Objective To optimize the formulation of cyanidenon-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.Methods Cyanidenon-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by saturated water solution method.The effects of influence factors,such as ingredient proportion,inclusion time,inclusion temperature on inclusion rate,obtaining rate,and overall desirability were investigated by using Box-Behnken design and response surface method.The data were imitated using multi-linear equation and second-order polynomial equation.Results The latter was prior to the former considering from multiple correlation coefficients.Under the optimal conditions,inclusion rate and yield were 75% and 66%,respectively.Conclusion The optimized preparation technique for cyanidenon-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound is stable,feasible,and has high inclusion rate.It can be used for the production of cyanidenon-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the gas chromatography (GC) fingerprint for the petroleum ether part of Areca peel and provide reference for the quality evaluation. METHODS:GC was conducted to establish the fingerprint for the petroleum ether part of Areca peel from 10 different areas,the cluster analysis and similarity of fingerprint data were conducted to study the similarity of GC fingerprint of Areca peel. RESULTS:There were totally 8 common peaks. All the medicine materials had the characteristics,but there were differences among the relative peak area. CONCLUSIONS:The GC fingerprint has high importance and precision and can be used for the quality control of Areca peel.

AIM: To establish the quality standard for Yanqingsong Granule (Radix P uerariae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, et c.). METHODS: Radix Puerariae; Rhizoma Chuanxio ng; Radix Paeoniae Alba; Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. in Yanqingsong Granule were identified by TLC, and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Radix Puerariae; Rhizoma Chuanxio ng; Radix Paeoniae Alba; Radix Angelicae Dahuricae could be identified by TLC. P uerarin showed a good linear relationship at a ran ge of 0.1716～0.8580?g,r=0.9999. The average recovery was 97.49% (RSD= 1.77% and n=6). CONCLUSION: The methods are available with a reproducibility and ca n control the quality of this granule effectively.

Objective:To conduct visualization analysis on the literature on dietary restriction(DR)regulating inflammation based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer visualization software,and to explore research hotspots and trends in this field.Methods:The literature on DR regulation inflammation in Web of Science core databases from January 1 2010 to September 29 2022 were searched.CiteSpace and VOSviewer visualization software was used to conduct quantitative and visual analysis of the annual publication volume,countries,institutions,authors,citation frequency and keywords of the retrieved literature.Results:A total of 1 344 papers related to the topic were included,and the annual number of papers was generally on the rise,with the highest citation frequency of 1 676 times.The United States(481 papers)is the country with the largest number of publications,followed by China(181 papers).The research hotspots in this field focused on calorie restriction(CR),ketogenic diet,aging,metabolic diseases,adipose tissue and gut microbiota.Conclusion:DR regulation of inflammation is increasingly favored by international and domestic researchers,and future research hotspots may be CR mimics(CRMs),intestinal microbiota,neurodegenerative diseases and cardiovascular diseases.The overall research trend is to further clarify the anti-inflammatory mechanism of DR,find new therapeutic targets,and conduct more rigorous clinical trials with more effective regimens that have been proven in vitro and animal models.

OBJECTIVE To optimize the drying methods of Compound Scutellaria baicalensis extract powder. METHODS Compound S. baicalensis extract powder was prepared by atmospheric pressure drying， decompression drying and spray drying respectively， and high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） fingerprint of the extract powder was established. The physical fingerprint of the extract powder was established by 13 secondary indexes， such as particle size， particle size distribution and bulk density. HPLC fingerprints and physical fingerprints of 3 kinds of extract powders were compared by similarity evaluation method； through the conversion of the secondary indexes， five primary indexes of homogeneity， stacking， compressibility， fluidity and stability were calculated， and the physical properties of 3 kinds of extract powder were evaluated. The compressibility parameters of 3 kinds of extract powder such as index of parameter （IP）， index of parametric profile （IPP） and index of good compression （IGC） were calculated by the secondary index to evaluate the compression formability of the powder. RESULTS The similarity means of HPLC fingerprint of the extract powder obtained by atmospheric pressure drying， decompression drying and spray drying were 0.74， 0.90 and 0.94， respectively， and the similarity means of physical fingerprint were 0.74， 0.83 and 0.92， respectively. The overall similarity of spray drying extract powder was higher. The results of physical fingerprint analysis showed that the physical properties of the extract powder obtained by different drying methods were different. The 3 kinds of extract powder showed poor stability but good stacking. The homogenity and compressibility of extract powder by spray drying and decompression drying were better than those by atmospheric pressure drying， but the fluidity was worse than that by atmospheric pressure drying. The results of further compression formability analysis showed that the IP of spray drying extract powder was 0.54， IPP was 5.23， IGG was 5.03， and the spray drying extract powder could be directly pressed after adding a small amount of lubricant. CONCLUSIONS There are differences in HPLC and physical fingerprints of Compound S. baicalensis extract powder obtained by different drying methods.
