To evaluate the risk of sequela after serious vaccine reaction.The rare serious vaccine reactions might result in sequela,the incidence of rare serious vaccine reactions,the estimated incidence of sequela and cases reported were reviewed.Further research should be developed to provide the scientific basis for sequela control and prevention.

Objective The study is to analyze the occurrence features of Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) in China,and to evaluate the implementation of AEFI surveillance system,the safety of National Immunization Program (NIP) Vaccines and the quality of the immunization services.Methods The AEFI data of 2007-2008 were collected through the China Information System and the Children Immunization Information System,which reported before march 25,2009.The descriptive methodology was used in the study.Results 32120 AEFI cases of 2007-2008 were reported,95.02% were reported from 10 pilot provinces.The ratio of male and female was 1.41:1.77.53% cases were ≤1 years old and the cases were occurred more often between april to october.The first three vaccines are DPT,MPV and JREV.65.85% happened after the 1st and 2nd dose and 75.05% within ld after vaccination.The estimat reported incidence of NIP vaccines were 7.99～322.77 per million doses.In the classification of AEFI cases,79.93% cases were common,minor reactions,14.65% were rare,serious reactions and others were

Objective To explore the feasibility of professional computer-aided design prosthetic software and processing systems for tele-process of lower-limb prosthesis. Methods The residual limb size data of 8 leg-amputation patients in prosthetic clinical reception were transferred to the computer prosthetic processing center. The appropriate lower-limb prosthetic socket mouth circles were selected in the software data model library, and were modified in accordance with the size table, and then they were processed and sent to the prosthetic clinical reception for the patients. The clinical function of lower-limb prosthesis was evaluated after try-on. Results The clinical function met the requirements in 7 patients wearing the prosthesis. Conclusion It is possible to design and tele-process lower-limb prosthesis through elaborate dimensional measurement, which can be a mode to serve lower-limb prosthesis to remote areas.

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and asthma is a common clinical refractory airway disease. Comprehensive treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery including nasal endoscopic surgery and medication, which can significantly improve nose-pulmonary symptoms and make sinusitis and asthma easier to be controlled by medication, has certain superiority. But the existence of disease heterogeneity of CRSwNP with asthma causes different reactions to the current treatment, which manifests as parts of polyps and asthma easy to recur and difficult to control. According to the research recently, the study of the heterogeneity of airway diseases, for example endotype, is a hot area of research. Endotype is a subtype of a condition, which is defined by a distinct functional or pathobiological mechanism. This is distinct from a phenotype, which is any observable characteristic or trait of a disease. Different Inflammatory subtypes often represent different pathophysiology and even different pathogenesis. The concept of inflammatory subtypes of airway diseases provides a new perspective for studies of airway diseases of endotype and the mechanism of combined airway diseases. This review summarizes recent advances in the clinical characterization and treatment of the CRSwNP with asthma. On this basis, we analyze and summarize the heterogeneity of CRSwNP and asthma separately from the perspective of inflammatory subtypes. Then according to the concept of the combined airway diseases and the common pathogenesis, we put forward the definition of inflammatory subtypes of the CRSwNP with asthma and preliminarily discuss the method of the definition.

Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) can be controlled by a combination of conservative treatment and surgical procedures. However, there is one group of CRS endotypes, refractory CRS, such as eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp (ECRSwNP), for which the current treatment strategies of anti-inflammatory and/or antibiotic therapy or surgical removal of the lesion to improve sinus drainage are less effective. This lack of treatment efficacy highlights the need for further fundamental and clinical research to improve or restore nasal mucosal function of CRS. The role of the immune response in the pathogenesis of mucosal remodeling, which is a key problem in refractory CRS, is of particular current interest. ECRSwNP characterized by Th17/Treg imbalance in- duced by IL-6 has a different mucosal remodeling pattern. This review intends to illustrate the role of the imbalance between Th17 (T helper 17) and Treg (regulatory T) cells in the mucosal remodeling of ECRSwNP and to suggest a novel therapeutic target on treating ECRSwNP.

Unusual dTDP-sugars are key intermediate in many pathogenic bacteria. In this study, negative-ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS-MS) with collision-induced dissociation (CID) was used to study the fragmentation characteristics of six unusual nucleotide diphosphate sugars. The results indicated the major fragment of the six unusual nucleoside sugars observed in the ESI-MS-MS spectra resulted from cleavage of diphosphate moiety and their characteristic fragment ions at m/z 401, 383, and 321, correspond to [TDP-H] together with fragment ions resulting from the loss of water and phosphate moiety, respectively. Furthermore, 4-position substituted change of unusual sugar rings affected the stability of two important characteristic fragment ions of [glycosyl-1"-PO3](-) and [glycosyl-1"-P2O6](-).

