Objective To evaluate the parallactic unsharpness caused by flat panel detector in digital radiography using different incident angle of central ray. Methods R-1 square-wave phantom was exposed by Kodak DR3000 system with X-ray tube angled 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, and 40° respectively. Then,presampled modulation transfer function (MTF) was calculated for each case above. Subsequently,experimental data were processed and Wilcoxon signed ranks test were performed by statistic software SPSS 10. 0, in which P ＜ 0. 05 was considered as statistically significant difference. Results The presampled MTF curves of incident angle of 0°-40° degree, were presented orderly from top to bottom, especially the incident angle of 40° was obviously the lowest. The incident angle of 0° was considered as a control group and other groups were compared against it. There was no statistically significant difference for MTF of incident angle of 10°( Z = - 1. 893 ,P = 0. 058 ), while there were significant difference for MTF of incident angle of 20°, 30°, and 40° ( Z = - 2. 547, - 2. 666, - 2. 666, P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusions For flat panel detector in digital radiography, the bigger the incident angle of central ray, the larger the parallactic unsharpness. In addition, this effect has less influence on structures of low spatial frequency than those of high spatial frequency.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Lianqi bushen capsule.METHODS: TLC was employed to identify Panax ginseng in Lianqi bushen capsule,while the content of trigonelline was determined by RP-HPLC.The determination was performed on Kromasil C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)column and mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05%sodium dodecyl sulfonate-acetic acid(20 ∶ 80 ∶ 0.1)with flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm and column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS:P.ginseng can be identified by TLC.The linear range of trigonelline was 10～200 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) and average recovery was 98.86%(RSD=1.4%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The standard is used for the quality control of Lianqi bushen capsule.

A rapid and simple ultra performance liquid chromatographic method for determination the specific migration of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether ( BADGE ) , bisphenol F diglycidyl ether ( BFDGE ) and their derivatives in food simulants was developed. Water, 3% acetic acid, 10% ethanol and sunflower oil were used as food simulants to simulate the specific migration of bisphenol diglycidyl ethers from interior coating of food cans after 10 days storage at 60℃. After the migration period, the aqueous food simulants were directly measured without any further purification, while the sunflower oil simulant was extracted by acetonitrile followed by cleaning up using solid phase extraction. Among the migration process, BADGE and bisphenol A (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)glycidyl ether (BADGE·HCl) migrated into aqueous simulants were hydrolysed into bisphenol A bis ( 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ) ether ( BADGE · 2H2 O ) and bisphenol A ( 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) (2,3-dihydroxypropyl) ether (BADGE·H2O·HCl), respectively. However, BADGE and BADGE·HCl migrated into sunflower oil were not hydrolysed. The calibrating curves showed a good linearity from 0. 05 to 10 mg/L for all the 9 target compounds. The detection limits of the method for aqueous food simulants and sunflower oil stimulant were 5μg/L and 20μg/kg, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of bisphenol diglycidyl ethers migrated from 10 kinds of food cans which were intended to contact with food. The results indicate that BADGE and its derivatives were detected at 5 of the cans, and the specific migration of BADGE(or BADGE·2H2O)and BADGE·HCl(or BADGE·H2O·HCl)in 1 cans even exceed the responding limitation regulated in EC/1895/2005 .

Objective To observe the expression of autophagy-related genes and proteins in the smooth bladder muscle of rats after spinal cord injury (SPI).Methods Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly and evenly divided into a model group and a control group.The model group had SPI induced using the modified Allen's method,while the control group was only given laminectomy.Six hours after the operation,the Basso Beattle Bresnahan (BBB) locomotor rating scale was used to evaluate the rats' hindlimb locomotor function.Nissl staining was used to observe the morphological changes in their spinal cords,while Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining were employed to assess the expression of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3) and protein 62 (P62).The expression of autography gene Beclin1 mRNA was determined using a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results The average BBB score in the model group was significantly lower than in the control group.After Nissl's staining,a decreased number of neurons and Nissl bodies was observed.Western blotting showed that the expression of LC3-Ⅱ had increased significantly and that of P62 had decreased significantly in the model group compared with the control group.The immunofluorescence staining showed LC3 and P62 dots in the bladders' smooth muscle cells.RT-PCR detected significantly higher LC3 and Beclinl mRNA levels in the model group than in the control group;in contrast the average P62 mRNA level was significantly lower.Conclusions Autophagy was activated in rats' bladder muscles after SPI.That may be related to the pathogenesis of a neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing pathway for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are receiving 125I particle implantation therapy.Methods A total of 130 HCC patients,who were scheduled to receive 125I particle implantation therapy,were randomly and equally divided into the study group and the control group with 65 patients in each group.Traditional routine psychological nursing method was conducted for patients of the control group,while routine psychological nursing that was based on psychological nursing pathway was carried out for patients of the study group.The patient's conditions of both groups were evaluated by using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ) and the quality of life assessment scale (SF-36).The results were statistically analyzed with t test.Results After nursing intervention,SAS scores of the study group and the control group were (43.76±6.25) and (46.16±7.19) points respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=-3.92,P＜0.001).The PC and NC values of the TCSQ score in the study group were (41.61±4.82) points and (20.53±5.88) points respectively,while those in the control group were (37.32±4.62) and (22.80±6.93) respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=5.944 and t=-3.316 respectively,P＜0.01).One month after discharge,the mental health scores of the study group and the control group were (74.58±8.68) points and (71.53±8.16) points respectively,the emotion function scores were (79.46±10.05) points and (75.13±15.09) points respectively,and the differences in both mental health score and emotion function score between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Standardized psychological nursing pathway can make nurses more clear about the content of psychological nursing work and enable nurses to actively plan and complete psychological nursing care measures,so that patients can get prospective,individual and comprehensive psychological care to alleviate his or her negative emotion,and to improve the quality of life.
