1.Effects of TAE and TACE on HIF-1?,MVD and PCNA in rabbit liver carcinoma
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of HIF-1?、MVD and PCNA after TAE or TACE for rabbit liver carcinoma, and to identify the mechanism of hepatic carcinoma cell proliferation after the operation. Methods Thirty rabbits were implanted with liver VX2 tumors for 1 week. Then they were randomly divided into 3 groups.Control group had hepatic arterial infusion of 0.5 to 0.8 mL saline.TAE group was embolized with 0.5 to 0.8 ml UFLP.TACE group was embolized with 0.5 to 0.8 ml UFLP mixed with 2 mg THP.Two weeks after treatment,HIF-1?、MVD and PCNA expression was detected. Results Growth of the liver tumor was found in the 3 groups, and there were 15,11 and 3 new tumors found in the control group,TAE group and TACE group respectively. The expressions of HIF-1?and PCNA in control group were higher than those in TACE group, but significantly lower than those in TAE group(P
3.How to Deal with the Relation between Clinical Medical Teaching and Patients' Right
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Medicine is a practicing and experiencing subject. The most important study method for medical students is to practice during clinic. With the development of society, patients' consciousness of sticking up for their rights is stronger and stronger.During their receiving medical treatment, they are not satisfied with the teaching behavior provided by physician, and even to make medical conflicts. To resolve these conflicts,it is necessary to rule the clinical practicing teaching, harmonize the relationship between clinical teachers, medical practicing students, and patients.Medical education should be based on humanity and should be behaved by law.
5.Study on rules of acupoints selection for vertigo in ancient acupuncture.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(4):359-362
The characteristics of selection and matching acupoint and application rules of meridians in ancient acupuncture literature for vertigo were explored. The data were collected from literature regarding acupuncture for vertigo from the pre-Qin period to Qing dynasty and then database was established. Frequency statistics method and comparison of support degree were applied to analyze and explore application rules of acupoints and meridians, while association rules in data mining was used to extract combinations of acupoints. As a result, for treatment of vertigo, according to frequency of use and support degree, generally the most selected acupoints, in turn, were Fengchi (GB 20), Shangxing (GV 23), Yanggu (SI 5), Jiexi (ST 41), Zulinqi (GB 41) and Shenting (GV 24), etc.; the most methods for matching acupoint were combination of adjacent acupoints, combination of same-meridian acupoints, combination of the superior-inferior acupoints, combination of yang-meridian and yang-meridian acupoints and combination of child-mother meridians acupoints; the most selected meridians were bladder meridian of foot-taiyang, gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang and governor vessel. Compared between the ancient and modern literature, it was found out that the ancient and modern clinic has same points in selection of acupoint-meridian and matching acupoints methods. However, the use of Yanggu (SI 5), Jiexi (ST 41) and Feiyang (BL 58) as well as combination of child-mother meridians acupoints were less seen in modern clinic, which could provide new reference.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous coronary interventional therapy on platelet activation and the systemic fibrinolysis in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods The plasma concentration of platelet alpha granule membrane glycoprotein 140 (GMP 140), plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1), tissue type plasminogen activator (t PA), von Willebrand factor (vWF) and D dimer (D D) of the blood sampled from vein according to the schedule were measured by ELISA. Results In the sixty five patients with CAD, at 10 minutes after the procedure, plasma levels of GMP 140, t PA and D D were significantly higher than the previous ones; and at 24 h, plasma levels of PAI 1 and vWF were also increased significantly. Conclusions The activation of platelet and impaired fibrinolytic activity were occurred after PCI in the patients with CAD.

8.Necessary and Feasibility of Fistulous Tissue-Saving Anorectoplasty for Low Anorectal Malformation with Fistula in Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(16):-
Objective To investigate the necessary and feasibility of fistulous tissue-saving anorectoplasty for low anorectal malformation with fistula in children. Methods The clinical data of 67 cases of low anorectal malformation with fistula were analyzed retrospectively, there were 59 girls with rectovestibular fistula, 8 boys with rectoperineal fistula. The patients′ average age were 10 months, ran -ging from 3 months to 16 years. The clinical manifestations of all patients were intractable constipation, or out of position of anus. Cut-back procedure had been performed on 4 patients in infancy. The anterior sagittal anorectoplasty was performed in all cases. Results In all cases returned for follow-up at 3 and 6 months after operation, the longest was 8 years. The postoperative course of 65 patiens was uneventful without wound infection, and had a normal-looking perineum, other 2 cases with anal rupture in operation were with sagittal wound infection resulted from perforation in repairing anus, and formed finally rectoperineal fistula with a normal-looking anus. Sixty-four cases (95.5%) had good continence by 5-6 score, another 3 cases (1 boy, 2 girls) with intractable constipation defecated with help of Glycerinum. Conclusions The fistulous tissue-saving anterior sagittal anorectoplasty is a reliable and feasible procedure for low anorectal malformation with fistula. This operation provides good results.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(08):-
Objective:To investigate the influence of MRI examination on the position of closure devices for congenital heart diseases and to assess the effect of these devices on the image quality of MRI.Methods:Two atrial septal defect closure devices, 2 ventricular septal defect closure devices and 1 patent ductus arteriosus closure device were placed into a transparent non-metal container filled with boiling agar, with the agar completely covering the devices. The agar changed into glue after cooling, then the devices were sequentially scanned by MRI in transverse and coronal planes. The changes of agar integrity, the position of devices and the image quality were observed after scanning. Results:The surface of the agar covering the devices was smooth and had no breakage after the scanning. There was no change in the shape and position of all types of devices. The coronary, transverse scanning(T_1 WI,T_2WI)showed a few slight artifacts on the central layer, all within the contour of the device. The mesh of device near the edge was clearly showed. Conclusion:Under our experimental condition,MRI does not affect the position of closure devices for congenital heart diseases and the devices do not affect the MRI image quality.