Objective To study the in vivo expression patterns of caspase-3 in normally aged primate brain. Methods Fresh brain tissue was taken from 4-year-old and 20-year-old female rhesus monkeys,4 for each age group. In vivo distribution of caspase-3-positive cells and its protein levels in different brain regions were investigated by immunohistochemical and immunoblot means,respectively. Results In the frontal cortex,most neurons lacked detectable caspase-3 immunoreactivity,whereas low to moderate caspase-3 immunostaining was found mainly in pyramidal cells in CA1,CA3 and CA4 subdivisions of hippocampus. And in the cerebellum,a small number of Purkinje cells were strongly stained in their cytosol and dendrites,while their nuclei lacked staining. Age-related changes in caspase-3 expression pattern were not found. Immunostaining of motor cortex in aged monkeys localized strong caspase-3 immunoreactivity to a limited number of large pyramidal cells in layer V. Immunoblotting revealed the 32 000 caspase-3 progenitor in all three brain regions. There were no differences in caspase-3 expression levels as a function of either brain region or age of animals. Conclusions These results suggest that caspase-3 is constitutively expressed in matured primate brain and there is no significant age-related change in its expression.

Objective:To clone and express the gene of ovomucoid,which is the main allevgen in egg white.Methods:Using total RNA of chicken oviduct as template,the gene of ovomucoid was amplified by RT-PCR.The homology was analyzed by comparision with the sequence in GeneBank.Subsequently,the PCR product of the ovomucoid gene was cloned into prokaryotic expressing vector pET-28a and was expressed by the challenge of IPTG.Results:The whole gene of ovomucoid,one of the main allergens in egg white,was successfully cloned.The cloned ORF sequence contains 633 bp,including stop codon,encods for 210 amino acids.Sequence analysis shows that the ovomucoid gene displays 99% nucleotide identities with the published sequences.The molecule weight of ovomucoid protein obtained was 21 kD.By the challenge of IPTG,SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the ovomucoid gene was overexpressed in E.coli BL21(DE3).Conclusion:The gene of ovomucoid is cloned and overexpressed in E.coli BL21(DE3).This study will be the basis for the further research.

Objective To investigate the correlation between cytochrome P450(CYP) 2C19 gene polymorphism with major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) after PCI in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 233 patients with CHD undergoing PCI in the cardiology department of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected.All patients were given the standardized dual anti-platelet therapy of aspirin and clopidogrel.The occurrence situation of MACE within 1 year(unstable angina pectoris,cardiac death,in-stent restenosis,non-fatal myocardial infarction) was obtained by follow up.All patients were divided into the MACE group and non-MACE group.The PCR solubility curve was adopted to detect the CYP2C19 gene polymorphism.Results Among 233 cases of CHD,37 cases (15.88％) developed cardiovascular events and 196 cases (84.12 ％) did not develop vascular events;the age,sex,hypertension and diabetes mellitus had no statistical differences between the two groups(P＞0.05).The frequency of CYP2C19 * 1 in the included cases was 68.45％,which of CYP2C19 * 2 was 28.33％ and which of CYP2C19 * 3 was 3.22％.The extensive-metabolism,intermediate metabolism and slow metabolism types in the cardiovascular events group accounted for 5.41 ％,64.86 ％ and 29.73 ％ respectively,while which in the non event group were 59.69 ％,29.08％ and 11.22％ respectively,the CYP2C19 genotype distribution had statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that CYP2C19 intermediate metabolism type [OR 2.562,95％CI(2.825,7.350),P=0.021 0],slow metabolism type [OR 5.139,95％CI(1.289,5.232),P＜0.01],hypertension [OR 2.480,95 ％CI(1.079,5.698),P=0.032 4],smoking[OR 4.802,95％CI(1.082,18.371),P=0.029 0] were the independent risk factors for the occurrence of cardiovascular events in the patients with CHD.Conclusion CYP2C19 * 2 and CYP2C19 * 3 gene polymorphism are the independent risk factors for MACE occurrence after PCI in the patients with CHD.
