Objective TO compare the effect of early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy (EPIC) with that of intravenous chemotherapy (IVC)on the immunity of patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma (GC).Methods 36 patients were divided into two groups each with 18 cases, one group received EPIC and the other IVC, then determined the serum T-lymphocyte subsets (T LS) and sIL-2R before and after the chemotherapy.Results Serum CD3, CD4 and sIL 2R in GC patients after the chemotherapy decreased more significantly than those of before the chemotherapy (P0.1),but mean sIL 2R level in EPIC group was lower than that in IVC (0.05

Objective To investigate the value of emergency transcatheter arterial embolization in the treat-ment of liver and spleen rupture,in order to provide the reference for clinical therapeutic strategies.Methods In our hospital,58 patients with liver and spleen rupture were selected.Operation time,catheter angiography,embolization of success rate,postoperative survival rates and the postoperative complications were recorded.Then follow-up,patients with sequela of occurrence was recorded.Results Embolizations of 55 cases were successful,3 cases accounted for 94.8%,2 were successful, no embolization failed, the success rate of catheter angiography in the diagnosis was 100.0%.31 cases of arterial embolization for splenic artery,10 cases of hepatic artery,8 cases of right hepatic artery, 2 cases of left hepatic artery.The average operation time was (57.8 ±15.6) min.All the patients were successfully hemostatic,postoperative survival rate was 100.0%for patients.2 cases of postoperative biliary leakage,1 cases with splenic abscess,the incidence of postoperative complications was 5.2%.Recovery of all patients was good,without the occurrence of sequelae.Conclusion Rupture has good clinical efficacy of emergency transcatheter arterial emboliza-tion in treatment of liver and spleen,liver,spleen can be retained in the circumstances,the effective control of hemor-rhage,improve the clinical success rate.

Objective To study the effect and prognosis of multiple channels percutaneous renal ureteral calculi removal in the treatment of patients with complex renal calculi.Methods One hundred and forty-four cases patients with complex renal calculi accepted treatment in Dongda Hospital of Shanxian County from June 2012 to March 2015 for research.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,72 cases in each group.The single channel type was used in the control group,while multi-channel type operation was use in the observation group.Indicators related to the operation,stones clearance rate,changes in the degree of hydronephrosis,and the major complications after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was (104.82 ±8.54) min,significantly longer than that of the control group ((90.23 ±7.68) min),but the duration of hospital stay,fistulation tube indwelling time and the residual stone surface area were (6.84±1.25) d,(5.23±2.16) d and (223.16± 113.49) mm2 respectively,significantly less than that of the control group ((8.33±2.13) d,(6.74 ± 2.19) d and (429.54 ± 107.88) mm2 respectively),the differences were statistically significant(P =0.000).The stone removal rate of the observation group was 86.11％ (62/72),significantly higher than that of the control group(72.22％ (52/72)),the difference was statistically significant (P =0.040).There was no significant difference in terms of the total stone clearance rate and the degree of kidney water after treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 11.11％(8/72),of the control group was 9.72％ (7/72),and the difference was not statistically significant(P ＞0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of multi-channel operation for complex renal calculi is better,safe and feasible,but should reduce the number of channels as much as possible,so as to reduce the damage to patients effectively.

Objective To analyze the composition principles of Chinese patent drugs containing Rehmanniae Radix;To provide reference for clinical application and new drug research and development.Methods Based on the software Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.0), the authors built prescription database containing Rehmanniae Radix in National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs (NSCPD). Then the authors adopted the statistical module by using data mining methods such as association rules and improved mutual information method, with a purpose to analyze the attending disease, combination rules and the core groups in prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radix.Results In 357 prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radix, 17 most commonly used drug combinations were mined. Meanwhile, two diseases, namely, insomnia and vertigo were chosen from the 22 diseases that Rehmanniae Radix was most frequently used to make deeper analysis, showing that Rehmanniae Radix can achieve different therapeutic effects through different compatibility.Conclusion Prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radixin NSCPD mainly concentrate on clear heat and cool blood, and nourish Yin. The composition principles obtained from the research that Rehmanniae Radix used when curing different diseases can fully play the efficacy of RehmanniaeRadix and provide evidence for clinical scientific formulae.

Objective To explore the role of ureteroacopy for acute upper urinary tract obstructive anuria.Methods Clinical data of 37 cases with acute upper urinary tract obstructive anuria were analyzed.Results Among 37 cases,34 cases were successfully performed ureteroseopy or ureteroseopic lithotripsy with double-J sent incubation (successful rate was 91.9%).Renal function were recovery in 32 cases.4 Cases returned to 180μmol/L,1 case need hemodialysis periodically.Conclusion Ureteroscopy could rapidly remove the obstruction and protect renal function in management of acute upper urinary tract obstruction anuria,which was contributed to the diagnosis.It was safe,effective and the preferred method.

AIM:To investigate the protective effects of Danshen Tablet on the brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation(FMD)in the subjects accompanied with risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD). METHODS: Fifty-five subjects were randomly assigned to two groups,therapy group(32 cases)were administrated Danshen Tablet(three tablets once,three times a day),the control group(23 cases) were received placebo and then observed their brachial artery FMD before and after three months' therapy.Meanwhile 19 healthy cases were compared with the subjects. Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of children tsutsugamushi infection in order to strengthen understanding,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,reduce the complications and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical data and treatment outcome of 22 cases of children tsutsugamushi disease,including symptoms,physical signs and laboratory examination.Results All the cases with fever onset,high fever (＞ 39 ℃) was 72.7％ (16/22),all cases were typical eschars and ulcers,while 8 cases (36.4％,8/22)had lymphadenectasis.Merger multiple organ damage in 14 cases (63.6％,14/22),anemia in 11 cases (50.0％,11/22)and liver function abnormal in 4 cases (18.2％,4/22).All of 22 cases were treated with azithromycin.All cases after treatment with azithromycin heal,no recurrence.Conclusions The manifestation of tsutsugamushi disease is diversity,much complications,among which hematology and liver are the most common cases.Physical examination roundly might reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis as greatly as possible.Azithromycin has good therapeutic effects on children tsutsgamushi disease.

Objective To evaluate the performance of ACL TOP coagulation analyzer system in the laboratory of children′s hospital. Methods According to the documents of CLSI, the analytic characteristics including precision, accuracy, linearity, interference and carryover rate were examined; specimens from healthy children were collected and assayed to determine the reference range of Prothrombin Time (PT), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Thrombin Time (TT), Fibrinogen (FIB) and D-Dimer (D-D) from children on ACL TOP. Results The within-run and between-day coefficient of variability (CV) were within an acceptable range; The accuracy deviation of PT , APTT and FIB were less than 1/2 allowed total errors; The results of determination of FIB linearity test were correlated with the results of calculation: Y = 1.002 1X-0.122, R2 =0.998 2; The extent of influence of low to middle grade of jaundice , fat and hemolysis on each test were all less than 1/2 allowed total error; The carryover rates were lower than 1.81% and within an acceptable range; The reference range of PT, APTT, TT and FIB were PT (9.1-13.1 s), APTT (24.9-42.1 s), TT (12.6-21.1 s), FIB (1.924-4.011 g/L). Conclusion The ACL TOP coagulation analyzer has good repeatability, stability, linearity and capability of anti-interference and anti-carryover.
