DM) is a chronic metabolic disease liable to teenagers all over the world. Its mechanism is due to the attack of auto-immune system on the body's own islet cells leading to hyperglycemia with great damages to the body. The implantation of islet cells is an effective way of curing T_1DM. The authors reviewed in detail the research advancement of islet cell source from stem cells of the bone marrow interstitial substance.
6.IN VITRO TRANSDIFFERENTIATION OF RAT BONE MARROW MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS INTO INSULIN-SECRETING CELLS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the possibility of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to transdifferentiate into insulinf-secreting cells or islet progenitors, and to demonstrate whether these islet-like cells can generate insulin and glucagon. Methods BMSCs were isolated from tibia or thighbone of 6-8 weeks normal SD rat, purified on the basis of their ability to adhere to matrix, and expanded through their self-renewal.Two-step strategy was adopted,BMSCs were induced to generate nestin-positive cells under diffferentiation culture medium 1(added 20??g/L bFGF,10??g/L EGF and 2% B-(27) in DMDM/F-(12) medium) in step one;Nestin-positive cells were differentiated and developed into islet-like cells or islet progenitors under complexed culture medium 2(added 10??g/L Betacellulin,10??g/L HCF,10??g/L Activin A,10?mmol/L nicotide and 2% B27 serum-free in HG-DMEM medium) in step two.The differentiated cells were tested by Dithiazone staining;Immunocytochemistry was carried out using standard protocols in which the cells were incubated with Rb-Rat insulin monoclone antibody,mouse-human glucogan polyclone antibody and Rb-Rat nestin monoclone antibody and assessed by examining the cells under a Zeiss microscope.Insulin secretion in response to insulin secretagogues(glucose) was assayed by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results After 5 days,BMSCs were expressing nestin,a marker shared with neural stem cells and pancreatic stem cells.Dithiazone staining was positive(bright orange). The differentiated cell masses were containing insulin and glycagon as indicated by immunocytochemistry.RIA demonstrated that these cell mass could generate insulin, the responsibility to glucose was weak. Conclusion BMSCs can be induced to differentiate into insulin-secreting cells or islet progenitors by adding various different cell growth factors and the strategy is repeatable. This study may present a potential approach for the treatment of insulin-depended diabetes by interventional therapy.
7.A Comparison of Clinical Features among Depressive Cancer Patients in Different Age Periods
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-

9.Acalypha decoction in prevention and treatment of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid induced ulcerative colitis in rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Acalypha decoction on 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid induced ulcerative colitis(UC) in rats. Methods: Totally 70 male SD rats were equally randomized into 7 groups, and UC was induced by intrarectal administration of TNBS (125 mg/kg in 50% ethanol). Six hours later the rats were given 3 different doses of Acapha decoction (2.5, 6.5, 9.5 g crude drug/kg body weight) daily for 10 d.Some rats were pretreated with Acalypha decoction (6.5 g crude drug/kg body weight) 3 d before the colitis was induced. Sulfasalazine was used as the standard drug for comparison. The efficacy of Acalypha decoction was assessed through the following parameters: bodyweight loss, diarrhea and bloody stool, macroscopic score, histological changes, and MPO activity in colon tissue. Results: Acalypha decoction treatment(9.5 g/kg, 6.5 g/kg) and prevention administration (6.5 g/kg) significantly inhibited the bodyweight loss and occurrence of diarrhea and rectal bleeding in the rats(P
10.Research progress in chemical induced animal models of inflammatory bowel disease
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
In inflammatory bowel disease, the experimental model s have been proven to be important tools to investigate the potential therapeuti c agent and to study the mechanism of pathogenesis. Literatures available were r eviewed on the methods of induction, characteristic and availability of all kind s of chemically induced IBD animal models. It would provide some information for selection of the experimental model in pharmacology and pathogenesis study.
