1.Exploration on Correlative Mechanism Between Intensity of Blood - activation Stasis - removal and Metastasis of Stomach Carcinoma of Deficient Type of Both Qi and Blood
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Retrospective study was made on the correlation between the intensity of blood - activation stasis -removal drugs in Yiqi Shengxue Recipe and the metastasis of qi - blood deficiency type of stomach carcinoma, with a positive result, demonstrating that the rat's of its metastasis increased with the intensity of the drugs. It is suggested that this might be due to the decrease of platelet count and its aggregation, low plama fibrinogen . and increase of fibrinolysis in these patients. Moreover, medern pharmacology shows that most drug and recipes of blood - activation stasis -removal inhibit the platelet aggregation, blood coagulation, and increase fibrinolysis. It is suggested that, in such patients, when the pletelet count and their aggregation are markedly decreased, prolonged blood coagulation time with high FDP. the intensity of the drugs should be lowered so as to avoid metastasis.

Objective To investigate the effect of different pharmacotherapy after lacrimal passage plastic laser operation. Methods Divided 90 patients (103 eyes) with nasolacrimal duct obstruction into group A (33 eyes), group B (36 eyes) and group C (34 eyes) randomly, each group consisted of 30 cases. Tetracycline cortisone ophthalmic ointment (TCO) was used to perfuse lacrimal duct in the end of the operation in group A, while TDO was used in group B and group C. In the first three postoperative irrigation, TDO was used only in group C, there are no no ointment during the course of irrigation in the other two groups. Followed-up survey for 3 months, evaluated the efficacy of the treatment in 3 groups. Results The therapeutic efficacy was significant better in group B than in group A (P

Objective To investigate the correlation between CYP2C19 gene polymorphism and clopidogrel resistance(CR)in patients with ischemic stroke in the north of China. Methods The patients with ischemic stroke were selected as the research object from the First Hospital of Hohhot during September 2015 to No-vember 2016.The polymorphism of CYP2C19 gene was detected by Taqman probe method. Results The clo-pidogrel resistance ratio of the study population is 59%.There is a strong correlation between the CYP2C19* 2 mutant strains with clopidogrel resistance(P=0.006),and we foundd that the increased glutamic oxala-cetic transaminase was associated with clopidogrel resistance. Conclusion Patients with the CYP2C19*2 al-lele were at greater risk of clopidogrel resistance during antithrombotic therapy.

Liver ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) is one of the main causes of liver dysfunction or functional failure after liver transplantation or liver resection. As the main organ of lipid metabolism, liver is closely related to lipid metabolic balance. Lipoxygenase is a non-heme iron-containing oxidases that oxidizes polyunsaturated fatty acids to produce hydroxy-eicosanotetraenoic acid. Lipoxygenase is excessively expressed during liver ischemia, causing lipid metabolic disorders. High expression of several proinflammatory cytokines induced by lipoxygenase during liver reperfusion. Lipid peroxidation induced by lipoxygenase leads to the production of lipid oxygen free radicals, which induces iron death mainly characterized by lipid peroxidation, thus affecting apoptosis and tissue damage. This review mainly introduces the latest progress of lipoxygenase in liver IRI.

Liver ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) is a significant factor contributing to liver dysfunction following surgical procedures such as liver transplantation and hepatectomy, and its pathogenesis is closely associated with oxidative stress and immune responses. However, effective prevention and therapeutic strategies are still lacking. Short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), primarily produced by the fermentation of gut microbiota, are the major source of these acids in the human body. Research has indicated that SCFAs play a significant role in oxidative stress and immune response. This review primarily focuses on the advancements on the role of SCFAs, the main metabolic byproducts of gut microbiota, in liver IRI, with a view to provide insights for the development of prevention and treatment strategies for liver IRI.

Objective:To establish the fingerprint of standard decoction of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and evaluate its quality. Method:According to the preparation conditions of the standard decoction,15 batches of standard decoction of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were prepared.HPLC was employed to determine the content of hesperidin in this standard decoction.Ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV) and infrared spectroscopy(IR) were used to establish the fingerprint of standard decoction of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium. The correlation coefficient method and double index sequence analysis method were used to compare and analyze the spectra of different batches of this standard decoction. Result:The content of hesperidin in 15 batches of this standard decoction were 0.82%-2.60%,and the measured value of dry extract rate was 32.02%-46.11%.Compared with ultraviolet and infrared control fingerprint, the fingerprint similarities of the standard decoction of each batch were > 0.897 and > 0.942,respectively.The double index analysis results showed that the common peak ratio was more than 62.50%,variation peak ratio was less than 46.67%. Conclusion:The quality evaluation method established in this study can be used for systematic evaluation of standard decoction of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, and it can provide theoretical reference for the formulation of quality standard of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium dispensing granules and other related preparations.

Tooth development is a complex process that involves precise and time-dependent orchestration of multiple genetic, molecular, and cellular interactions. Ameloblastin (AMBN, also named "amelin" or "sheathlin") is the second most abundant enamel matrix protein known to have a key role in amelogenesis. Amelogenesis imperfecta (AI [MIM: 104500]) refers to a genetically and phenotypically heterogeneous group of conditions characterized by inherited developmental enamel defects. The hereditary dentin disorders comprise a variety of autosomal-dominant genetic symptoms characterized by abnormal dentin structure affecting either the primary or both the primary and secondary teeth. The vital role of Ambn in amelogenesis has been confirmed experimentally using mouse models. Only two cases have been reported of mutations of AMBN associated with non-syndromic human AI. However, no AMBN missense mutations have been reported to be associated with both human AI and dentin disorders. We recruited one kindred with autosomal-dominant amelogenesis imperfecta (ADAI) and dentinogenesis imperfecta/dysplasia characterized by generalized severe enamel and dentin defects. Whole exome sequencing of the proband identified a novel heterozygous C-T point mutation at nucleotide position 1069 of the AMBN gene, causing a Pro to Ser mutation at the conserved amino acid position 357 of the protein. Exfoliated third molar teeth from the affected family members were found to have enamel and dentin of lower mineral density than control teeth, with thinner and easily fractured enamel, short and thick roots, and pulp obliteration. This study demonstrates, for the first time, that an AMBN missense mutation causes non-syndromic human AI and dentin disorders.
