OBJECTIVE:To discuss the influence of drug price reduction and regulation of purchase on the use of anti-infectives in our hospital.METHODS:The use of anti-infectives in5times of drug price reduction was retrospective anal?ysed.RESULTS:The proportion of the sum of money for consumption of anti-infectives in the total sum for drug consumption dropped year by year but the total DDDc of anti-infectives increased year by year. The DDDs and the total DDDc of all kinds of anti-infectives showed different characteristics.CONCLUSION:The macroscopic price reduction for anti-infectives posi?tively affects the rational use of anti-infectives,yet the effect is limited.Microcosmic regulation of purchase offers an indis?pensable effect.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the bioavailability of domestic propylthiouracil enteric coated capsule.METHODS:A modified RP-HPLC assay was used for determination of the plasma drug concentrations. In a randomized two-way crossover design,a single oral dose of100mg domestic propylthiouracil capsule(trial agent,A)and imported propyithiouracil tablet(reference agent,B)were given to20male healthy volunteers. The parameters were fitted by CRFB bioavailaility soft?ware.RESULTS:The AUC 0~t ,C max and t max of A and B were(9.13?1.53)and(8.80?1.37)(?g?h)/ml,(3.02?0.71)and(3.03?0.66)?g/ml,(4.51?0.24)and(1.13?0.44)h respectively. There were no significant differences in parameters between2groups.The relative bioavailability of product A was(104.37?12.16)%.CONCLUSION:The results suggest that these two products were bioequivalent.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was a functional component extracted from fish oil. The experiment results indicate that PUFA might inhibit platelet agglomeration induced by Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in rabbit and rat. The results also suggested that PUFA has extent effect of anti-coagulation in mice. These effects are related with dosage of giving drug.

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the concentration of tetrahydropalmatine in Puyuan weikang capsule. METHODS: The HPLC separation was performed on Venusil XBP-C18 chromatographic column (150 mm?6.0 mm, 5 ?m) with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(60∶40, with pH adjusted to 6.0 using triethylamine) with a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1. The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 2.5~100 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 6) and the recovery rate was 94.33%(RSD=1.11%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method developed in the study was proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and applicable for the quality control of Puyuan weikang capsule.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of lipsomal clodronate against hepatic injury in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, ANP group and lipsomal clodronate group, respectively. The models of ANP were established by injection of sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic capsule. Lipsomal clodronate was prepared by means of thin film. Blank liposomes and clodronate-containing liposomes was injected via caudal vein in ANP group and lipsomal clodronate group, respectively. The rats were sacrificed at 2, 6 h after ANP induction, the serum levels of ALT, AST and AMS, IL-6,IL-12 were measured, and pathologic changes of liver and pancreas were observed. Results At 6 h, serum level of ALT was (73 ± 11) U/L, (257 ± 33) U/L and (184 ± 29) U/L in control group, ANP group and lipsomal clodronate group, respectively;serum levels of AST were (190 ± 32)U/L, (590 ± 70)U/L and (430±52)U/L, respectively;serum levels of AMS were (814±80)U/L, (5031 ± 471) U/L and (2843 ± 236) U/L, respectively, serum levels of IL-6 were (26.7 ± 5.7) pmol/L, (218.0 ±4.7)pmol/L and (112.3 ± 8. O) pmol/L, respectively;serum levels of IL-12 were (4. 2 ± 1.0) pmol/L,(309.5 ± 8.5) pmol/L and (153.7 ± 6.3) pmol/L. The values in ANP group and lipsomal clodronate group were significantly higher than those in control group, while the values in lipsomal clodronate group were significantly lower than those in ANP group (P < 0. 01). Pathologic changes of liver and pancreas were significantly attenuated in lipsomal clodronate group. Conclusions Intravenous liposomal clodronate could exert protective effects on the hepatic injury in rats with ANP.

Aim To investigate effects of chlorzoxazone on survival and apoptosis of HepG2 cells. Methods The necrosis of HepG2 cells was evaluated by measurement of LDH release. The effects of chlorzoxazone on survival of HepG2 cells were assayed by MTT dyereduction. The effects of chlorzoxazone on cell apoptosis was analyzed by TUNEL method. The ultrastructure of HepG2 cells was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results Chlorzoxazone at concentrations of 100~500 ?mol?L-1 inhibited survival ratios of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner significantly.Typical apoptotic changes were observed in HepG2 cells under the fluorescence microscope and transmission electron microscope.Apoptosis of HepG2 cells was induced after treatment of chlorzoxazone at concentrations from 100 ?mol?L-1 to 500 ?mol?L-1 for 48h,which showed obvious concentration-effect relationship. The apoptotic ratios of HepG2 cells were also increased when chlorzoxazone(100,200,300 and 500 ?mol?L-1) was treated for 24,48 and 72 h,which showed obvious time-effect relationship. Conclusion Chlorzoxazone inhibited HepG2 cells survival and induced cell apoptosis.

Scales are important tools to measure and evaluate the severity degree and treatment effect of anxiety, but objective index with high quality is insufficient. Clinical researches of anxiety treated with acupuncture and moxibustion from the domestic and the oversea in recent 10 years are retrieved. The applications of all kinds of scales for anxiety treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical research are analyzed, and problems needed to be paid attention to about scales are further explored. The establishment of effect evaluation system combining clinical symptoms with the quality of life is raised, so as to provide reference to further research.
